The sink was not cleaned. The room smelt overwhelmingly with a perfume clean smell. The mattresses were not comfortable and moved easily. There were minor damages to items in the room.

The room smelled really bad. the carpet was wet and sticky. The bathroom door was broken. the people upstairs was very noisy. the breakfast very poor. the juice machine was not on, I had to ask the front desk lady to turn it on. way to expensive for the service they offer.

Great place quite for the neighborhood great staff always friendly

The staff is wonderful and pleasant. Alway a hello or good morning. As far as a city motel goes. I prefer to stay there when I travel for business in GR.

I can't overstate how horrible my experience was. After spending 5 hours on the road, I arrived at 9:15 PM to a hotel parking lot that was blocked off by police activity. After waiting ~45 minutes, the police activity had not cleared up. I called the front desk to inquire about alternate parking/entrances and was informed that there were none. I ended up having to book a room at a different hotel last minute and was unable to cancel or receive a refund at the Quality Inn. I cannot recommend staying here under any circumstances.

The breakfast was great; eggs and sausage patties every day, along with a waffle iron, juice, milk, coffee, and tea. The WiFi, on the other hand, was anemic. It would drop briefly (or longer) every time I changed websites.

During our stay there were cops being called twice. The rooms smell bad and the bathroom door was broken. Only positive was decent breakfast.

Hostess was very pleasant and accommodating, switched our room without issue when the heating/cooling unit was not working at checkin, breakfast area was clean and well stocked, but the rest of the hotel was rundown,, Rooms smelled of bug spray and had a red roof Inn type of feel. Although location is great, it was not the type of Quality Inn we have come to expect. Not even for the 100.00 we paid, plus when we were moved to a different room, the bed was smaller..

Looks very dangerous to me. The people next to my room had their volume so high I was unable to sleep the whole night. Even after several calls to front desk they refused to slow down the volume.

It was clean but we did not like the smell of the room.

Close to many local attractions. TV didn’t work properly upon arrival. Had to call front desk from our cell phone because room phone had no instructions for calling front desk. When she came to fix it she rebooted it several times and as soon as it got a picture she said “it’s good now” had to call her back less than 5 minutes later. She rebooted it a few more times and said”it’s not working sorry” we asked if we could have another room or discount. She said no let me work on it. We had to call three hours later to find out if anything was gonna be done about it they then moved it into a room with a broken bathroom door, not many towels and not clean it wasn’t a very good experience.

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll start by saying the front end staff at check in was really good but everything after that was awful!!! I opened the room door to find the cleaning lady still inside, so I went and sat in my car until she finsihed (2.5 hours after check in time). There was used tissue and a pizza box left in the room. The bathtub faucet was constantly running hot water which kept the room disgustingly humid the entire time. Not to mention how annoying that is to listen to. The bathroom door had clearly been kicked in and the shower rod was barely attached. The neighbors on all sides of the room were up all hours smashing doors, yelling, fighting, bashing around. Not a single night was quiet. We couldn't leave our room at night because there was always people fighting outside our door. No one ever answered at the front desk to remedy the situation, it was literally four days straight of this. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, this property needs a ton of work.

The bathtub look like it had blood we open the window and there was brown paint painted on the windows. The bathroom door lock was busted and hanging so if you went to the bathroom you had to use your foot told the door closed.

Our stay was okay. A few issues: No elevator so you have to use the steps if your room is on the second floor. There was one person working both check-out and breakfast when we left on Saturday morning at 8 AM so we had to wait a bit. The smoke alarm was missing from our room but when I mentioned that at check-out he made a note of it. Hopefully that will get replaced.

Not my worst hotel experiemce but far from the best. Several items in the room were falling apart, he seal on the door was coming off the wall, holes in the comforter. There was food left in the fridge and a wet washcloth in the bathroom, unfortunately by the time I found these issues it was too late for me to change rooms. The rest of the room was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable so I delt with it for the night. Probably wouldnt stay here again, not worth the price.

Nice rooms

Rooms clean, common areas clean, good breakfast, Friendly staff. Laundry machines provided were in good condition. I did not use the pool or the weight room. Good for a budget hotel. Only one neg thing was the lack of snow and ice removal outside of most doors and common walkways.

This property was very outdated the parking lot was like an ice arena. I think the staff live there. Kids in and out of apartment all night, broken down cars in the parking lot. They watch you like youre in a prison. The breakfast is disgusting. The odor in the lobby and hallway was terrible. Everything from the pillows to the loud ventilation in the bathroom was terrible. The carpet was awful. Refrigerator did not work. The surrounding area looked dangerous. It looked like a place where tricking and drug users stay. Awful it is ran by a family of foreign ers. Just awful

The rooms were not very clean and they charged a deposite that i had to fight through the bank to get back even though they claim that they released it

I was surprised for the price that we pay, I thought the hotel will be a little more modern. The staff was ok. The room had a strong smell. We always travel with Febreze. I am glad we did.

It was a pleasant stay. Our cable wasn't working properly and the front desk went above and beyond to have it working again. Very friendly staff as well.

My expereince was disappointing and angry. The remote would no work . No one would answer the front desk. I went to bed. In the morning i was hoping for better service. The lady at the front desk was not friendly. I asked if she could get more waffle mix since it was out and almost the only option.... I Love.waffles. she came and grabbed the inside holder of the.mix... Threw it on the counter, picked it up and I left. She Never returned. I waited 20 mins I Went to the front counter and there was a different person there. I left. I have YET to receive my $50.00.deposit.

The hotel is not that clean very beat up condition

It was a very clean room.But the tv service was bad couldn't watch many channels keep going and out. Couldn't watch the Clemson Georgia Tech football game also 125 door you had to slam to shut.
