My stay here was horrible from check-in to check out. The Tvs didnt work at all. I was told that there was no cable but the wifi worked if i wanted to connect a game or firestick. I tried connecting my firestick but the wifi would not connect to the tv. I asked for a discounted rate and was told i could not get a discount because i booked the room online. After finally checking in, i get to the room and the smell of mold rushed me. The room was so dusty and dirty, it looked like no one had stayed there in months. I had a suite with a full kitchen which was nice in size but there was mold everywhere. On the walls, the floors, and even the outside of the refrigerator. There were spiderwebs everywhere. Even a spider or two. I booked a suite with a couch to accomodate myself and my 4 kids, but when i asked the front desk for more sheets and/or blankets, i was told to try using towels bc housekeeping was gone and he had no key to open the closet. It was HORRIBLE. Not what i expect from Ramada or Hotels.com AT ALL!!! I travel a lot and stay in different hotels all the time, but this was by far 1 of the worst stays I've ever had.

I made my reservation once I got into the room. I noticed the TV cable was not on. I called the front desk. They informed me that their cable service was down for the day. They could’ve told me that at check-in once inside the room bed was sitting on two by fours, and outside for the first couple of hours were people hanging around yelling screaming biting very unsafe

Urin staind sheets. Had to get moved to 3 seperate rooms. Showers dont work toilets dont work.
Dead bugs left all over from when they are spraying. Sqawters in the back side of hotel. Not worth the stay.
Got a refund. They should of paid me for the time spent room hopping. Managers hand keys and say see if this one is good. They do not care ive seen nicer trap housws.

The room was kind of trash. I don’t mind. As long as I don’t have to sleep on top of a gun truck, I’m good. I wouldn’t have my wife and kids stay there.

This property is vey dirty! There were roaches and huge stains on the beds! And the staff was very unprofessional! We changed room and it was worse!

Lots of problems with room keys, have to go everytime to get them activated. The microwave didnt work plus i found q bug in my bed...super bad experience.

I made reservations for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. I got to the hotel they told me they didn't have any rooms available with queen beds, I asked for a king bedroom she told me yes they did, when I got to the room it was 2 double beds whats the point in making reservations ahead of time if I cant get what I need

First, I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied. I got moved to another room that looked like if was going through renovations and it was dusty, the sheets had cigarette burn marks & the beds are uncomfortable and stiff. I had stayed at this property twice before last year and never had any issues. Whoever the new management is clearly doing a terrible job. I only stayed because it was Thanksgiving night and was too tired to find some place else…

Nothing i was there 5 minutes and turned the light on switch shorted out when i went to the desk to have change us to another room she only wanted to put us upstairs with no elevator for a disabled man to try climb stairs not cool we reserved a handicap room they gave it to someone else thy gave us a smelly room that had no accomadation for disable

Needs updating. One light in bathroom only worked part of the time, no ice bucket, stains on carpet, cigarette burn holes in sheets, sheer curtains were shredded, left for the day and our room keys did not work upon return, had to have tickets for the free breakfast, limited options and the hot food did not look good, muffins and bagel were dry.

Had difficulty checking in. Had to provide a 50.00 cash deposit for damages. Checked out at 0730. Was told i have to wait till 0900 so housekeeping can approve my 50.00 damage deposit. I don't have time to wait . Had to argue to get my refund. I can't be held hostage to get my money. NEVER AGAIN.

Well first of all i was told i had to pay at 50.00 fee in case room was destroyed i took pictures of the room very dusappointef smelled like smoke stains everywhere i want that 50 back left the way i dound it

The staff was very efficient & quick to respond to any request. Our room was clean & everything worked. The pool area was clean and the pool itself is great - very big, with a "deep" end. Breakfast was good. The dining room staff, housekeeping and Charlene did a wonderful job during our stay.

Great price, dove soap / shampoo / conditioner was good surprise in room. My room faced the pool and was nice to see families using it. I would def stay here again.

I am a frequent customer to this hotel. I visit home often to see my kids and always book here. The cleanliness is always an issue but taken care of immediately when i report to front desk. The cleaning staff need to think about how they would like to live if staying at a hotel. Clean as if they were staying there, not sub par. Otherwise, my stays are always pleasant, relaxing, and comfortable.

The hotel smelt bad, dirty ground trash all over the outside of my room. House keeping never did clean it up! No toilet paper!

The facility is an older facility and is a great place to stay if you're on a budget. The shower needs to be cleaned better. There was mildew in the grout. The door hinges had spray lubricant applied and the worker didn't clean up behind their work. It looked like rust. The bed was very comfortable and the Tv was nice.

Great price and room was in pretty good shape. It is an older place and was priced very fair. I would stay again. The interior was much better than the exterior appears. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower curtain looked clean. The bathroom door had something splattered on it and I informed the person on duty so they wouldn’t charge me a cleaning fee. They were apologetic and did refund my deposit. Overall for an older establishment I would give them a 4.

the pictures were misleading, the rooms are old and rundown. the breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful and the pool was ok but had a different system to prevent overcrowding, but the beds were not very comfortable. Wasn't a bad stay but probably wouldn't stay there again.
