The representative at the desk was very helpful. Check in is 3pm but I needed to be at a funeral at 2pm and needed to check in early to change and get ready. Kim was very accommodating and kind about the situation. When I checked in and checked out she knew who I was and was just so lovely.

It was a nice place. Liked being on ground floor with sliding glass door access to parking lot.

The room was great! The bed was amazingly comfortable.
The continental breakfast was sub-par, did not offer decaf coffee and had to wait for the food to be replenished.
We were on the second floor, there was no elevator and the stairs were steep.

Friendly service, very clean, delicious breakfast, super friendly staff, will come back soon. Just 10 min away from lake george, our main destination. If you love shopping, there is the outlets right outside

The hotel was not fancy, but very comfortable, the beds were especially comfortable! The hotel was clean and the heated pool was great, and it's excellently situated near the outlet mall.

Checked in. I was sent to the back of the property-missing lights, so I had to go into the building in the dark. It was scary. I walked in, walked up two flights of stairs (no elevators) and entered the room. Almost immediately, I started wheezing… which I haven’t done for 14 years. NOT a good situation!!!! I called my husband and left within minutes-the interesting thing is the the guy at the front desk was lurking in his car outside. So bizarre. I will not be back!!!!!

We had a good stay at the Clarion. The mattresses are very comfortable. The pillows are generously sized and very cushy. The bathroom was nice. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast wasn’t special, but it was adequate.

Our check-in experiece was very good. Eric was friendly and informative. Our room was relatively spacious and clean. The bathroom door was marred but the room itself was clean. The breakfast was minimal and fruit, muffins, and bagels were never replenished after the early rush.

Hotel.com did not send my reservation to them. Between Cathy and Eric they were able to get me a suite, although they were heavily booked.

Property was well maintained and staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Our room had mold and mildew on curtains coming from a/c unit. There was bottles behind the dresser that appeared to have been there for some time. Room was very dusty and appeared to be used as a occasional rental instead of everyday.

This Clarion hotel was surprisingly wonderful! It's tucked away from the main road and behind a new Starbucks. Staff were all very friendly. Lots of free parking. Located within walking distance to outlet shopping and the Log Jam restaurant. Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was pretty basic and the shower water pressure was ok. Breakfast was provided each morning: sausage and eggs, waffles that you make yourself, cold cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea that was available 24/7. Highly recommended.

The only thing was the last person to stay left a bra in the dresser and that tells me the cleaning staff was not completely through.

Hotel was very quiet and next to all the outlet stores. Breakfast was amazing!! The staff made us feel like we was at home the entire time. Definitely staying here next summer
