I booked and paid for 2 queen size beds n upon checkin found only 1 queen size bed. No manager on duty and no other rooms available. Did check their chain of hotels n no rooms available. Checked at St peters also n also no rooms available. Said to speak Sat a m w a manager. :(

Review Room key issue multiple times. Breakfast is disappointing & MAYBE granola bars and instant oatmeal. The lobby front door is difficult to open and very loud. The back / side doors worthless (broken/propped open by others). BED BUGS AND ANTS NEAR BED. DEAD BUGS ON KITCHEN FLOOR WHEN ARRIVING IN. The carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed. The shower walls had black between the tiles. Kitchen supplies not provided unless you ask, but they mismatch and are not what you would hope for. Bed was soft and “looked” clean. Entire building smells old and most door locks look broken. Laundry room is clean with high tech payment method that works with an app for laundry timing. Front lobby has too many steps to both floors. The staff is friendly and do their best to operate with limited resources. Definitely would NOT recommend this hotel, even if you HAVE to stay on budget.

Stayed for a day. Not given rooms as selected. Had Booked two 2 bed rooms but I was give a 1 bed room being the first checking and my friend checked in at the same time but he was given 2 bed room. Whats the logic?

Very friendly staff

The smell of marijuana was there when we walked toward our room. The door we were told to go in to our room was locked keycard would not unlock it. No trash can around in the room, no hair dryer, pink residue in the sink and tub possibly cleaning solution? The window was unlocked and screen open, scary! The area of the property had trash bags everywhere and bins overflowing with trash. Glad I was there only one night. The bed was as hard as a rock!

Smells bad Dirty

Horrid stay. No ice on premises. The counter and carpet was stained red in random spots. The free toiletries were caked in some weird syrup and crumbs. There was a towel stuck on the back of the door that housekeeping did not get to that was randomly stained red. Overall the place was really dirty and just rundown. The room we stayed in had an “island” which the counter top was super bowed and useless and awkward. Absolutely do not recommend wasting your money on this stay.

The staff was kind and helpful, but the place was awful. The room stunk SO bad that we ended up leaving after about 30 minutes and found a different hotel. And it was super old and dated.

My daughters loved it. This was our first vacation since moving back to Arkansas 8 years ago, and they were super happy. The area is quiet, service was great and staff was friendly!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

Hotel was disgusting, had dead bugs all over our bathroom and our whole room stunk really bad. The stairwell smelled like marijuana, which is something i dont like walking into with my two kids with us. You had to pick up an outside phone to be buzzed to enter just the hotel lobby. The booking said two beds and it only had one actual bed, the other was a pull out couch with stains all over the bed. Im surprised this hotel hasent been shut down, i wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here especially with children.

The good the good thing about the property was it had a kitchenette and that’s what I was looking for The bad thing about the property when I go to try to rebook at the front desk they said you had to do everything online so

The room was great staff very friendly and accommodating. Hallways were trashed the housekeeping staff dragged the trash on our way out made the hallway smell bad.other guests were smoking marijuana by the exit doors

Well, the room they had for me was on the third floor. I can't climb a lot of stairs because of my legs. I requested a room on the main floor. They had a smaller room with one queen bed and a recliner. I had no other choice but to take that one. I tried calling Hotel.com to see about changing my prepaid reservation to another extended stay hotel that had a elevator. However, Hotel.com had no customer service number for me to call which was upsetting to me. The room had ants in it that I kept killing. The toilet would only flush all the way and refill if you took the top off it to wiggle the refilling bottle. We asked for dishes but got no pot or skillet to cook with. There's a whole stove in room why would not have that. I had to go and buy skillets to cook with. Then there was the strong smell of weed in the hallway all the time. There was noise in the hallway with people banging loudly on people's doors was horrible. I wish I could a refund of my money for my stay. I paid $213 for a 2 day stay that wasn't worth it and horrible.

I was on the 1st floor and the hallway stunk so bad. Kids were running down the hall all night. Definitely worse than the Motel 6. Will not stay there ever again.

Old property…

There were 3 of us driving a U-Haul from Denver to St Louis. We arrived at the hotel minutes before midnight. The door was locked and we called the number on the door. They cancelled our room and filled it for someone else, without acknowledging usbecause it was after 11pm. I looked at the email confirmation and it states last check in is midnight. They told us to go to the 24 hr extended stay around the corner and they'll get us a room. Now it's 1215... They were booked. This locations employee called the other location and stated they wouldn't let us in because there wasn't a manager to unlock the door and turns out our room was available. In fact EVERY hotel was booked in the vicinity. What a disaster! We finally found one miles away, but it was a rough night. We will never stay at an extended stay in Missouri again. Take away note.... Make sure you know what time your hotel front desk closes

My room was not clean, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, hair in the shower and smelled bad. The outside door to the property did not lock.

Above and beyond one of the worst places I’ve stayed at in 25yrs

Very convenient location to highways and eating establishments, stores. Unfortunately: because of COVID rules; You have to request everything necessary for cooking, eating, drinking, etc… But Mgmt was compliant with anything I asked for; So no complaints there. Suite was good value for the price.

We booked this hotel on this site. Showed up to the hotel at 1115pm. Apparently they close at 11pm and gave our reservation away at 7:30pm. Will never book anything through this site or stay at an extended stay ever!!!!

Convenient location. WiFi and cable went out during rain storm (not thunderstorm, just rain). No amenities.

I paid before we left the state that we live in and once we got there we were denied our room and a refund. I’m still currently waiting on a refund a whole week later. The lady at the front and the representative from hotels.com were both very rude. Because of us being denied our room we had to ride around searching for somewhere to sleep with a irritable toddler and everywhere was booked up. We ended up finding a room and had to pay more money to stay there and still hadn’t received a refund. Our weekend getaway was ruined and at this point I don’t think we’ll use hotel.com again!

You get what you pay for. This hotel definitely is no frills. I would say budget friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had to change rooms and parts of the floor were unstable in that room. The front desk personnel and cleaning crew were very courteous and helpful though.
