This is my regular hotel I always stay at it's my main hotel I have nothing but love for this whole time

Our stay was unexpected. Very clean and fresh smelling rooms. There was no marijuana smell at all in the motel unlike other motel's I have stayed at in Las Vegas. The motel rooms are close to the main door with a security guard at the elevator entrance at all times. The pool area was very clean and well kept. The whole casino was clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! This was the second time I've stayed here. It's just off the strip, so not as much craziness. There are plenty of restaurant choices, and room service was fast and amazing. The pool is gorgeous, with water just the right temperature and amazing food and drink choices with friendly wait staff. I even went to the attached movie theater twice while I was there. I also used the fitness center a few times. There's a 7 Eleven right outside the hotel in case you need anything from a convenience store. I will definitely stay here again!

Exceeded my expectations… single king bed non- smoking room. Super clean, comfy. Easy to park and get in. Nice casino area, pool area nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at The Palace Station. It is very clean and the service was excellent. The room is a good size and also very clean. We loved all the restaurants there as well.

The restroom had hair on the shower walls, as we let water run down the walls to wash it off, more hair exposed it self from the cracks, i did not take photo. the sink was clogged as well.

This place was actually nice and the pool was not packed at all. This location being not to far from the strip was great.

Front desk staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Rooms were nice. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not lol the breakfast place in the resort WAS AMAZING!! Best breakfast I’ve had in a long time!

My room was nice and clean, all employees were helpful and attentive to my needs. The only part I forget is the drinks that are available to me during my stay.

Check in long! I booked through a third party they said so they had to spend 20 min in another location looking for my reservation once found they did not tell me about my 20 percent off room and food credit. Why? Not very wheelchair friendly .carpet all through very hard to roll the wheels. Need to be more handicapp and wheelchair friendly

This place was absolutely filthy. Stains on the sheets, dry skin flakes, and paper napkins in one of the beds in our double bed room. Horrific.
Please don’t stay here or give this place your business.

So, usually when you put out thr do not disturb sign, they don’t disturb. They just ignored the sign. The stay itself was fine but that really ticked me off. Housekeeping still came in. Also, no coffee makers or refrigerators in the rooms so they can make more money selling more food and expensive coffee. Not super impressed but location was good and parking was plentiful.

Nice clean & quiet property away from the busy strip. Decent food/restaurant choices. Pool area was closed and no water bottle refill stations anywhere (water from tap smelled like hair perm), shower water pressure was weak.

The beds are too soft and resulted in back problem. The sink was clogged and had to call the facility to unclogged and fixed the faucet. It took several attempts to get towels and amenities delivered to our room. But, they are pretty generous once the items being delivered.

The room came with no refrigerator, coffee pot, water
bottles or microwave. The pool and surrounds were closed off, but they still charged us the $45 for providing them. The hotel had no drinking water fountains, but did have water and coffee etc for sale at very high prices. The entire building and rooms seemed old fashioned and dark.

I enjoyed the fact that I did not have to go through the casino to make it to the elevator.
Hotel room was spacious, clean, tidy.
No contact with staff hotel though so I can't say customer service was amazing, other than the fact that the cleaning department was very good.

Palace station was very nice - overall friendly and clean. There were 4 of us and we originally booked 2 queen beds 3 weeks before. Upon arrival there was only one room left with one king bed. The check in desk did upgrade us to the top suite and there was plenty of space and absolutely beautiful. One couple had to sleep on the couch and the hotel supplied sheets blankets and pillows for the couch. We were made very comfortable.

You have to ask for the maid to clean your room. I was not told this at the check in. The reason is covid. I thought covid was over. The casino is not as good as usual. We have stayed here for many years. The casino reeked of cigarettes.

Room was nice except the view of the parking structure and AC/Heater fan; We did not know we had no microwave or mini fridge in the room. I guess you have to pay extra. Room was nice and clean. Would have liked a bathtub.
