The staff here is excellent and friendly the gentleman overnight and the lady early morning and housekeeping were lovely. Unfortunately the room was infested with bugs. Not just one or two several and the toilet was inoperable.

My experience at this location has been nothing less than amazing! Seriously a home away from home. The staff, including Ms. Lisa, Ms. Alex and the cute guy with the MJ earrings haha. I couldn’t leave this review without showing appreciation to the property’s manager, Sanna. They all make it a pleasure staying with them while I’m on business and also in between my lease at my home. Thank you again for treating me like family, keeping the property clean and safe! Would definitely recommend. 10 outta 10!

Don't stay here if you see roaches. Apparently an infestation of roaches has started. This location has gone down to 1 star due to that. I can overlook minor damage but bug infestation to the point where they crawl all night everywhere. It seriously need help to get rid of the roaches. Professional exterminator that stops roaches. What a waste of a once great hotel. Maybe the laundry room flood started the infestation not sure. Hopefully they get it done and evict them roaches. Not a complaint person so for me to respond with this is bad.

The staff is awesome

Had a dinner at 615. Waited for 30 min for a front desk associate to check in. Called corporate 4 times. Another guest knew where the front desk attendant was and called her. Missed dinner meeting. Tons of hairs in shower. Not worth any amount of $.

No mgr on site many times. Never received a tv remote. Could not watch tv. Breakfast was a joke. Property under repairs poor.

This property needs a lot of basic work. Was not clean or well maintained.

The only thing I liked about the property was the exceptional customer service I received from Alexandria. I was very surprised how this property was located in Buckhead/Brookhaven area. The people coming in and out of the place appeared sketchy so I opted out of staying there. I immediately called Expedia to report it and they were amazing!!. The care and attention I received from Alexandria was amazing!!!

Brief stay for family visit. Good location. Basic amenities. Had to recheckin on third day which was inconvenient.

My husband and I did not like the property in the hotel whatsoever. It was falsely advertised. Thanks for falling apart. The train tracks were flies behind our window and we’re not able to sleep at night. Broken glass in a parking lot. Smell of weed in the hallways of the hotel. Bedroom smells like smoke and it was dirty and things are falling apart. Staff was rude. We highly don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The lady booked me was very helpful very nice and always willing to help but the man that was at the desk this morning was evil no customer service African guy my room never got cleaned it was smelling like mold in the room blood stained on the sofa mattress just nasty and even the hall ways smelling disgusting

bad experience! One employee for the entire hotel during my stay. Room was not ready for the total number of people on the reservation. Breakfast was not available. Battery-free TV remote control. Never!

This was my first and last stay at this hotel. I made a reservation for two rooms and both were terrible. They smelled awful. We had ants coming in through ac and sink.

Really showing its age. Couch was broken in room, fixtures did not work and overall worn out.

When I first arrived, I was excited about the area. Hotel is located very well. Upon check in, the guy tells me i hadnt paid for my reservation when in reality, I did. In his defense, after quite a bit of back and fourth of him standing me down he mistake and apologized. The room was ok. The bed is H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. im not super super picky on the bed, but this hotel should be ashamed of themselves making anyone sleep on those rockboards. Never the less, the thing that took me left. Fast forward, i had a 1 arrive later and wanted to take a shower. I take the ONE elevator down to front desk to ask for a towel only to be told that i had to....get this...bring down the old towel and she would give me a clean towel. I was appald and honestly thought she was joking. I explained to her that there was only 1 towel in the room and there are 2 people...she only repeated that i would have to bring down the dirty to get a clean. I told her if for some reason i decided to steal their towel, that they could take the cost out of the $100 deposit i gave them...she still insisted i go get her a dirty towel. This is dumb. Period. Id suggest bringing your own linens. Also theres a couple train tracks behind the hotel. I.happen to find the noise therapeutic , but everyone may not feel the same. Would i stay again? No. The towel thing was simply offensive to me...even more offensive than the guy standing me down...in front of other customers telling me that i hadnt already paid

I was unable to stay at the Extended Stay - Buckhead. I booked more than 2 months prior, but when I arrived, I was informed that there werent any rooms available. The front desk clerk said they were negative 4 rooms for the evening. They still had the audacity to charge me even though they screwed up!

Check in was ok. We were on the second floor and every time we headed up the stairs there was strong pot smell. Our toilet seat was not cleaned and the toilet didn’t flush. The room itself was in good shape other than the carpet. Nice shower. Room size was large. Definitely not worth the money but it was New Years Eve so I’m sure it was inflated.

Staff is nice and friendly. The hotel was close to all the entertainment. I’m glad the parking and breakfast were included. Free breakfast consisted of coffee or tea, cupcakes, snack bars. Roaches in room. Rug had a bad smell. Towel bar in bathroom was loose.

Good location. Room has cigarette burns on sinks bathtub. Crumbs were on floor and chair at table had drops of maybe grease or something. Entrance to hotel needs painting. Crumbs under microwave. Time for updates

Hotel smelled awful, sheets and towels were dirty. No shortage of hair to be found through the room. Gross

Not great but a alternative if nothing in the city is available
