Staff was courteous and friendly. Piper is always welcoming and knowledgeable and makes the check in and check out process fast. Room was comfortable and clean.

We arrived at 4am after a long drive. The staff, I wish I could remember the man's name, checked us in quick and got us our keys and offered a late check out to let us sleep. He was very accomodating.

The room was $300. 00 a night! A lot of money for this librarian to go to storytelling!! A lot money stayed there many times but way too high !

Staff was always helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean but needed to be updated and painted. The biggest negative was the breakfast buffet. It was a 1 at best- minimal selection, no coffee except in the lobby and over priced!!

The staff was phenomenal. The restaurant/bar and front desk.

The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool.

I had to leave after one night, desk said they couldn’t do a receipt because it was booked at Hotels.com so I paid two nights?

The staff was very friendly. The front desk manager called because I was booked in a room type that they do not have. She was able to get us in a room that was a better fit for us than the one we booked! My husband uses a wheelchair, and he said that the accessible bathroom counter and mirror were the perfect height, which is not always the case, even with the accessible rooms.

The room was clean. The lobby and other facilities were clean. The staff was fairly friendly. My big problem is that I prepaid through Expedia -- and then the check-in clerk acknowledged this -- but then the hotel put a "hold" on my debit card and ended up charging me full price for the room, after the hotel records should have noted the room was prepaid for. This would have been a bigger problem if my checking account became overdrawn, but fortunately it did not. Now I am trying to get a refund through the hotel via IHG customer service, offshore with poor connections, and have been promised the hotel will contact me within 48 hours. I also disputed the charge through my bank. Moving to other matters, while the $5 surcharge for the breakfast bar was reasonable, it was not the "full service" breakfast the restaurant hostess claimed. Full service means fresh coffee is brought to the table and the table is cleaned. This was not the case. I have stayed at many, many hotels and I know what "full service" is. It does not mean having to walk across to the lobby to get stale coffee myself. The self-service breakfast bar selection, on the other hand, was adequate. I feel that IHG has cut this hotel's staff and amenities to the bone. The staff, while friendly, were a little clueless about what hotel hospitality means. The rooms don't even have USB ports for charging phones and iPads. I had to go to the two public-use computers in the lobby to find a charging port. C'mon, it's 2023!

Sunday’s brunch is $10. I wasn’t pleased with that however it was a nice stay because normally it’s free however I enjoyed the stay.

Our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly but it was just a one night stay and i didnt feel like changing rooms. I just bought some lysol wipes and took care of it myself. The room really needed a deep clean.

the heating/AC system was LOUD, LOUD, LOUD, LOUD. It made it tough to sleep. Wonderful place except if you can't sleep it kind of defeats the purpose of a hotel. Really sorry to write this because the rest of the stay was great.

Pet friendly with no hassle. Respectes the do not disturb sign. Room was clean, but had some wear on the furniture. Nice lobby, restaurant seemed nice. Bed was harder than I liked. Overall good. I would stay here again.

Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful and friendly

Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. The one thing that stuck with us was the absence of plain creamer at the coffee bar each morning. Having a good coffee first thing in the morning makes a difference. The first morning, hubby went down for coffee and came back with coffee that had been spoiled with one of those sweetened flavored creamers. Yuck. Morning #2 hubby searched out a staff person who went searching for plain creamer (Half and Half) and came back wth frozen creamers! They curdled when they hit the hot coffee. Morning #3 they still hadn't learned the lesson and hubby again had to ask someone to search out the secret supply of regular half and half! Unbelievable! And again it curdled in the coffee. What gives? Makes for a good story, though about how nobody in JC drinks unsweetened coffee.

Had a good experience w my wife and son, and would stay again. Front desk was accommodating.

It goes to show how just a few employees can make a bad stay. Everything was clean, except for the food/drink area wasn’t really stocked. For the whole weekend they were out of most treats, and had no pain relievers at all. Which honestly didn’t bother me. It was the manager who I’m assuming had to come to work to clean up the party from Saturday night. She made it a huge deal to give us towels, was completely rude and unflattering. She even only gave us 2 for 4 people. Not to mention she was basically inside my Hardee’s cup like she wanted to know what I was drinking. Although there was a full on hotel party the night before that we weren’t apart of. When I stay at a hotel , It should never be an issue if you need more towels, more soap, whatever. That’s what you’re paying $100 a night for. That’s unacceptable to be a manager and make the hotel guests feel unwelcomed and like they can’t have any towels. Shoutout to the colored male attendant though, he was amazing and so kind. The only one unfortunately 🙄😕

Did not like restaurant hours for breakfast and they only had 1 elevator working. They did let you use staff elevator but it was way out of the way.

For the most part I enjoyed my stay. The TV was goofed up so the channels didn't correspond to what was actually playing. I was hoping to watch some college football but out of all the channels we could only find one game.

EXCELLENT HOTEL WITH GOOD BEDS, PILLOWS, VERY CLEAN. LACK OF STAFF TO TURN OVER TOWELS ETC. WE HAD NO SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS WE ARE FINE WITH IT IF WE KNEW WHEN WE CHECKED IN
