No hot water. Front desk said they would look into it after we left.

Front desk staff was very attentive. TV only seemed to have streaming available. Breakfast was very basic. However all was superb for the value offered.

For a budget hotel this was a great experience. Clean, comfortable rooms, well maintained; friendly staff; all the things you expect from a good hotel - comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean and functioning furniture, tv, heater/ac; clean bathroom with soft, clean towels. First rate experience. This hotel punches way above its weight. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, wifi worked well and was very quiet. Great Chinese restaurant a few doors down as well. Lots of shoppers near by too...

The room they first put us in smelled of cigarettes and as soon as I said something at the front desk we immediately were given another room. The front desk was friendly breakfast was very nice and the hotel was extremely clean

Although it was clean and the beds were comfortable, the room had a moldy smell from the air conditioner, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the bathroom doorknob hardware was broken and the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. It was very outdated and maintenance really left it feeling run down. For the price for one night was pricey even on Expedia for not so great accommodations. Probably won’t stay at a super 8 again unless it’s updated and managed better. I give it a 2star😔

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was sparse but adequate. Access into the property was a bit inconvenient. Outside grounds (for dog walking) were unkempt - needing some grass instead of dirt. Room was small but adequate for 2 people.

Property was about what you expect for the price- it's budget friendly, so as long as you are not expecting much, you won't be disappointed. When we checked in, the lobby smelled like smoke. The bathroom did not seem completely clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Location was convenient to where we needed to be which was why we stayed there.

It is difficult but not impossible to enter and leave the property. That's more of an issue with the city than with the motel. Still, this motel is easy to find and, being right on Main Street, near shops and restaurants.
We really liked the pillows! They don't flatten!
I was told that my deposit will be refunded. Hopefully, that will happen in the next day or two.
