The bed was so uncomfortable. Felt like a hard cardboard box.

Isiah was especially kind. This hotel was so clean and everyone was friendly. Breakfast was great!

I stayed in an accessible room. It was not in very good shape. Broken blind, no hand soap at the sink (only shower gel in the shower available). Light fixtures wobbly. Room may not have been used recently but it does need to be checked occasionally for shortcomings. Desk attendant could most charitably be described as brusque.

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the years and this one was by far the worst one we have ever stayed in. The TV didn't work, the room was dated and filthy as well. We also had barking dogs staying in a room directly across the hall from us that woke us up as the owner had left them in the hotel room and left the hotel. We were not notified at check in that this floor allowed pets and certainly not directly across from the room. We most definitely will not stay at this Hampton Inn ever again.

The bed in room 122 needs to be replace it was so bad we cut the trip short due having back pain. I informed the desk clerk when we check out who had no concerns and didn’t give a response after bringing it to her attention. They the room wasn’t cleaned the clerk that had work on Saturday was very apologetic as well as the laundry personnel but the clerk that worked on Sunday morning had no concerns support not a front desk person

The staff was fairly friendly and the bed was comfortable. A lot of the wood furniture shows a lot of wear and is probably ready for an upgrade but overall not bad.

The overall room was clean, however the toilet was not secured to the ground and wobbled when used. I found it odd that there were no cups in that bathroom so I wound up using my water bottle. Before checking out in the morning I went down and had breakfast, only to come back to my room being torn apart by the cleaning crew. I hadn’t even checked out and felt like they were pushing me out the door. At least wait until the occupants turn in the keys before going into the rooms on the day of departure.

Overall a good experience. The footstool in our room looked like spit up dried on it. The rest of the room appeared pretty clean. The bed was not comfortable but I’m also getting old so hard to really tel who is at fault here. The chairs downstairs in the computer area were covered in stains. I think the place could just use some updating. The pool is very small and outdoors. Check in was easy, staff very pleasant, haven’t had their breakfast yet to know what that’s like. I would stay here again.

The hotel is tucked away in a busy area, making it convenient and quiet. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Great for families and even our furry members

The hotel looked a bit dated and needed some freshening up. Carpets were dirty and needed an overall cleaning but other than that all was fine.

I attended a wedding in Savannah and decided to get another hotel to be close to the airport a day before leaving, very nice location I had no issues at the desk everything was very clean including room. Bed was comfy parking was no issues, close to Highway and about 25-30 minutes from airport. Very convenient locations close to restaurants/shopping/ gas stations and fast food. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind.

Comfy beds, great service, clean, good area and a pretty decent breakfast selection. If we are in the area again, this will be our go-to hotel! I highly recommend!

The lighting was very poor in the room and especially the bathroom and the A/C was rattling. I other than that, everything else was good

This hotel did it's job - a stay over during a long drive. It was not fabulous but fine. It's dog friendly so there was barking and dog type messes. The free breakfast was kind of unappetizing and they were understaffed - trash cans over filled, food had run out etc but there was only one person working. On the flip side, the front desk lady at check out was happy, friendly and wonderful!

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, good variety of breakfast food. The only problem the first night was a college basketball team was in rooms around me. They were loud, banging doors and very disrespectful. By 2 AM it was finally taken care after the staff contacted the coach!
