breakfast is shut down too early for weary travelers who cannot get up that early.

The room was very clean. Bed nicely made. Hotel staff very friendly. The only problem I had was with the temperature of the water in the shower. I couldn't get it regulated. So I took ywo lovely bubble baths!!! We will be staying again.

The bulding and grounds are very old and need a lot of work inside and out and it wasthe worst breakfast I have ever eat in a motel.

Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Very courteous staff. Affordable, accessible to the highway and restaurants. The tabletops were worn down and the hardware supporting the clothes rack was pulling out of the wall. A good value overall

Property was close to matador stadium. Room was very clean and comfortable. Need a channel guide in room.

The blankets dont get changed as ours had make up all over it. Shower didnt work. Mold growing and bath tub dirty

Description on line listed $15 per pet. When we checked in they charged $20 per pet. Went back showing on line fees but would not honor that advertised fee. Ceiling in bathroom falling and limited hot water

A/C did not work, light switches didn’t work & roof leaked.

cigarette smell in room

The room I was given was trashed and clearly had not been looked at by any attendant. I was given a refund which was expected but Do NOT stay here.

There was a generator and power washer literally right outside the room 4 nights (7-10 pm) in a row. They didn’t do anything about it. There was no consideration, and it was so loud that even having the tv up super loud wouldn’t stop the noise. Obvious water damage. Staff would disappear and if you needed to get a hold of them sometimes you’d have to wait half an hour for anyone to appear.

It was wonderful. We had a pet friendly room, but it didn't smell or look like pets had ever been there.

Staff was friendly. Condition of building is beyond poor. AC barely kept room cool, window dressing was filthy, room was deteriorating with peeling ceiling, peeling wallpaper and patched holes everywhere. Paid way too much money for this 1 star hotel.

close to where i was going the cleaning lady opened my door around 7:30 am while i was in the shower

I booked this location for a short trip in New Braunfels with my family. I also liked this location since pets were allowed with a $100.00 pet deposit which was listed on the website during booking. Once we arrived I was made aware it would be an extra $40.00 per night for my two dogs and for three nights this hotel was no longer cost effective to stay at compared to the hotels in New Braunfels. I was upset when I was told about the new cost during check in but I have two little kids who were very excited to swim in the pool so we checked in. The pool was green with heavy alge growth and my wife wouldn't even get in. The staff was very nice and helpful and we never complained to anyone there since they did treat us nicely. I'm just aggravated with the hidden pet fee, and overall condition of the pool. We knew this was an older hotel so I'm not going to complain about the room condition which had black mold in the shower be aware since we knew ahead of time the place would be dated. Overall I would not pick this place again due to hidden fee and overall condition. The staff was very nice though.

The air conditioner sounded like a freight train. otherwise it was an ok place.

Room was extremely hot at 10 pm. We turned on the ac and 3 hours later room still wasn’t cooled down. Horrible experience

Room and facility clean but did smell of stale smoke . I made a mistake on my booking, booked for Saturday night and showed up Friday night. They were gracious to accommodate me and cancel the wrong night and for the same rate! Thank you!!!!

The room had a musty smell! The was old! The chair had cigarette holds in them and springs were sticking out! The only thing that was good is that I needed a bed to sleep on! Everything else was no good! Everything needs to be updated!☹️
