Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up there is a fee not listed for 50 dollars (refundable) and having to pay for parking is kind of frustrating. Hotel is very nice and clean. Pool is nice breakfast was good. Overall would return.

Best experience ever , easy check in and staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable. Loved that you need a room key to use the elevator and other stuff . The breakfast was amazing . Definitely will be staying here again

Came to Cincinnati for a oen night trip. Found the Hampton Inn and Suites Newport/Cincinnati to be a very nice find! Very convenient to downtown, in a nice neighborhood, walkable and close to other attractions, including the local aquarium. Room was very comfortable and the free breakfast was a definite plus.

Great property and staff is super. Amazing view of the river. Only downside was a not so comfortable bed, but would stay again regardless.

Two things that bummed us out is they use to have free parking onsite, now they charge daily rates. Then their breakfast onsite was not as good as it use to be and very limited selections compared to prior visits and they ran out of food several times in the buffet.

Good overall stay. Hotel was clean and good location. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would still come back and be happy to stay at this property

All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful! The hotel was super clean and looked like it had been newly renovated. The pool area was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Would love to return for an adults trip and be able to enjoy the area!

This hotel has a very convenient location to walk to lots of restaurants, bars, etc. Staff was super friendly and laughed a lot. Place is new and is very clean and nice.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times before and always pleased. Price keeps going up which makes it less desirable, clean, great service, great location which is why we keep going back. Attempted to switch room upon arrival but they did correct and give river view which was booked. Mattress seemed to be lumpy and absolutely had no support, disappointing.

I did enjoy my stay here and the staff was pleasant! I do have an unexpected charge but I haven’t received a receipt. The parking was a little confusing but I made it!

The hotel has an amazing location, security, and cleanliness. The proximity to attractions is amazing. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downfall for us was the flat pillows and uncomfortable mattress on the bed and pullout couch. The pool could also use a temp boost. Even though the room was warm the water was still frigid. Overall a good 8/10!

The hotel was nice, room was good size and view was good, the only complaint I have is the charge you 50 dollars for incidentals up front and they charge 7 dollars a day to park, really?? They own the property you park on, I think that is ridiculous!!

The hotel was noisy. From street/traffic noise, to paper thin walls, it was difficult to sleep. The mattress was not comfortable at all, either. We had trouble with getting the room to a comfortable temperature- it was either too hot or too cold. Pool was appealing, but was small and crowded. Probably would not return for the price.

We had an excellent time. We brought our dog and it was very accommodating. Bentley at the front desk was fabulous and he deserves a raise and a promotion.

Very clean hotel, great location, however they made you pay to park, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the indoor pool was frigid. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family. We had a King bed studio. We loved how clean it was. The bed was really comfortable and loved the full size bottles of soap and shampoo that was provided. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Was supposed to have a city view of Cincy and we didn’t. Had view of parking lot. So picture was wrong when I booked it. They wouldn’t change my room. I was changed $7 for something so my refund for the deposit was only $43. No explanation.

Bed was hard as a rock ans the pillows were the worst i ever seen. So flimsy and flat do yourself a favor and bring a pillow . Also made you pay to park which is ridiculous . Cleanliness was pretty good . Not a bad hotel but not the best . They need to invest in more comfort in their beds
