Upon entering I regretted my hotel choice. The place smelled musty and like smoke both cigarettes and pot. The room itself smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom sink was disgusting with chips out of the paint ant stains. There was also an old blood stain on the sheets. I do not recommend

Upon arrival there was rarely anyone at the front desk. The smell of Marijuana was intense throughout the facility. The sink in our room had a knob that did not work, there was a place for a blowdryer but no blowdryer and while I was certainly not expecting a 5 star hotel, We did pay $111 a night, and expected better than what we received. The weed smell was very, very intense and bothersome and rhe cleanliness/quality overall was quite subpar.

Strong Marijuana odor I almost threw up. Carpets dirty, mold throughout bathroom, hood above stove has never been cleaned, stained sheets, light bulbs burnt out, alarm clock not working properly.

The issue I had was promptly corrected.
The breakfast was a high carbohydrate breakfast and since I am on a no-carbohydrate diet all I could have was tea.

Room was dirty upon arrival..... missing lamps and refrigerator in room....towel rack in bathroom was falling off wall....room smelled like urine......stove did not work

The front desk staff when i checked in was very unfriendly. I got to my room and my curtain on my winow was hanging 3/4 of the way off the track ao had to stuff the corner of it in the window in order for it to atay closed. The table had one bent leg and any amount of weight on thwre would probably make it fall. The bed rocked back and forth any time i moved. It also smelled musty and like pee when i got in the room and the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag so not sure what that was all about. I also found a medium sized bug when i moved the curtain but it looked like a stink bug which are harmless and i didnt see anymore after that. I was not impressed with my stay at all and will not be returning at any point in the future. I also feel bad for the people that have to stay for extended periods of time.

This property sadly is very dirty with garbage outside the property and inside the halls of the property, even the large area rug in front of the desk for check in is filthy like its never been vacuumed. The stove in the room was not useable due to the burners being rusted over. We did NOT stay we walked right out and cancelled our reservation.

Bathroom had a sticky floor with hair all over the base of the toilet. There was water running out of the shower control non-stop. Carpets are dirty and splatters on the wall in the kitchen area.

Their front desk staff were arguing from 8 pm to about 9, then again 6:00am to 8:00 am when I checked out. I am still waiting for my receipt so I can get reimbursed for my stay.
Never stay there again.

Hotel room didn’t have a lock, hallway filthy, carpet in room absolutely disgusting with stains, vinyl stinky and an awful stench. Very unfriendly desk attendant.

It was promoted as a smoke free room. I'm sure that is the desire of the hotel, but there has been plenty of smoking going on. The carpet was damp like they were attempting to remove the smell. The biggest issue for me was that the deadbolt could not be thrown as the strike plate was misaligned and the door latch was broken off. To close the door I had to wrestle the door into place. It was only one night but I slept with one eye open.

1st of all we did not check in until 7 p.m. and they informed us that the room we had booked (studio queen) was not available. They said they had a king but that would cost more money. We were caught between a rock and a hard place so I told them fine, we would take the king. They rang up the king room for $76. I had paid Hotels.com $99 for a queen. I said, What happens to the money that I paid to Hotels.com and he said...Well then it will be %5.17 extra from that. Needless to say...that did not impress me that I paid $23 EXTRA to book through you. The carpets were grimy and stained and I ended up putting my shoes back on in the room. Check out was at 11 a.m. and at 10:30 they came knocking at the door to make sure that we were leaving soon. The room was clean as far as the sheets and bathroom.

Our kitchen sink was dripping all night long. There was a dripping sound in the bathroom (like between the walls), but we couldn't tell where it was coming from. The outside pet area was not well maintained & my key card would not work at that door. The breakfast area was supposed to be open until 9:30 am, but they ran out of coffee at 7:45 am and the guy at the front desk said that he did not know how to make coffee and the person who did had already left for the day. I don't think I will stay at this location again.

The place is in terrible shape. There are sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot all day and night. I did not feel safe here. The non-smoking room reeked of cigar smoke. The elevator is rusted and dirty. The staff were unfriendly and uncaring, more concerned with their own conversations than helping paying customers.

Shabby. Not exactly dirty, but not so sure you want to walk in you bare feet either. Non smoking room in which there had been many smokers. Lots of residual smell. Check in, they weren't sure which rooms had or hadn't been cleaned. Very non professional

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. I’m thankful for the Expedia agent that helped resolve things, but upon arrival they wouldn’t let me check-in as they claimed I owed an additional $192 USD. I had already paid in full on Expedia! I ended up having to spend roughly an hour trying to work it out between them, Expedia at 11pm after a full day of travels. I also had to turn on roaming on my phone which ended up costing me additional charges just so I could contact Expedia since the hotel wouldn’t give me access to their internet without having a room.. which I was ironically trying to access. Even after finally being allowed into our room, guest internet never worked which further added to my roaming charges, place was just grungy.. stained carpets, dirty tub, dirty faucets, loud tenants. Tenants fighting and screaming in the parking lot. I will not be returning.

Horrible. Entire building was dirty and unkept. Took twenty minutes to get room cards as the majority of them were worn out and wouldn’t take the room code. Tile floors in room were sticky. Bathroom was filthy and obviously not cleaned in a long time. . Bed was worn out. Holes and gouges in walls in room . Trim on cabinets was mismatched and poorly repaired. This is for sure a doper hotel. I would sleep in my car before going here again.

This property was reasonably priced and in a decent area. It is also a little scary … a little more rundown inside than I expected and some unsavory guests … strong marijuana smell, drunk guy in lobby, cop in the lobby. We felt a little uneasy.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that it was fairly cheap. I guess you get what you pay for. The person at check-in was friendly and apologetic.
The room was dirty. There were obvious" yucky" leftovers on the headboard of the bed and bed skirt. It was not stocked with any dishes. Also, those were not readily available upon request either. No toaster, no coffee pot, no hair dryer.
The TVs are not smart, so no Netflix or any apps.
The water never got hot in the shower. And the pressure was less than desirable. That about sums it up.

I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, it’s a great energy there and the handsome manager makes your stay pleasant and comforting, anytime I need something it was instantly provided without being told they’ll bring it up like some hotels do, I was put first here and that makes it number 1 in my book

The lady at check-in was very polite. The room - 2 empty alcohol bottles underneath the bed. 2 empty beer cans underneath the chair. The bed was clean and comfy. Window was open - it was 18 degrees outside.

Smelled of smoke immediately as we walked in. Stained sheets on our bed and the bathroom fan sounded like it was going to blow up.

I stayed after my 12 hour shift that ended at 11pm. I got to my room and it was freezing, I turned the heat to 90 and needed to turn on the shower and all the sinks to try to heat it up. I had to sleep with every piece of clothing I had plus my winter jacket, a hat and gloves as it was -14 outside. In the morning I opened the window shades and noticed the windows were cracked open. In attempt to quickly shut them to warmup I was unable to. I noticed a crack in the screen, assuming the cleaning person was smoking “something” and pushed a hole throw the screen to discard and forgot to shut the window but proceeded to shut the curtains. It was on the first floor and I honestly never would have expected a window to be cracked open. I will never stay here again.

In dire need of updating! The sink dripped. The floors were really sticky. When i got home i had to wash the bottoms of my shoes because they were sticking to my floors from what i picked up at the hotel.

Foot steps in the room above us like running.After 2 complaints starting at 10:45 pm last at 1:am. Finally quiet.Asked for a discount was told manager wouid call twice has been 28 hours since first request 45 minutes since second. I will never stay at America Suites agian.

My stay was horrible paid almost 400 dollars to stay in a hotel that looks like a motel for the two nights I was there nobody came to change the sheets,the bathroom was a mess only give us 2 towels for the first night we used those same towels till we can leave no breakfast

Overall horrible experience. I have never felt the actual mattress springs of a mattress until this stay while sleeping. The countertops and surfaces were sticky and dirty and could literally hear the floor of where I stepped making a traction stick sound every time I stepped. Stains and crusty residue on the carpets. Never received new linens or towels. Their continental breakfast was broken up granola bars and coffee. Terrible time. Hated the environment. Didn’t feel safe as a young woman traveling by herself
