There is NO pool!

Check in was very fast, and the desk personnel were very friendly. Very quiet place, even more so in the rooms. Hotel personnel go out of thier way to help out.

We only stayed one night, but we had a great experience. Check-in online was quick and easy, and every employee I spoke to was helpful and polite. The room was clean and looked updated. We had everything we needed and had no problems. My only quibble is that the fitness room was a little lacking-- no mats or weights of any kind-- but this is a small thing, and did not detract from our experience. Definitely would stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews. Overall it was very nice. My only complaint is that the floors are extremely dirty. I put my baby down on the floor briefly. He had grey footy pjs on. The knees and feet of his pjs were so brown from the dirty carpet in the hotel room.

Very dirty the bathroom was dirty! Beds were hard!!!

Stayed one night. Arrived late, left early. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, TV worked well. Bathroom clean, room clean, except...floor needs deep cleaning/mopping, I wiped up water off it with a washcloth and it was filthy.

We were staying for a vaolleyball tourney. It was budget friendly and clean. Nothing crazy exciting about it but I'd stay again. I do wish the breakfast had more options, but not a deal breaker.

Breakfast food could have had more offering but also recognize the hotel was not very full and staff was doing double duties. Bed and room was very comfortable and would definite stay there again.

The staff were kind, but the hotel was not nice. The facilities were outdated, the sheets/bedding had stains on them, and the environment felt unsafe. I travel a lot internationally and in the USA and rarely feel
unsafe in hotels. I will not be staying here again or recommending it to friends and family.

I didn’t get my security deposit back that’s why I rated 3, I photographed when I checked in stains, slight defects in room but guess I was charged for the damage.

Dirty! Stains on the curtains and air conditioning. The bathtub had dirt in it, the microwave was dirty. The comforter was dirty and the bed springs were busted and made a lot of noise. The sofa bed didnt have a mattress protector on it on or available to put one on. The room was clammy and smelt bad. We we’re just passing though to sleep then leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
The staff however were exceptional! Very friendly and hospitable.

Service was friendly. They asked for a lot of info by phone which was a little strange to me. The hotel room had some issues with the bathroom door not closing and the beds being squeaky. Not sure if I would come back but maybe if desperate.
