When we first arrived we had to wait for over an hour and we had arrived at 3:20 so it was very inconvenient and annoying because you only have a small time to spend there anyway and then had to switch clocks.

Staff was great and accomidated everything we needed them to. When folding out the. Ouch, we found a knife in it. That of course prompted us to search the whole bed before allowing my daughter to sleep on it. Then when taking showers, 2 of the 3 towels the room came stocked with we found bugs in.

Terrible! The refrigerator didn't work. When we talked to the front desk about it, we were told it was on a timer to go off every two hours. Not convenient if younarent in your room all day. We ended up having to throw food away. The outlets didn't work worth a crap. Every type of plug in fell out if them. The outlets were almost "loose". And our facuet in the bathroom leaked so all of our things on the sink got wet!

The hotel was great. I stayed with my two kids and three dogs. The hotel allowed us to bring one dog above the max when u asked permission as we were attending a dog show in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The parking area well lit and they cleared snow promptly. We ended up needing to extend our stay due to a bad winter storm and they were very accommodating. Can’t say enough good things. Only thing they could have improved is they were a bit slow to restock breakfast items. We had to ask for several things and they were very helpful, I just felt bad asking for multiple things (forks, syrup, napkins).

In some descriptions and photos show a hot tub which has been removed. I was here for snowboarding so no hot tub is a "no-go". I would have stayed somewhere else.
Also the waffle maker was broken. It honestly cant be that hard to replace.
The staff was awesome and very kind. I arrived early and they were able to get me in a room.

Before checking in we were informed there was no hot tub even though Expedia and Hampton inn both had pictures of a hot tub being present. We decided to give the pool a try and realized that was a mistake. Pool was dirty and freezing cold. The following morning we went to get breakfast downstairs and realized that too was a mistake. Limited options and was not restocked as the options ran out.

This was a convenient quick stay. The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was small as this is an older hotel. There was some obvious repair and updating that needed to be done. Nothing major. I would stay here again.

Bed very comfortable but the room wouldn't cool down even on 66 degrees. Everything was very clean and it was a nice neighborhood.

It was a decent overnight stay. Floor in room must have been shampooed bc it was wet. Bed was very comfortable and a nice shower. Breakfast choices were really limited.

Everything about our stay was great except that they were out of regular coffee in the lobby both when we checked in and when we checked out. I can understand it when we were checking in because it was 4 in the afternoon. Even so, the friendly woman who was working the front desk was kind enough to make a fresh pot. However, it was a bit annoying that they were out in the morning when we checked out. But the room was great and the hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The location was in a nice area and was convenient to restaurants and shopping!

There was no breakfast this morning - the truck was late. Only one person at the desk. She was friendly and helpful but the poor girl was trying to do everything for a bus full of people before us without any help.

The beds were very clean and comfy and the bathroom spotless. Breakfast offered hot sausages, eggs, mini pancakes, and hot oatmeal with toppings.

Wished we could have closed the drapes to block off light from the window. Other than that, I would stay at the Hampton Inn again.

The person who checked me in did a great job in making sure I was satisfied with the location of my room. My room was CLEAN, bed was comfortable, and the general atmosphere felt comfortable and safe.

The breakfast bar was closed. The lobby was a mess, the check in desk was a mess and the breakfast area was a mess. The grass around the building had not been mowed for weeks.

Front desk staff, Noah, was super helpful with a small issue I had (of my own making). He was pleasant and did all he could to help. The place is clean, had a decent breakfast and was affordable.

Breakfast was terrible, waited for half an hour, still no coffee. empty trays for eggs and whatever else there was. Employees seemed to spend more time outside smoking than working. I don't know if they rent rooms by the week or month, but a lot of "unsavory" looking people hanging around. The room was clean however.

Our stay was okay. Staff was friendly. We got into our room and one bed just had a sheet on top that wasn’t made. Furniture was okay some had chips. Overall our stay was mediocre.

Overall our stay was nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet. A couple of negatives were: we put our towels out to be replaced and never received clean ones, also the pool was very cold.

There were several quarter-sized or larger places where the laminate was chipped off on the furniture in the room. Don't know when this happened but it left me with the impression that maintaining the furniture was not a priority. The rest of the room was fine.

could hear a lot of outside noise from outside /traffic, went to look at the window and the window was out of its frame, tried to put back in but couldn't, something wrong with the window. i could put my whole hand in-between the frame of the window and frame, luck we were on the 3rd floor. The weekend breakfast time was until 10:00, got down for breakfast at 9:30 and the items that they serve for breakfast were pretty much gone , the plain batter for the waffles was out, asked for more and was told that there isn't any more and breakfast is over in 10 min. the person would not refill the batter..... only a couple strips of bacon and 1 sausage patty left. and with a 1/2 hour left to eat. that was it. If they serve breakfast until a certain time they should have food available.
the clerk that checked us in was awesome, she had a bunch of employees call in so she was alone, and she was doing everything from checking people in, cleaning rooms, delivering towels , No hot tube in pool area, was filled in and flooring put down. unless they do some updating I prob. would not recommend staying there . The location was good, next to a lot of restaurants that we ate at.

Was given a room with 2 queens instead of the King I paid for. Front desk got us switched to a king room but then the door would not lock at all. I mean no key needed at all.

The staff was great. The place was clean. But there was a broken lamp with tape on it, a broken garbage can with sharp edges, no full length mirror, 1/8 roll of tp, 1/3 box Kleenex and only one chair. Children on floor above sounded like a bowling alley. Lost sleep had to wake early for flight. Will not be back.

I didn’t like it he said that there was a hot tub and there’s not and that’s the reason we came so now we’re just bum don’t have nothing to do boo-hoo
