The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was under staffed so it was difficult to be waited on at breakfast. I felt very bad for the server because there was no way that she could get beverages and act as the cashier. I know that it is difficult to hire, but I sure could have used some coffee…

Lot’s of good things to say about this hotel. Also some opportunities. The hotel is modern and clean and conveniently located near freeways, shopping and food. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for elevators. Seems like large groups love to book this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was not good but that’s probably because it was cold.

It took a bit of time to get checked in, as there was only one person manning the phone, checking in guests, and taking care of guest services. Once she waited on us, she was extremely courteous and very pleasant. Our room was clean and had all the amenities as listed, however, it was very warm. We adjusted the temperature and went out to supper. When we came back, the temperature had not improved…and we had also taken the 11 flights of stairs up due to two large bus groups using all four elevators. We tried calling the front desk twice, but didn’t get through, so m by y husband went down to the front desk. She immediately switched us to a new room right next door on the same floor. Well done! It was a little different, but still nice—same bed size, smaller sink area. Navigating the small parking lot with four charter busses moving in and out was very tricky and annoying. Not sure why there isn’t a specific spot for them to park. Breakfast was FABULOUS!! The buffet had great variety, the food was well made and hot food was hot! When I booked, I paid an extra $10 to include breakfast for the two of us—great deal! The little fridge in our room was great for our drinks. (I missed that there wasn’t a hot tub and pool, but that’s on me.) IHG hotels have become my go-to. They are consistent in their cleanliness and comfort.

My school booked 4 rooms as part of a college tour for high school students. The hotel had us pre-authorize a credit card for our stay. I explained that a second time when we checked in a showed the front desk the form. The next day, they charged me for 4 rooms on my personal credit card that they told me was on file for damage and incidentals. I went down immediately when I saw the charge and the person at the front was very rude and told me to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager who assured me everything would be fixed. By the time I returned home, it was not. I called back and the person who processed my initial information asked for more information to follow up. She then did not and BOTH managers stopped replying to my emails and would not call me back. Very unprofessional all around.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel mainly for the kindest receptionist named Brittany. When we first got there, we were greeted by Andrew and to my first impression he was very rude, unattended, and dismissive over the questions regarding our reservation. The following morning there was another receptionist, female receptionist, who is very unwelcoming and complicated over included breakfast. The female in charge of breakfast is a bit hostile in regards to breakfast and unaccommodating to those on the go. But finally when we met Brittany later that day, she was very sweet, very kind very helpful, very personable and super welcoming. We can say that from this trip we would come back, simply because of how welcoming Brittany was. The hotel itself was well managed clean and had a great distance to the locations we wanted to visit. Not forgetting to mention we are a family of five of young kids, Brittany was very accommodating and understanding. I would family would definitely return again.

Fantastic check in, the hotel staff were super friendly. Hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable. My only 2 complaints is the front desk told us that no housekeepers would enter our room unless we asked because we were only there 1 night. Check out was at 12, around 9am housekeeping attempted to enter our room with knocking but we had the latch on so they couldn’t. If checkout is at noon why were they coming in at 9am? Also we didn’t have large towels and only hand towels to use after our shower.
