It was a nice and convenient stay. After being on the road for quite some time, it was nice to find a nice, clean place to stay and with a Cracker Barrel a very short walk away!

They gave me handicapped room.

It’s dirty inside and out. Tried to get breakfast but all the employees cut in front and took all the food. They are rude and will never stay at another BW again.

I hated the blue/gray interior color and carpet. It looks exactly like my workplace which was last remodeled in the 1980’s.

When I arrived the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation. Then once I finally checked in and went up stairs to use the restroom. He called my room and told me to re move my car. Next morning for breakfast they ran out of food and the lady was complaining she was moving as fast as he could. I will not be back

Staff was very friendly & showed good customer service. However… Shower curtain was missing. Freezer of refrigerator was frozen solid. Floor tiles were slippery. Duvet/comforter edges were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been washed for some time. Entire hotel had an air freshener smell that was extremely overdone. We won’t choose this hotel on our next visit.

Non smoking room smelled Smokey and had an issue

Bathroom tight and toilet leaked. Repairs done in very poor workmanship.

Cut costs on amenities, appear to treat staff badly

Enjoyed our stay. We were given a room across from the elevator that was actually very quiet. Very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.

property was poorly maintained as in not repaired but made do with less expensive repairs. breakfast was a little different with the help eating while replenishing the self service food .without the staff being behind the counter you couldn't identify any of them. maid staff members gathered in the the portico smoking and bs's on their break.overall your motel could have been in a third world country.just my opinion and you asked for it

Large room, updated decor, very thoughtfully appointed

I wish I would have had full size pillows instead of those 4 small square pillows on my king bed. Better lighting in the bedroom and living room/ seating area would be nice. All in all it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed but definitely not the best either.

Hotel has been remodeled. Nice but still an older hotel with thin walls that made for a noisy night.

The hotel was older but clean. Our beds were extra firm. The smell of weed was strong both nights. Breakfast was decent. Due to being near the highway the noise level was high.

The hotel was clean, pleasant, but dated. The staff was friendly.

The “Expedia Room” I was given was so small there was no room for a chair much less a desk. I have family who have stayed there and had suite sized accommodations! Housekeeping left fresh towels on rack but left wet ones on the floor. This facility barely met my most needs.

Very clean and attractive, with friendly and helpful staff. I specifically picked this hotel fir the pool, so upon arrival i was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed for the season. Maybe if I had paid closer attention to the pictures I would have noticed they had an outdoor pool, but it might be good to note that pool availability is seasonal. Also I arrived in the evening. Being alone in town and not knowing where to get food, I hoped there might be good snacks available but that area was almost completely empty. There were a few chips and some refrigerated sandwiches. The man at the desk said the supplies had not been refilled. I don’t see why that area couldn’t be continually stocked; it’s not that hard. But the room was nice and staff very helpful.

Upon arrival receptionist was the best. Wasn’t enough parking . I dropped something that went up under the sink in room 723. When I looked under it It was filthy

Comfortable hotel but somewhat dated, in need of some iodates. Staff friendly and hotel was clean. Typical breakfast fare but enjoyable. We would stay here again.

The staff was always talking about someone and when you came around they would whisper . Made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t offer a hello or how are you doing .

The room was very nice and spacious, like an efficency apartment. However, there was no hot water. I ran the water longer to get it tepid than i was in the shower. had to run the faucet and the shower to get it reasonable.

There are a lot of ants all of the bed area & it’s bad!

The overall stay was good… very spacious but the bathrooms are very small and inconvenient with the door opening into the bathroom. You have to close the door to get inside the tub

The beds were very uncomfortable. Everything else was good.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was fine, it was a clean hotel, and it seemed safe. Our room faced the highway, so it was a bit noisy. The mattress was a bit too firm. We'd stay there again.

I highly recommend the Best Western plus. The staff is awesome and the hotel was extremely clean. We had a very pleasant stay and will stay again.

I expected a larger room. I did not like the sink in the main room. Onerall the staff was vrry nice.
