The room needed a lot of work in it. Floors buckling, shower curtain rod about to fall off, and the clothes rack the same way. Refrigerator door would not close properly.

Beds were super comfortable, rooms were decent, but not much bang for your buck. if you’re looking for a good place to stay and you aren’t super concerned about amenities, this is a good place to stay.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Tinley Park, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. Let’s break it down:
Beds: The beds were okay. Not the most comfortable, but they served their purpose.
Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast didn’t meet expectations. It wasn’t good—limited options and lackluster quality.
Bathroom Door: The bathroom door was a major annoyance. It was incredibly loud when opening or closing, disrupting the peace.
Shower: The shower experience left much to be desired. Water pressure was low, and the overall quality wasn’t great.
Room Door Lock: The room door lock malfunctioned during my stay. Security concerns aside, it was frustrating to deal with.
Hot Tub: Disappointingly, the hot tub didn’t work. I was looking forward to relaxing, but it was out of order.
Pool: The pool was a letdown. It was very cloudy and didn’t seem well-maintained. Not an inviting place to swim.
Location: Very many food places to choose walking distance, and stores a minute drive away.
DO NOT USE THE CHECK IN TEXT BECAUSE THEY CHARHE YOU TWICE! ONCE WITH TEXT CHECK IN AND AGAIN AT HOTEL FOR DEPOSIT! VERY INCONVENIENT!!!!!!!
Despite these issues, there were some positives. The hotel’s location near Tinley Park Convention Center is convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, improvements are needed to make this a truly enjoyable stay.
If you’re visiting Tinley Park, consider other options unless the convenience outweighs the downsides.

We found the hotel to be very clean. The beds and pillows were very good.

There was never room cleaning despite calling the front desk to request it, breakfasts were delayed because there was no food and it took time to refill the coffee machines or waffles. It wasn't really a nice experience.

Not the quietest hotel. Lots of doors, shutting opening you could hear the people next-door.

Poor room service. I did not received room service. Towels were stained. Key card didnt work twice on two separate occassions. No one was present at the customer service desk to handle one of the key cars incidents. People yelling in the hallways late evenings and early mornings

The place was terrible it was very dirty the hall ways were filthy. The first room we received was dirty the bedding had stains all over the sheets. The second room was no better they acted like we couldn’t get new sheets and blankets. The air conditioning had no knobs. One of the ladies at the desk told me she “didn't have time for that” when I had more complaints about the second room. My uncle got a room for one night and the man at the desk gave him a key to a room that was already occupied by a sleeping guest. Also the elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2022. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was friendly but the hotel hallways smelled awful. Inside the room set up was ok, had enough space but bathroom wasn't cleaned well and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly. Hallways and common areas smelled like marijuana. Pool was warm but really dirty. Couldn't see your feet standing in 4 feet of water. Hot tub was closed with caution tape around it. Room was really hot with no way to adjust temperature.

Everything was ok until someone was arguing outside the hotel at 3 something in the morning.

My first 3 days there. There was no waffle mix. Only wheat bread and nothing else like white bread and bagels. Everything else was fine. But if they are going to advertise breakfast they need to step up the service

Breakfast options was very limited. No hot meals were available any of the days. Toiletries were limited. There was an odor in the hallways. It was noisy the 1st night.

Location was good, Rooms seem to be updated recently.
The room door was metal and anytime guest came in and out of room doors slammed.
The most alarming and disappointing. Check out was at 11 am. I ran up the street for an hours, still had multiple personal items, in the room. The do not disturb tag still on the door.
Housekeeping completed stripped the room completely opened the windows being ground level, there was no screen. Anyone could have entered thru the parking lot.
Needless to say, I was surprised and saw the cleaning staff up the hallway, and informed them this was not good business practice and they should not have entered.

Higly suggest at least TWO (2) SEPERATE UPGRADED WAFFLE makers for public use. So irritating to wait in a long line to make one waffle at a time.

My room wasn’t correct at all.. my pillow cases were dirty red stains all on them, cover had burnt holes in there didn’t have any towels in my room, no ice bucket, no soap, no garbage cans my room was just unacceptable.. my sheets had stains in them I will never stay at this property ever again refrigerator was dirty it was just a mess in that room didn’t even sleep stayed up all night

Ist floor from where the pool is, is very noisy. Person at desk at night on her personal phone arguing with someone,while customers at front desk waiting for assistance. I wouldn't stay here again

Bapu was really warm. I hate it Jacuzzi one working but it was OK. Need to keep more towels in the pool area but other than that I loved it.

The room was decent and modern, except the toilet and shower, but the hallway spelled of pot and the hot tub was out. We specifically look for hotels with hot tubs, so this was very disappointing. We won't be staying here again.

The front desk attendants were not friendly at all. The lady that checked me in didn’t go over any information regarding the hold they place on your card, check out time or about the continental breakfast. When I come back up there later while she was checking someone else in she was going over all of that with them. Also the pool water was not warm and they had 3 electrical heaters plugged up around the pool area because it was not heated which is very unsafe. Then there was an empty hot tub with no covering over it I had to keep an eye on the younger kids that were with me to make sure they didn’t go near and fall in. Later that night when I ordered food from a restaurant I forgot to get plates and cups and I was told by the man at the front desk why didn’t I get plates from the restaurant and didn’t I have cups in my room. The entire stay was not pleasant at all . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel itself was fine - I was a little nervous about the parking lot but that might have just been me. Nothing happened, just a lot of other traffic around the hotel.

Upon check in there were a million kids arguing in the lobby and some lady yelling at them. Them another person tried to walk in the building with a million balloons and a birthday cake . The clerk at the front desk told her she had to leave because of the no party policy and they proceed to argue .. it took me an hour to get checked in … terrible experience… tell them to show you the camera footage
