There was crap stains on my sheet and someo e opened my door when i had my do not disturb sign on and i was standing naked about to change. The people at the front desk were rude and said nothi g can be done the manager wont be back for weeks

At check-in we were informed that continental breakfast, common room and exercise room were Not available due to remodel. We should have been informed long before arrival. We would have stayed elsewhere. Not okay with this.

We booked our room on line. When we got to the Inn we found the front door closed with a note saying to enter by the side entrance. We did so to find that the check-in desk had been moved to what we could only describe as a broom closet. We were told that he lobby was under construction and there was no breakfast area available for the complementary breakfast. A Keurig was available in our room, but it was a poor substitute. Nothing was mentioned of this inconvenience when we booked and we feel cheated out on the amount the room cost us. We will think twice before coming back although this location had been a frequent place to stay while visiting relatives. We should have received some discount, but were told we could walk to a near by Dunkin's for our breakfast - not quite what we expected. Maybe they could have worked something out with Dunkin ahead of this.

I feel like my stay and your staff was overall good. I just felt like because of all the renovation going on, there was no morning breakfast, or juice/coffee. No place to sit anywhere but my room, no computer to log into for help on finding Expedia or any other directory. There were also no trash bags in the actual trash bins. And only one small bar of soap. I honestly dropped that in the sink and decided not to use it again on my first night. The shower was great though. I’m not complaining but I feel for over 200 dollars a night, and I stayed 2 nights in a row, there should have been more of a discount. Thank you for your time

Property undergoing renovations so it was tough to adequately review.

A simple overnight stay. Everything worked out fine. The renovation activity/zone was not a problem for me. The bed mattress was slightly softer than I prefer but I still got some sleep.
I liked the more subdued lighting that existed in the bathroom, including both sets of lights. For visitors who need more light to prep makeup, such as for a special presentation, wedding, etc., this may be a bit of a challenge.

Pros: Close to the highway, convenience store/gas station next door, my room was recently redone and seemed brand new, wireless phone charger
Cons: heating unit was very loud (but I shut if off for night and didn't freeze, so the hotel seems well insulated), I found the pillows to be uncomfortable - there were at least 4 of them and they were all the same but it seems like if you have more than 2 they could be different to accommodate different preferences

It was okay but out of the handful of times my husband and I've had stayed here this round wasn't the greatest of them and we were both a little disappointed in the attitude from the person that was checking us in that night and a few other things

This was a business /family trip. The room was great the beds were a little hard but not a game changer. Staff impressed the hell out of me. 4 am they reaponded to an issue immediately with a smile

Very clean and quiet accommodations. Close to I-89 but no traffic noise. Did not hear any construction going on, I was in the 3rd floor. Wonderful stay!

Be careful if you have pet. Pet fee on the Expedia site is $25 only to find out the hotel charges $75. When I asked the hotel clerk, Becca who was quite unfriendly and no help, to change it she said no and they weren't responsible for what amount was shown on the Expedia site. Upon calling Expedia, they said that was untrue, the hotel puts the information on the
site. Expedia returned the $50. Would not stay there again.

I like this hotel just I checked and the lady was very rude and disrespectful. I've never seen her before. And she made me do a lot of stuff. That I never had to do before. It was just very different and the bathtub to take a Bath. It continuously drained instead of keeping water in it.

My family stayed at this hotel. It was undergoing some construction and upgrades, so I didn't take points off from that. They did a free upgrade of our room from double beds to queen beds. This was a wonderful surprise. The only bummer was we saw that there was a hot tub / spa in the add but there wasn't one in the hotel. The continental breakfast was really well done.
