Amazing! The room was big, environment ok and service great

Vending machine wouldn’t work to get water. Front desk staff were not helpful. We were travelling with a toddler and A LOT of luggage. They didn’t have a luggage carrier nor did they help us bring anything to our room. Claimed they had no water to give us for our toddler either.

Stay away from this property. It’s under renovation. Very unfriendly front desk staff. Noisy heating/cooling system won’t let you sleep. Towels smell like vomit. They do not clean the room every day and give you a garbage bag to collect dirty towels and sheets and bring them to the front desk to get a replacement. They also have construction going on in front of the property causing noise early morning. They do not disclose this information before you make a reservation. I have stayed in all types of hotels in the past and never provided my review but this was the worst experience ever. I just wanted to review the property so other people are careful before selecting this property. I would give it a zero star if possible.

The property itself has been revamped but the quality of the revamp is noticeable in that there are many short corners taken. Nonetheless, it was clean and the price was right before we headed to our vacation via the airport. I wouldn't have an issue staying here again.

Disgusting. Dried blood on bathroom walls. I’d post pics but can’t. Oh, and BTW there’s no airport shuttle (despite filtering hotel choices down to only this with airport shuttle.)

Parking was limited due to an event going on. Had to really search for a spot and it wasn't really a designated parking spot. Secondly a plastic cup for coffee, not good for the health. No face cloth provided.

I went here to visit a friend in Montreal. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. The negative was that there was leftover food in the fridge and the floor was not properly vacuumed. The website mentioned Monday to Friday noise from construction but the noise woke me up at 7 am on a Saturday (I have videos). The front guest clerk denied the noise even thought it was right outside the door. He had me fill in a form for the manager to get back to me but they never responded.

Grungy, dated, dilapidated, sleezy are some of the words that come to mind. Pay the extra $50 and go to a nicer, more comfortable hotel.

Poor facilities. Looked rundown. There was a live insect in my bed…pretty sure it was a bedbug. Rooms were rough.

The cleaning products for the property had such a strong chemical smell it stuffed up my nose and sinuses when in my room

I feel for the staff—they are professional and helpful and doing their best. The parking lot is poorly lit and there are huge holes and breaks in the asphalt. There is no easily readable sign to identify the hotel in the dark-/but there is a temporary sign draped over one side of the hotel. The rooms got some cosmetic renovation—the bed was comfortable, and the furniture was new. But the lamps were thin, spindly and cheap. The walls were painted, but it did not appear that imperfections in the walls were repaired prior to the painting. There was an overwhelming smell of …air freshener? Cleaning product? Something, anyway, which caused me to request to change rooms. In the second room, the smell was less overwhelming.

I will never stay here again. The worst thing is that the cleaning products used in the rooms have an excessive odour. As soon as I entered, my throat felt irritated. There are no windows that can be opened. We felt imprisoned.
At 8 am, the housekeeping staff started knocking on the doors to come in and clean. They opened our door when we were not ready.
The building is tired, worn and shabby.

Heavy construction around hotel but noise level low. Quiet at night. Limited parking due to construction.
Breakfast in hotel restaurant very good and good value.

Booked this hotel last minute after a flight cancellation. Affordable, clean, and about a 15 minute ride back into town. Also super close to the airport!

The bathroom faucet leaked when I turned it on, not sufficient towels, other then that it was ok.

The counter check us in, just to find someone else in our room. They were sold out and we have to move on, almost at midnight, in search of a new place to stay for the night!
It was not a good experience!
