Everything was ok. Rooms need a little more attention such as: floating nightstands were dusty, floor supervisors need to check behind housekeepers especially when it comes to hair in tub/shower.

One of the beds were broken, it got temporarily fixed after the first night, but not until 9:00 that night. The morning staff after the first night were not very helpful or friendly. The night staff was a lot friendlier. The bed did break again in the morning and I was not offered anything for having a broken/ barely usable bed for two nights.

I was VERY disappointed in this booking. I booked a suit that was suppose to have two queen beds and a pullout. When we got there from off of a long drive in the wee hours of the morning we were checked into a room with only 2 queen beds and it wasn’t a suit. After I spoke with the front desk clerk she told me that there was nothing she could Do the hotel was booked up and sometimes they over book! I couldn’t have been more frustrated that I didn’t have a comfortable place to rest after still having to PAY for something I didn’t reserve.

Hotel was very clean; staff was professional and nice, good location. Room rates were reasonable for the overall experience. I know hotel continental breakfast are average at best but the breakfast was well below average even by the norm. We took a pass and ate local which was more $. i would say again because overall value was good for a quick mid trip overnight stay.

I'm unsatisfied with my stay here. I arrived there around 4am and the receptionist couldn't find my reservation when she finally did I had to request a room change twice because hair was on the bed, sofa bed, and in the bathroom. The receptionist lady said I was the 3 person who room she had to change

Decent. The room felt clean, bedding was fresh. Bathroom faucet and sink could have been more clean. Housekeeping knocked on the door once at 9am and opened the door, very disturbing and inappropriate. We let the front desk know at checkout. Overall decent stay, upgrades to hotel are noticed and fairly well done.

Had a 3 night stay and they never serviced our room. Breakfast was the best part, had a hot breakfast all three mornings. Room was nice

Overall a good night's stay. Stay was friendly, place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was stocked, although scrambled eggs may of been better than what was served. No issues to speak of, what we expected and were overall satisfied.

Stayed for a week. Everything was great. We spent a little extra for the couch, that was worth it. Having a larger refrigerator was perfect for our stay. Staff was nice and helpful. They had everything we needed and our stay went without a problem. Definitely stay here again.

The front of the hotel was very nice and breakfast. And clean. But the room where we stayed was dusty everywhere. The floor when we arrived smells marihuana it was so nasty. The early person is in the front desk she is not helpless and not even look to you!!!

Given the price point for this stay it was remarkable. Great atmosphere, good service, nice room, etc. And, the breakfast was good (which I don't say often). Overall, this place was a great place for a long trip.

The desk clerk was very courteous, but she was not well supported by housekeeping and maintenance. First room the bed was not fully made, second room the door lock didn’t work. She found us a proper room. In the stairway at least one door didn’t close properly. This is a fire hazard!

Upon arrival, the lobby was clean and well maintained and the staff that we spoke to was very nice. However, we did not get any information for the wifi, breakfast times, and other information that is usually provided when checking into a hotel. We had to call multiple times to get the wifi information. The room upon first glance was okay. The room did have some dust and had old drink stains on the counters and nightstands, one of the bedside laps was not working, the phone looked as if it had not be cleaned in months, and the remote for the TV was not working. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival and the toilet had obviously not be cleaned before our arrival. We also never received any new towels or wash cloths and never had anyone come in to clean our rooms or even ask. Also on the day of checkout, around 11:30, someone (i assumed the maid?) came to our door to ask if we planned to leave at 12 or stay over. This was rude and kind of ironic as we never saw any other cleaning staff any other day but they were able to show up to ask if we planned to leave on time. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and would only recommend this place if someone needed a quick place to lay their heads. The front desk staff was nice and welcoming, but they need to update their cleaning standards. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again but the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

Love this place it’s quit and laid back

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Area is noisy because it’s close to the interstate. Breakfast was adequate.

Customer service excellent. The hotel need to update their pictures. What was on line was different from the rooms.

House keeping not do their job properly, we find insects and roaches in the room

This was a surprisingly nice place in Augusta. Rooms were clean and nice. Only problem was no curtains. There was a thin sheet on the window but nothing else.

My check was smooth with no issue even though I was checking in early. The desk associate was super accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked. The fridge, which was larger than the regular mini-fridge, was appreciated. The bed was comfortable with linens heavy enough to keep you actually warm. The breakfast server was very welcoming and the food offered a lot of variety. All the appliances on the buffet worked and everything was stocked. Overall, a really good stay. No question, I would stay at this property anytime.

Nice property. Convenient location. Kind of dated - some chipping paint on door frames etc - but rooms have been updated with newer furniture etc. Really enjoyed our stay. Brought our dog along. Front desk staff could be friendlier at checkin and checkout but for price, room was quiet and location is convenient to downtown Augusta.

Customer service was not friendly nor welcoming. There was cigarette smell the entire building including the room. Beddings could use an upgrade! Pillows completely flat. Mattress with no support, can feel the springs. Breakfast wasn’t what was shown on the pictures. Very limited choices of healthy foods. Canned fruits with added sugar. Scrambled eggs to salty…..

Not a bad stay but the 4th floor where we stayed smelled badly of smoke. You notice it as soon as you get off the elevator. The room itself didn't seem as bad thankfully but the that smoke smell was still there.

Overall, the stay was good. We started off bad when arrived to floor it smelled like cigarette smoke then in our room the carbon monoxide detector was going off and phone wasn't working but when i went down to complain, my concern was corrected immediately.
