The room is very dated,the whole place needs updating,the bathroom especially, ive never seen a toilet so low,pillows are very small and to soft,but it seemed clean i just expected more, the buffet breakfast wasnt the best, bacon very very salty,egg was fake,i only stayed 1 night i found somewhere else for the second night.

Great staff - Jessica checked us in quickly & efficiently. Helped us promptly when needed. Breakfast both days was very good. Compliments to that department. Check out lady very nice this morning.

Service was great. Disappointing that the direct rate from the hotel was 50 more per night compared to the quality hotel website, staff advised me to just book online to get the rate offered. They also had no idea what Club63 membership and discount was. Amenities in the area basic and what you need. Convenience for being off the highway. Great option for pet friendly! Had a room that had a patio door into a great pet area out back of the hotel, absolutely fantastic! One negative was that there was no poop bags left in the dispenser and there was dog poop everywhere, it was quite bad and unfortunate the grounds are not cleaned. Unfortunate as well that pet owners can be so irresponsible. The wifi was excellent. The complimentary hot breakfast was AWESOME!

I booked a room and it is pet friendly. Once at checkin there is a 20 fee per night where i didnt see it under the pet friendly tag. Had to switch me rooms then i go to my new room just to find out someone is already staying in that room so had to go back down to receive a different room again. Very unorganized

We booked five rooms for a group of Bible Quizzers. We had driven ten hours to Fort McMurray. There was a miscommunication about what our rooms would contain. We were expecting a sofa in each room to sleep an extra person, but our rooms did not have an extra sofa. The staff were so kind and comp’ed us an extra room for two nights to house us all. Delicious breakfast too! Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Quality Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

CHECKIN STAFF WAS VERY SLOW AND HAD LOTS OF ISSUES. SOME STAFF WAS NICE BUT SOME MORE GRUMPY AND BORDERLINE RUDE. BREAKFAST BUFFET USED TO BE EXCELLENT WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF ITEMS. IT HAS DETERIATED TO VERY POOR SELECTION NO IMAGINATION EGGS WERE COLD, THEIR VERSION OF AN OMELETTE WAS SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH ADDITIVE
STAYED THERE MANY TIMES BEFORE NOT SURE WE WILL AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE NEGATIVE CHANGES

The hotel is need of upgrades. The tub was rusted inside and the shower tap did not work well. Sofa in room had water like stain on. I wouldn’t sit on it let alone use the sofa bed after seeing that. Employees were friendly. This place needs an overhaul. Lots of things in disrepair.

Very comfortable and great selection for the included breakfast however many items were cold. Also great spot to catch the Red Arrow Bus to Edmonton. Lots of parking with cameras and security checking parking lot.

Access door to wing of the room I stayed in did not work and had to walk around to the entrance to access room...ice machine on main floor did not work had to go to second floor for ice.

Convenient location, good value for Fort McMurray, great complimentary breakfast, nice lobby, nice and clean, great parking lot. The glass barrier made it quite hard to talk with registration desk staff. Staff were friendly and competent.

30 degrees celsius outside, get to my room after long wait to check in, exhausted after riding on a motorcycle for 8 hours and find the room at 32 degrees celsius because someone turned the heat up in the room. When I left the next morning after AC turned on and running all night was still 25 degrees celsius.
If you plan on staying here, do it in the winter.

The staff and service was good. The breakfast buffet good.
The only disappointing thing is the inconsiderate people slamming the doors and waking us up last night and again tonight after 1 a.m.
