As an accessibility room the toilet was not proper height. The sink was leaking. The hallway carpeting is buckled and is a danger for tripping over, especially for someone w a mobility impairment. Other patrons above us were loud and at 2am awoke us with loud singing of happy birthday

Found a towel hanging behind the door .floors and in general needs a good wipe down. Bed was comfortable and Hotel ubicación is very convenient.

The hotel is dirty water leaked through the wall of the bathroom dont stay here

I didn't like the carpet in the lobby area look old and dirty.

The room was clean, unfortunately There were some bugs in the room. The bathroom shower had three pump bottles, all said “Hair conditioner”; one should have been body soap. The nozzle to transition from shower- bath did not work which is unfortunate for me, because I was looking forward to taking a bath.

This hotel is poorly managed. My room wasn't even cleaned after my first night's stay, despite my talking to the maid about it.

Looked a bit worn. stairs going from lobby to elevator gave the impression that it was not ada accessible. others with disabilities this could present a problem. relatively close to new york city for the price

Friendly check in, building very dated, needs upgrades but typical for off highway hotel, La Quinta always consistent.

The hotel is value for money. It’s under refurbishment. So currently is very dated and worn. My room was nice though and the staff were very good. Once refurbished it will be amazing. For the money though you can’t complain.

Did enjoy the many USB charging points. Also, the internet speed. The Samsung television and channels available were very pleasing to me. All the towels and wash clothes available were very sufficient in the unit.

My mother and I stayed at this hotel for a night. It was one of the most unkept, out of date, dirty hotels I’ve stayed at in years. And I’ve stayed at other La Quinta properties and never have been at one that looked like this. The bathroom was horrible, the rugs were disgusting. Everything from the way through the lobby to the elevators and up to the rooms was awful. We didn’t even use the shower. There were stains on the walls in the room. The iron was broken to the point where it wasn’t safe to use. The only thing that looked clean was the sheets and the bedding. The neighborhood the hotel was in was very sketchy as well. I worked in a hotel for a year and have also stayed at many and this hotel was not in anyway good. I will be seeking some kind of refund. I would never recommend this hotel m

The staff was very friendly but the property was run down. There our sign saying that they will be renovating, which will make the property better.

My say was a great stay the staff was amazing and very helpful my room was great and very comfortable definitely will be returning soon.

Front Desk and breakfast room service was excellent. Housekeeping not good cleaning, no good respecting "do not disturb sign"

The bathroom has no fan. The shower head was at my chest level. There was black mold in the bathroom.

Enter carpert dirty also rooms carpets, smell horrible rooms.

Broken window made it freezing inside the building. Pool was closed due to the window. Fire department was there all night.

Gabby who works in the reception area was exceptional in assisting me with check-in issues caused by Hotels.com. She deserves a raise or at least a bonus!

Cleanness overall was good .. I dust everything using the Lysol I brought myself.. The bathroom floor is too old and inside of the bathtub was very yellow ich, it looks like it’s durty but the reality is because the tub is too old and it has to be done some improvement (it does look disgusting).. The bed was made nice with a fresh white sheets, pillows were very comfy.. refrigerator was clean, towels were very clean… the costume service was excellent; EVERYONE!! I've stayed here before. Never in the past has this hotel required a deposit. Now they do. The front desk requires a $100 deposit to check in to this downtrodden, decrepit property. Upon opening the door to my room, I was overcome by a foul odor that almost knocked me unconscious-- it smelled so bad, even the freezing temps from the cold December air with the window left wide open-- it was bad. So I immediately returned to the front desk to change my room, and assuming since I already waited in line, I could request the attention of hotel staff, given the circumstances involving the misassigned, stench ridden, dirty room. I was wrong. "Excuse me there's a line" stated the front desk agent, who pretended like she hadn't just handed me keys to a compost of sanitary napkins. I mistakenly used a slur in context, and she picks up the phone to call the police! She called the police on a guest for using a word they bleep out on TV, as if it were illegal. Finally, she gave me new keys. F her. F this hotel. It's a dump.
