My stay was okay. One of the reasons I picked it was because of the indoor pool and hot tub. I did use the hot tub and it was nice. I felt like the sheets were worn. The plug for the hair dryer was cracked, thus being a fire hazard. I'm a fairly tall individual and the toilet was very low. The staff was very friendly.

Bathroom was dirty, old cigarette burns on counter. Rusty bathroom fixtures,broken mirror and lampshade. Hotel is outdated , beds and furniture not in good condition.

The remote would not work with the TV. There was soap left in the shower from the previous person's visit. Our air conditioner would not work. When we asked the hotel manager to help, he came to look at it, but did not fix it, nor did he offer us a different room (there were MANY open rooms) or a discount. He did give us a fan to help us get through the night.

Our room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very good stay at a nice motel . We enjoyed the time efficient check in , very clean facility , the available pool and hot tub , and a good nights sleep .

Everything was perfect!

We had pets, and we’re placed at the end of the building where people would go out to smoke or let their pets out. It was convenient, but it made our pets constantly bark when they heard a noise. There was an old stain on the countertop and on the toilet there was a knick in the seat, and there was a cigarette burn hole in the top cover of one of the beds. We were told all these things were just how they are and there’s no problem with them. The manager was very responsive, but they didn’t offer to do anything about them. They only offered sausage links or patties on the continental breakfast. The lights for the pool were not placed in their socket, but were floating on the top of the pool.

Better than expected for a mid-range hotel. Easy acces from I-40. Professional and courteous staff. Room very comfortable with everything you need or want for a short stay. Will definitely consider this place, if i pass this way again.

The shower curtain was torn, bathroom grout was painted in and not repaired. Furniture old and in disrepair.

Front desk was very nice and noticed that i had two knee braces on and offer to move us to a first floor unit close to the main entrance It worked out perfect and had two beds vs king. But saved me from walking further distance and for that Super Stars for him

The room smelled musty. Cross between dirty Sox’s and wet dog! Had a desk chair held together with black electrical tape and a broken down recliner from someone’s garage. If the room was a $35 a night I might understand but it was well over $100!!

Loved the staff!! Very nice and kind. Made you feel at home.

Room cleanliness was not good -- garbage on the floor -- pictures have not been updated for years -- breakfast was not good

We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Everything was amazing and will be back for sure.

The bug crawling across the dresser was the final straw for my and my kids. It was musty, the sheets didn’t fit, the card holder had been used already, the TV was very small for even a bedroom let alone a hotel room. My kids were very relieved when we left and went somewhere else.

Never checked in! No one cane after 20 mins. The smell was horrible, loby a mess. Left the place! Do not go there! Unsafe, unsanitary

Hotel going under renovation, found a bed bug in the bed of one of the rooms. When the manager was notified he blamed the bed bug on us!!! We asked for bags so we could bag up our belongings that were in the room. Will never stay there again

It took me a little while to feel comfortable in this hotel. The floors where carpeted but very dirty. So was the bathroom floor. We had problems with out door card. We had our dog with us and had to occasionally take her out for a break after hours. My door card would not let me back in any of the doors so I came to the front door and had to call the manager to let me in. He seemed kind of cross with me, but other guests had the same problem with their door cards. The fitted sheets on the bed kept coming off at night. Terrible sheets. And I hated the feel of the flat sheet on the bed. I don't know what it was made out of but not comfortable. The bathroom floor seemed sticky so I wiped it up a little with a towel. The towel was filthy. I guess they don't mop the floors in there at all. We would have lost money if we went someplace else to we just stuck it out.

Price

The host/manager is so sweet and friendly. This is second time we stayed here. The hotel has some age on it but it has been updated and is quite comfortable. We will stay on our next trip.

The gentleman at the desk (the manager?) was very nice. However, the whole hotel seemed beat. Construction was going on so that added to the problem. The room was dark and a bit smelly.. The worst part was the pool and hot tub area. Best word I can use id "creepy". The "hot tub" which was an important selling point for us, was a tiny triangular pool of still, grey hot water with no bubbles or way to turn on bubbles. It looked and felt dirty. the tiles around it were slimy and very colorful, if you get my drift. We got out in about 2 minutes and showered very quickly! Disappointing for the cost!

The toilet overflowed. There was black mold in the grout lines of the bathroom tile. Much of the hotel was torn-up due to water damage. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it wasn’t bad. It warm and tasted well enough.
