The experience wasn't so great.. The bed and floor squeaked. Our official day there was no running water from around 10am-3pm which did suck because we got in late so we slept in, otherwise we’d of showered earlier if we had known.. and it was ridiculous as we couldn’t flush the toilet either.. we had to wait around 3:30pm even though we were told it would be off from 10am-11am. They shut the water off because they were trying to fix a leak and I’m assuming they did it around that time because check out was at 11am and check in at 3pm, but they did not consider those who paid for 2 nights.. Also our key was inactive even before check out time.. :(

They did not have a cart for me to transport my luggage from the sign-in desk to my room. My friend that dropped me off had to take me to my room, which was inconvenient as he was in a hurry due to other issues he had to deal with.

The day shift lady at the front desk ruin the whole trip. She deserves to be terminated for having such a horrible attitude. They claim to be dog friendly they charged me for my support dogs and I couldn't even get dog bags to pick up their poop I had to use tissue paper from the room ridiculous asked five times.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Big room. Non smoking and clean

Our stay was meh... it was ok.
Pros: Good for its value. Breakfast was ok.
Cons: The bed was very firm. The shower was hard to adjust hot and cold. The outlet to the refrigerator looked melted - we left a note for housekeeping in case of fire hazard. Rooms need updating, popcorn ceiling wasn't nice to look at.

A nice place to stay, rooms are very clean, it’s a safe area, there’s restaurants near by the hotel so driving won’t be as much.

There was hair on two of the towels when I walked and a cigarette burn in the blanket

Staff service was excellent. But, my first room was not cleaned yet. I got a replacement room and there’s no towels at all.

Good Place The Only Thing We Didn’t Like Is The Cleanliness Of The Room

I specifically called to be sure the pool was open, I was told it is, I arrived and closed, i chose this place because of pool and location, I could have paid less for a place with no pool. No offer to match. That price.

I try to do a late Ck in they wanted to charge basically another day of staying, housekeeping knock and 10 min later a security guard asked if we were leaving already. Bad experience will not stay there again

Thankfully it was a 1 night stay. I definitely wouldn’t stay more than a night. Unsanitary. Inside the frig was an open can of coke. Bathtub wasn’t clean. You get what you pay for.

Check in was an incredible disaster. The room smelled so much of smoke that my jacket took on the smell. The continental breakfast at 6:00 a.m. consisted of no fruit, no bagels, no water, no yogurt. And for that I paid $190. It was my 7th hotel night in 10 days, and by far the most embarrassing for the chain.

Pool is broken. I would have chosen a different hotel if i would have known that.

Pulling into the property, the hotel is right next to an off-brand gas station where people are hanging around. No worries, I thought, seeing several patrolling police cars, and proceeded to walk in.
The pool, one of the amenities advertised, and one of the deciding factors in selecting the hotel, is down for construction and no attempt is made to make up for it besides a printed apology on the door.
After reassuring the night receptionist that the credit card I was leaving on file was not backed by monopoly money, I received my card to check in and made my way to my room for the night. On the way I receive a call from the receptionist wondering if he gave me my key card, I let him know I did. This will come into play later.
Between the hours of 3:30 AM and 4 AM, the plastic cover for the bathroom mirror lights falls off and slams into the counter below. On inspection it looks like one of the bulbs was half-installed, so I align the ends, push it in, twist, and properly re-install the cover. I am unable to sleep.
The following night I make my way in around 4 AM after being out and about. I scan the card at the door to no avail. In an attempt to save a few cents, the additional card from earlier must have been placed in the checkout bin for re-use and I have been marked as having departed. The receptionist creates a new card for me. It's the last thing one wants to experience that early in the morning; exhausted and just looking forward to a few good hours of sleep.

Surroundings were gross and others staying there were questionable. Noisy as heck! From the screaming people to the noises that sounded like furniture moving in the middle of the night. I stayed for a purpose and left. It wasnt a vacation or luxury stay. Arrived, slept and left. Sink was clogged the second we used it. Never drained.

Reserved two rooms at this hotel about 1 week in advanced prior to my stay( stated this weekend 8/26/23), great location near plenty of restaurant options. Reasonably priced and love that they are pet friendly, a major . I am however rating this hotel a 2 due the lack of communication relaying info of the hotel amenities.
1. The pool was closed and this was something my family and we're looking to enjoy, it has been in 100 degrees in San Bernardino. We we're given no notice in advance or a simple msg about until we were at the hotel checking in major major disappointment.
2. One of our sinks was not fully functioning and it leaked when the faucet off.
3. One of the refrigerators was not in full working condition woke up with to water all around the refrigerator.
I am not sure if I will stay here again the staff was super friendly and like I said great location and dog friendly but I feel like the cons outweighed the positive.
My advice for future visitors call to inquire about amenities before you show up and are disappointed.

We were assigned a room and upon entering the room, the tv is on and the beds are not done, room was not cleaned yet. Complained to the front desk and cancelled my reservation. If the room was occupied when we went in, we can be in very big trouble. This is a mistake that should never happen in a hotel, there should be proper communication with housekeeping.

NO SWIMMING POOL , on their websites does not its out of service, front desk lady said been out of service for a long time , months ...... a person who looked like a gang member, XL white shirt khaki pants shaved head ... was dang on the 2nd floor hotel rooms yelling out Christina... i left the hotel for a business meeting and left my wife i the hotel room she call me and describe him and i heard what he was yelling ... i told her to call the front desk ..... She called me back 17min later and said no one answered the front desk ... i said to call again in 5min if they dont answer call the police ........ when i returned later that night as i parked my car at the Sure stay sponsored by best Western hotels , i went in my room and looked out the window and a male who looks like a gang member was staring at my car , looked up at my room seen me looking at him and walked away ....... i could not sleep at night worried someone was going to break in my car ... i woke up multiple times to check on my car .... worst experience in a hotel in my life will never return there again.....

Only thing that I can rate lower than a 5 is the a/c. Just didn't want to get very cool . It kept the room humid.

There are many hotels near here in San Bernardino but I usually choose this one. It's reliable, reasonably quiet ant convenient to restaurants and shopping.

I was disappointed because my rooms were not ready when I arrived to check in at 3pm. I had to wait 30 more minutes until they got cleaned. The receptionist mentioned to me if I wanted to leave it was fine, but that should not even be response. Not the cleanest. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend 😡😡

The room was filthy, the bed was broken, the sink was leaking and there were pubic hairs all over the tub and bathroom walls!!! Disgusting!! I will NEVER stay here again!!

This was convenient to my needs. But very unorganized checking staff and dirty rooms. Floors not mopped, hair stuck on bathroom walls, drab furniture and paint. Musty smelling and baby roaches. Worst best western I have ever stayed in.
