The rooms were not so clean. The carpet was filthy. The room had an odor of like an old attic. The blinds were dusty around the toilet was a little dirty. The counters in the bathroom didn’t seem like they were wiped off the tub. Had rust stains in it the hallways to get to the room were filthy. There were scratches all over the walls, the elevators were so clammy and nasty. The floors were always wet. The breakfast was terrible. It was the same thing both mornings. The only thing that was good about the breakfast was the fruit and the waffle maker was OK. The pool was OK but the hot tub was so nasty. There was dirt floating on top of the Bubbles inside of the hot tub. It was rust stains all around the hot tub rust stains all in the shower inside of the pool area.

Very comfortable and clean room, definitely would stay again.

Check in was great and staff was really nice. When we were able to settle into our room the sink was leaking to the floor, the room had a bad odor, and the bathtub was badly stopped up and very gross. We left the same both and went to another hotel. But the staff member didn’t want to bother giving us a refund but finally called her manger and we were able to get everything refunded.

Room smelled like old( smoker room? ) tv channels very limited, signal kept on pausing, lot's of cosmetic work. Pool chlorine and hot tub to high, like no one checks the correct levels. No room cleaning? Really? I pay for the stay and should be done on a daily basis. Good breakfast. But no strawberry jelly? First hotel in year's that doesn't have strawberry jelly. Yogurt? None.

The overall experience was great, room was good minus the cracked window that had scotch tape on the cracks. There were some cracks in the corner untaped and i am not sure how safe that was. When we got here the woman at the front desk was rather rude and didnt properly key 2 cards for us to use at our hotel room so when we returned to tell her they didnt work she blamed us and uttered we're stupid in spanish under her breath. She also attended to other people that got there after us and made us wait a few extra minjtes for no reason. That aside, the breakfast was good not the biggest selection but it works. Pool and hot tub were clean but theres a specific rule that states no food or water in the pool, yet multiple families went in with either or and were not asked to remove the items or asked to leave. Multiple people were diving when it says no diving and yet no one got warned about anything. I cant say there was any bias the second night at the pool because the family was hispanic and had kids that the front desk lady let them slide but thats just an observation. I'll give this hotel a 2.5 out of 5 because its ok for the price but the staff could use some courses on treating everyone the same

I’m a respiratory therapist and I witnessed many children having breathing problems and many had to flush eyes while swimming due to the high level of chlorine in the water. Windows were opened which helped. I had to get a new door key every day, at times twice or three times a day. 😩 my hair is breaking! Room was clean, staff was excellent, exchanged the key with a smile though they knew we were frustrated.Breakfast crew excellent and everything else was perfect.

The hotel is not as clean or updated as I thought it would be per some of the reviews. The floors were dirty and there was a smell coming from the kitchen sink/refrigerator area and when we walked in, the entire room smelled musty. We were close to the pool area and you could smell the chlorine in the hallway outside our door which was 3 doors down. The beds were comfortable at least and we slept good.

Everything was great. I love the hospitality. Super friendly. Definitely will stay there again
