Was a bit disappointed in my stay. The best thing about this place is the location. We were woken up several times during the night hearing a rat scratching in the ceiling. We hit the ceiling and would hear it running away but it kept coming back. Not sure if it was the same rat that kept coming back or multiple rats??? They offer beach chairs but to pick them up you have to walk about 8 blocks away to get them. That would have been fine if I had a car. If your room faces the pool don't expect to fall asleep until 4am

The room was extremely small , we had no good circulation of ac , there was no mirror in the room the toilet seat was old and needs to be replaced. The hotel doesn’t scream couples stay lol it’s definitely just a place to shower and sleep while in Miami with close proximity of all the other places on the strip

We chose to stay at this property for a couples trip prior to a business engagement in a nearby city. When we arrived, the front desk staff was in the back room on a phone call while we and others waited to check in. The welcome sign indicated that we were to receive a number of perks, including a welcome drink, which we never received. Once checked in, we went up to our room and the AC wasn't working so it was extremely hot in our room. The room was small and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in years. The sink faucet was not connected to the countertop anymore and would move all over the place when you'd try to turn the water on and off. We chose this property thinking there would be a benefit to being a guest and attending the club downstairs but there wasn't. You still have to go through the same entrance as the general public. The staff down at the club was great and the food was good. The drinks weren't great and the pool was filthy. Spend your money somewhere else and, if you're interested in going to the club, you can go for the day or night and go back to your own room somewhere else nicer.

This hotel is beyond old! I mean not a thing has been upgraded! The rooms smelled like mildew (I moved twice). There wasn’t even a full length mirror in my room! The hallway smelled disgusting on the 2nd floor. It smelled as if they were trying to cover up the smell of throw up with a cleanser and lemon scent! Made me want to hurl everytime the elevator opened to that floor! The bed mattresses are comparable to that of a blow up beds comfortability! The phone in my room did not work! We learned that we had to request a refrigerator and microwave for the room. They ended bringing an old and beat up fridge. It worked but it wasn’t pleasant looking! We never got the microwave as requested but honestly we didn’t want it after seeing the fridge! The hotel is dirty. The kind of dirty you can’t clean! I wouldn’t be surprised if mold was found inside the walls of this hotel it’s so outdated and bad! The staff was friendly! The pool and party areas are much smaller than displayed online! My above growling pool at home is bigger than their inground pool on site. The connected restaurant was supposed to provide complimentary daily pastry and coffee…well the coffee machine broke on the 2nd day of our stay so we never got coffee again! I would in no way reccomend this hotel to anyone to stay in…EVER!!

Very small room with very small bathroom in a reasonably well maintained but older hotel.

Amazing location !!!!! Great environment!!! Wonderful pool party dj and food and drinks !!!! And Chris the hotel supervisor was AMAZING!!!! So kind !!!! Made our stay 1000000x better !!!!!!!!!
