Great safe location near the airport. We stayed for a family weekend at the Beaches of LA.

I loved this hotel!! The location was convenient to the airport, rental cars, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the hotel’s restaurant had amazing food and service! Will definitely be back again!

We have stayed with this hotel twice before and had wonderful service. This time everything went wrong. The hotel was over booked and sent us to another hotel for the night, Embassy suites North. The front of house lady was a bit stressed as I believe a few people had been sent over to her for the same reason. They blamed Hotels.com for over selling rooms. The manager Matt from the Embassy South did everything he could on the following day to make the rest of our stay ok.

We once again enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the airport, the shuttle bus is a bonus. The included breakfast was lovely. The staff were great and Maria and her sister at the bar were fun and friendly.

Welcoming, great facilities, spacious and good bar /restaurant. Would be perfect if there had been bit more breakfast choice. Overall really good much better than typical airport hotels!

starting with the $44 dollar parking per nite waz so wrong because theres no parking outside so your forced to pay for it . Our room waz no better. The ac waz broken and it waz extremely hot in there the paint waz peeling off the walls. And the pullout extra bed waz so uncomfortable the wires were stabbing me in the ribs, the extra blankets were so stiff ,they looked as if they had never been washed before.Room service never came up , and when i asked the maid for clean towels. She blew me off and said she was not in charge of my room ;mind you ..,she had just done the room before mine ,and was doing the one ,after mine ..last but not least the pool was clouddy and looked unsanitary

We ended asking for another room the 1st room was not cool, the a/c could not be overridden and because of a city ordinance the windows were frosted and could not be opened. Definitely ask for an airport side room. Where the 1st room was very roomy, it felt claustrophobic because of the window situation. There was a lightbulb missing in a very high traffic area and a few things we thought were not in the greatest condition. The staff was very helpful and got us another room where we felt more comfortable. The proximity to things in the area was great.

Had a problem with the room apparently no smoking rooms in this hotel no smoking cigarettes with marijuana is fine. Had to change rooms because of the smoke coming from the next room. Went to the pool and the pool was cold so no pool.

Very easy check-in friendly front desk staff accommodating six people was great to be in one room. Breakfast was good and very easy flow.

ADA room with two beds not available at check-in. There were three people in our room but only two sets of towels. Called multiple times for third set but only got excuse “we don’t have enough towels”. Asked for help setting up sofa bed and was told to set it up myself. Restaurant food is good but very overpriced. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay at Embassy Suites, LAX South. Everything was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast with delicious made to order omelets. The hotel provided a late check out at 4:00 PM for an additional fee. This was perfect for our late flight. Special shout out to Larissa N at the front desk. Larissa is a great ambassador for Hilton. She provided excellent customer service with a smile. I recommend this hotel for anyone needing accommodations near the airport.

The gentleman who checked me in was a little rude. He wasn't welcoming. The pool was cloudy.The atrium was beautiful. The living room in the suite was cozy, very inviting. The breakfast buffet was immaculate! So clean. I ordered room service, the gentleman who took my order was so polite. I recommend Embassy Suites El Segundo.

First we showed up at 3:52pm to check in and were told they had no rooms until 4pm. Then the room they gave us when we came back at 5pm was not cleaned and still had all the sheets and towels in a pile in the room. Then the whole hotel smelled of weed very strong so much that it came through the vents and we had our kids with us. The breakfast was a full buffet but the food was terrible. They also never said on hotels.com that the hotel charged $45 a night to park cuz we would have never have chosen this hotel if they had. The bed also had a spring poking out. Over all it was a terrible experience and we will never stay here again!!

I reserved a double bed with balcony. When I arrived to check in. They told me they only had a king size bed room with no balcony. It was 5 of use in the little room. Told me they was call me to move me to a room I reserved and never call me. It’s was so uncomfortable

wonderful, we arrived early, was allowed to check in at noon instead of 4pm. the room was great, lots of room, comfortable bed. good tv with lots of choices.

bathroom drips water and the curtain had stains. Air conditioning did not work for my room the system is old and doesn’t give option to do cool or heat you just have buttons the move up and down. Staff were really nice. It was spacious. They say complementary drinks but only during happy hour which is inconvenient for people who are out during the day.

Hotel was clean. Parking was expensive and sewer pipe was leaking and dripped on to my truck

Property was good but limited facilities. Free shuttle pick up took hours from the airport to hotel. From hotel free shuttle was hourly but did not cater to late night and early morning flights. Bags had to be transported to rooms ourselves and food availability at the hotel was limited.
