Booked 3 rooms, one room we could not get in because the door handle was broke, another room didn't have a door handle for the bathroom and my spouse got locked in, third room was dirty. Front desk replaced the rooms and two of the rooms had air conditioning problems and didn't cool of the rooms. One of the rooms didn't have a mini fridge. The icing on the cake was the fight and arguments in the hallway in front of the rooms at 3:30 am. This hotel was not worth it. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This place seems like it would be kinda sketchy but we’ve stayed here twice and we’re happy both times. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms could use some updating but were workable and clean. The beds and linens are sooo comfortable. The other guests made me a little nervous at first but everyone I spoke to were kind and polite. It’s a great budget hotel and the front desk people are nice and efficient. It’s in a walkable area filled with places to eat. I will definitely stay again.

I’ll start off by saying when I got to the hotel no one was at the lobby. the guy pops out about 5-6 minutes of me and my husband standing there. He directs us how to get to the room. Once in the second level we smell weed coming out of multiple directions. We saw cockroaches. Once in the room the A/C had wood and wires sticking out. Our bathroom had bandaid on the tub the floor was dirty. As we made our way out we saw one man on the second floor with a gun. And we got to the car we saw another man with a gun and the stay was horrible. Beds are uncomfortable and not made right. They charged me for pool view then email me back saying it’s not guaranteed via 3rd party apps. Mind you this place looks nothing like in the pictures. Busted windows, just horrible. Left because we felt our lives were in danger.

The worst stay. They didn't even give us our rooms. They scammed us and gave our rooms to another person. They didn't even try to accommodate us. Most unprofessional staff. Terrible.

Resort fee? Really? Location doesn't mean a thing when you've got homeless people walking around your poor motel, which is what this was. Should be condemned. I could see the black mold under the paint, you're not fooling anyone.

This place should be condemned. Water leaking onto the floor. Faucet fell off. Drains don't work. Bed caved in center. A/c blows humid air.......the list goes on.

I've stayed here before maybe 6 years ago. It's go down hill since then. I almost feel in the shower the tub is decaying and the job came off in my hand in pieces had to screw it back on. The bed board had layers of dust. Just wish they do some renovations. Next time I'll bring my own towels. Had to use my clothes.

The property is in desperate need of repairs. The floor in the room was dusty, the bed creaked, the bathroom fixtures were loose. They only gave us 2 bath towels, no wash cloths and no bath mat. There were 4 plastic covered cups, no ice bucket. Wifi was available, the room was just in disarray. I will never recommend this place or visit this location again and I travel to Orlando 3 times a month. This property is located on International Drive, therefore should be ashamed.

The walls were stained, the bathroom had no tissue. The toilet wouldn’t flush and kept running. I didn’t feel comfortable showering nor sleeping in the bed. Thankful it was only 1 night. This place can be 10 times cleaner for the price of the room. The halls smelled

We loved our stay here. It was great ! The staff were cool, the hotel was in a great location close to lots of cool places. Wish they had a jacuzzi and breakfast . All in all it was good everything you need is there. I will stay again no question. Thank you !

The rooms were so dirty (accidently dropped a towel to the floor and it telled the truth), old customers food were still in the fridge, electricity worked badly. Weird smell. Laundry doesn't belong to that fee they charge, washing machine, dryer and soap 9 dollars. The box you put the washing soap was full of old soap or there was also mould. The machine where you can get coins was home of cockroaches. Staff was superfriendly on the desk. Old hotel, great place and parkering.

Only stayed in this hotel for one night so not really a fare reflection. It did the job after a long journey. Bed was comfortable. In my opion hotel dated and in need of some tlc. Hotel staff very polite.

The only complaint I have is that they should clean the floors a bit more. Found roaches (very small) but they were all walking around the room

Great location, and the room was fine, but the worst wifi service I've ever had in a motel. I was provided with two towels; no wash cloths or bathmat. No drinking cups or ice bucket provided. When I asked for an ice bucket at the front desk they handed me a plastic bag. I really don't know what the $9 per day "service fees" were supposed to be for.

Excellent location, but... the refrigerator in the room was leaking and made a puddle of water on the floor, the bathroom sink still had residue from the last guest's beard, the bathroom curtain was torn. I went to reception to ask for a cloth to dry the puddle of water and they told me they didn't have any.

There were *3* cockroaches in my room. 😳☹️😠 There were crumbs on the coach/sofa and wrappers on the floor and behind the bed (that I pulled out to check for more bugs).
The hotel charged me the $100 deposit THREE times including TWICE AFTER I flew back to the UK 🇬🇧
I reported this to Hotels.com who said they are unable to help me get this refunded?! ☹️😠
The hotel never answer the phone. My friend in Orlando has been phoning them regularly for 4 days to try to get their email address to sort out the UNAUTHORISED credit card charges.
They do not do any kind of cleaning/bin emptying/ new towels/ change sheets during your stay due to COVID, erm it's 2024.
$9 per night "resort fee" to cover amenities you don't use such as the pool.

This place has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. The place was dirty. I found at least 5 different long black hairs on my bed sheets. ( I have blond hair) There was a spot of blood on my sheets. The bathrooms where so gross. It smelled like someone was smoking pot non stop when we walked down the hall to get to our room.
It was just a horrible experience all together. we will not be staying at this hotel ever again.
