Stayed 1 night for buisness. A very dated place with small bathrooms. You can hear the plumbing when oters flush, etc. Beds are comfy and I can sleep thru alot. It has a starbucks which is the only perk. The pools are old, need renovation and the outdoor hot tub often has.peiple drinkibg and smoking in it. No thanks.

Our stay was for one night only and we chose the accommodation based mostly on price and that it had a pool & hot tub. As are most accommodations in Jasper, the buildings are dated and require serious upgrading. Having said that, our room was clean and comfortable. There was some kind of mechanical noise which was annoying, but did not keep me awake and, of course, the occasional train idling it’s way through town could be heard from just across the road. The pool and hot tub were great and were being enjoyed by a number of guests. Guest services was prompt, friendly and courteous. They provided us with the names of nearby dining venues and answered any questions we had. Overall, for our purposes, it was a good accommodation choice.

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and nice room. Kind of noisy but the hotel was busy. Pool, sauna, and hot tub were a nice bonus. Overall, would stay here again!

Good choice of hotel for price and stay.

For a one night stay we didn’t need any thing more. Clean comfy.

I felt all good except the sauna and hot tub are at other locations and its not accessible from the inner corridor. You've to go outside from the room to get into the sauna and hot tub. When asked for the workout, I was advised to go to next hotel.

Room was too dusty for me! However everything else was fine. A man helped us regarding a refill required!

Great comfortable hotel with excellent parking right out side the room. Pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing after a day of skiing
