Didn't know if have to pay to park at the hotel that I had a room reserved in, so that was an unexpected expense. I reserved a king room well in advance and when I walked into the room, it was a double queen room so I had to go back down and get that worked out. The closet door was off the tracks and just tucked into the closet. My fiance stepped on an earring in the room which could be a fluke or it wasn't properly vacuumed. The bed wasn't that comfortable, I found it to be kind of hard. The AC unit, even though I set it to high, it acted as if it was on auto. Had to turn the AC down as low as it could go for it to get a little bit cool. It is conveniently located which was a plus. Just minutes away from points of interest. I personally would only stay here again if I needed a last minute room. For it being a Hyatt, I just expected more.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Love the convenience to the interstate and the availability to find places to eat. My family stays here every time we come to the ATL area to visit my grandkids.

After staying in multiple hotels the past 2 years, this one is by far the BEST. I've dealt with rude to extremely rude staff members. I am happy to say every staff member at this location are excellent at customer service.

We were in town for my sister’s funeral and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good experience during a hard time.

Everything was Wonderful

The hotel halls and windows were very dirty. We have stayed here a couple of times and every time there has been an issue. Window was leaking in heavy rain. Room refrigerator wasn’t working. Now they charge you to park which is insane after you pay to stay there. Will definitely seek other options on our next visit to Alpharetta.

The check in process was quick and easy we had our standard Poodle with us and it was great There was an area right in front of parking to let her potty

They charge for parking outside i was just first time i saw any hotel property charge for parking and tv not working staff is not good

We stay here at least twice a year for the weekend, and this last stay will be our last. The door to our room was hard to close, the in room phone didn’t work, the chrome cast wasn’t working, the bathroom door stuck really bad also. The hot water in the shower had to be turned to cold and only a small area of the cold side actually produced hot water. The only reason that I have the staff a 3 out of 5 was because Justin worked hard to try and help us out. The woman who was the “front desk manager” was rude, and spoke over me when I was trying to explain our situation. I was asking for her to make sure there was a note under our reservation saying that Justin had submitted for a refund to Expedia, and she kept saying “you just do t know what a folio is, but we have no way to show proof of anything. Even when I kept repeating that I was asking for her to have something in the hotel computer about it, in case I had to call. So disappointing that we can no longer use this hotel for our weekend retreats.

Customer service is always excellent and breakfast is always pretty good. this is my go to hotel. **Paint chipping in hallway and picture pulling from frame in the room. Those little things mean a lot. touch up little thing and you'll have customers for life.

Hotel space is comfortable and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right next to Cabarnet and is one of the best steakhouses/seafood restaurants I’ve ever been to.

It says free parking on her but it is not. They use a third party you have to pay by the day

The hotel room was very large with a full-size sofa, ottoman, table & chairs, in addition to the two beds and TV. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was not happy paying $12 to park for one night. Apparently guests at the steakhouse next door park at the hotel. Instead of working with the restaurant, the Hyatt charges its guests to park! That's just crazy! The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety but the food was cold and overcooked or it had been sitting out too long. This hotel used to offer a delicious breakfast but those days are gone.

The building was very dated…Staff was not friendly no greeting when we entered. I walked down to the front desk one night no one was there I stood there about 15 minutes waiting still no one it was just all bad that’s to but money to be treated like that and also online say free parking when I arrived they charged me to park on booked my reservations with one card and was gonna pay at the property with a different card they charged both cards the same amount of my stay it was a nightmare DO NOT STAY THERE OMG

There were 2 large stains on the couch. I also stepped on an ear plug that was on the floor. For the price of the room, we expected it to be clean.

We have stayed here before and have always liked the actual room accommodations, nice size and layout, comfortable bedding. This time we noticed some wear, the door wouldn’t fully lock or unlock unless upward lift applied to door, and other minor items. The other concern was the early closing of the breakfast area. Stated closing was 9:00 a.m. but it seemed like the staff started closing earlier. We still like the facility, generally.

Poor service received, didnt receive the Card to open the door for one day everytime need to be escorted by front desk. Coffee machine was out of order for the entire 2 days of my stay. They charged me again even i made the full payment to Hotels.com. after complaining to the hotel desk they casually will say sorry

Friendly staff. Had a bad experience checking in due to their card reader. We couldn’t get into a room because they couldn’t make keys. Room was spacious and breakfast was terrific!

Front desk staff was so friendly, it has been a very long time since I felt so welcomed at any hotel. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff providing it were super friendly. I really appreciated that the hotel uses real plates, mugs, glasses, etc. instead of single use plastic and styrofoam that won’t ever decompose in the trash.
