Excellent

The hotel is clean and functions effectively. The staff are warm, friendly, informative and professional.

I had some issues about parking charges but the manager understood my side and she was kind enough to solve it. The staff are very respectful always smiling.I will stay there again.

Such a pleasant stay! Every single staff member from the bellman to the front desk to the housekeeping staff was so kind. The rooms were very clean and the lobby smelled so nice. Will be staying here again !

Front desk person did not tell me that we were getting a half sized room. Being that he is big in stature and so is my fiance, he should have known better than to put us in a tiny room. I have been staying at this property for 30+ years and I did not know the rooms at the end of the building are like small closets. The beds now after the renovation are way too hard. I also couldn’t help but notice how miserable and unwelcoming the front desk is. Very bad attitudes.

From the moment you walk into the Hotel you're treated with excellent guest service. The newly remodeled Hotel is so nice. Our rooms were comfy, Updatedvery modern. We tried the new 30 acres restaurant through room service. Everything was delicious, Especially the New York style pizza. Check in & Check out was a breeze. Definitely will be booking here again for future Knott's/Disney vacations.

Wonderful family hotel. Location was amazing if going to Knott's Berry Farm, food options were excellent, and love a hotel with a bar. Absolutely no complaints, they even closed down the loud party happening at the pool on time and from a family traveling with kids that was very appreciated. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

First off Huge shout out to the Parking attendant, Andrea and the bar tender Wendy! The 3 of you made a part of this stay great. Now for how we REALLY feel about the stay. It was TERRIBLE! They’re working on the parking lot right now. So if you stay here from 04/04 til next week, expect to pay $20 a night for no parking and to be told “you have to move your car before 8am on certain days or they will tow it.” The rooms are very bad. STAY AWAY FROM 724 and 817. 724 needs the air conditioning fixed. When we told the front desk they said “crack the window until maintenance comes up.” Mind you, the window wouldn’t open also. Finally got moved to 817. It’s next to the elevators, so we heard knocking for the last two nights through the wall. All the noises from the hall, the elevator. Very thin walls. Also the water pressure sucks! Barely any, if no pressure at all. Also sink handle fell off when my wife went to wash her hands. Spoke to the Manager Jackie for some compensation for the last two nights of misery. She basically told me they have construction notices on the website “they don’t”, that the person who helped me put me in a room right away “they didn’t” and that since I was going through a 3rd party site “hotels.com” they can’t do anything more than waive the parking fee. So we paid $200 a night to go through all that and the manager tries to put me in my place. Well.. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! rather just drive to the park then go through this again!

Our first time staying at Knotts Hotel and we loved it! The staff truly makes the difference here, as they were all friendly & helpful. The Velasquez family highly recommends staying here. Great staff, good food, comfort filled accommodations.

Knott's Berry farm hotel is so highly underrated! Even while under renovation, the hotel is clean, quite, and fully staffed. The food was great. Everything from the kids quesadillas, to the steak wedge salad. The house made boseynberry vinaigrette was to die for! The price was fantastic! It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel to the park!

All staff my family encountered were friendly and most helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and easy to access . Elevators were available when needed which was a plus. Overall, great experience!

I booked a single queen and was shocked to find our room was very small and sequestered to the end of the hall, by the stairs, and felt very sketchy. Ultimately, the room was very clean, and when issues arose, they were handled quickly. The breakfast from downstairs was great and service was quick.

Great place to stay

We stayed her for my daughters field trip and were pleasantly surprised on the condition and cleanliness of the property. In the morning you could here doors slamming, my family wasnt bothered by it or even noticed but i am a lite sleeper soooo it woke me up Breakfast was good but took 30mins for my husband to get his food which the waiter added a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, very nice place

I really liked this hotel it’s not over priced and it was nice clean and upgraded . Staff was very nice and welcoming. The only complaint I have is the showers need to be redone at least get better water heads.

After checking out, we were able to walk around the shops by Knotts. The hotel was clean and inviting.

The staff was so amazing. Immediately helped us with our bags to take upstairs. Check in smooth, loved there's no hidden fees. They tell you everything that's entailed in cost at time of reservation. Smells amazing when you enter the hotel we had to ask what the scent was. Which we learned is white tea and thyme. The room was spacious and perfect for our little family and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and view from room. We'll definitely come back.
