This hotel was clean, modern, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Plus I didn’t smell any “weed” in the room or the hallways. Enough said.

Room was not very clean, toilet had not been cleaned since last guest and the floors were not vacuumed.
Pool had no clean towels, and front desk was less than helpful.

My family and I had a great stay. We were only there for a night, but everyone seemed super nice. Our room was nice and clean and I liked the personal touch with "Welcome (my name) on the TV. The only downside was that the pool was dirty. There was dirt floating on the top of the water and old hair ties on the bottom of the pool. Other than the pool, our visit was great.

There was no eggs for breakfast. They said it was a logistics problem. Really? For eggs?.
Never thought a Hiltoon joint would be so callous and non apologetic
The service staff did not even say sorry for the state of affairs.
Only the front desk staff, kymuri, was thoughtful and friendly
There was no body to check and replenish even teabags and hotwater.
Will never stay in Hampton, sorry

I was very satisfied with the condition of my room for this trip. The hotel rooms have been upgraded since I last stayed and have a much more modern feel and were well stocked with toiletries/amenities that were new since the last time I stayed. The only complaint would be the parking situation, the lot seems small and limited for the amount of rooms there and sharing space with the Outback restaurant next door. Otherwise a great option!

My sister and I were in town for a funeral. We were only in the room to sleep. This hotel was extremely convenient to everything we needed to access.

We stayed at this same hotel the previous year. I must say, the room was much cleaner and they fixed the curtain, last year the curtain was ripped and the room doorbell was in disrepair.

Typical Hampton Inn. No frills, clean & comfortable. However the remodeled showers are extremely narrow. I’m a big and tall man and the width was very narrow. Much more room in old style tub/shower with curved curtain rod.
Evening check in attendant was disinterested. Was eating a salad and playing on her phone. I evidently was disrupting her evening. I reserved a King Bed but when arrived at my room it was 2 queens. Wasn’t worth the trouble to stay.
Although I’m a Hilton Honors Member, I guess since I booked with Hotels.com they didn’t acknowledge that and it was a bit difficult logging into the internet.
Only stayed 1 night and check out clerk was much more pleasant.

this was my fourth stay here in 6 years, and as always, the staff is friendly and always welcome you with a smile. And the location is perfect.

I was there for a surgery that I had in that area which was hours from my house. The staff knew I was there for that and for recovery for a few days after. The staff were so kind and accommodating! They not only were so friendly and sweet, but they went above and beyond to check in on me every time my daughter went to the lobby. It was better than any experience I’ve had in a hotel, and I travel frequently so hotels are a second home to us! I genuinely can not thank them enough for their care and attention during my stay there!

nice desk service, clean room, but $75 dog fee ridiculous as rest area for dogs weedy, full of trash, extremely small, and has huge spot lights for building blinding humans with dogs.

I had terrible experience at the hotel. It was partially due to hotel miss-management but more it was because of wrong booking done by Expedia. I reached hotel after driving almost 12 hours from Canada and I found that hotel changed the room type that I had booked. After taking to Expedia for almost 3 hours on phone I was relocated to another hotel in late night. My kids were sick and we had to miss our dinner because all nearby restaurants were closed when we reached the relocated hotel. I have made up my mind NOT TO BOOK thru Expedia in future. Since I am frequent traveler to US, I dont want to experience the same situation next time.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean with comfy beds. The common spaces were kind of dirty. Trash overflowing at the entrance and by the coffee area by the end of each day. The elevator floors were pretty gross and sticky.
Basically a great hotel if you just need a clean room.

Cleaner did not give proper set of Towels. In room phone was not working, when i went to front desk they said there is no maintenance person is available. Breakfast do not have good choice. No hot freshly made items are available.

We liked spacious room, bathroom layout, delicious breakfast and location off I76. There was some confusion at check-in and no plates for breakfast!
