I got woken up a few times by the noises from the room beside. The bathroom seems a bit old, and noisy air con for my dad's room. Cannabis store is one block away, if anyone minds. They have a gas station and convenience store right beside them which is nice if you want some snacks.

Honestly, there wasn’t a part about staying here that wasn’t 5/5. Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Quiet area. Amazing breakfast. Indoor pool. Fitness center. And it’s not outrageously priced! It’s actually pretty cheap.

Was woke up at 12 am staff said we were jumping around making to much noise. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other but was put on each end . Waffle machine was broken.

Very good

It was good. But breakfast can be improved. For fruits there were only apples, which was good but you could also have bananas, oranges and yogurts and boiled eggs, those things are practical. Some ideas.

There was a really bad smell in the bed sheets & or comforter which we didn’t notice until really late. Had to leave early in the morning & wasn’t back at property until late again the next night. Informed the women at the desk who said it was too late no one was there to do anything. I slept on the very edge of the bed & my partner slept on the couch. Wish they would have at least comped me a stay for another time.

We found bugs in our room, and the” manager” was called after we already switched rooms once and she told me there would be no refund and that” she was the boss” and hung up on me…. Completely rude completely nasty would not recommend.

Took 2 hours to check in then the room we reserved wasn’t available got a different room wasn’t ready and ended up with even another room. The pool cleaner chemical holder wasn’t secured and my 3 year old fell into it and scraped her leg.

Everyone is so friendly and room is clean.

Very good and spacious. super convenient location and walkable to food and dispensaries. Closest beach is Luna Point, clean and easy parking.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are very deceptive, the hotel smelled nasty and musty, construction material was strown about, the elevator buttons were broken, they didn't have automatic opening doors, no carts for luggage, it was very off putting. There was also random people sitting outside in lawn chairs smoking god knows what when we pulled up. When we finally made it to our room, we were greeted with dead bed bugs on the floor of our room. So we immediately left and asked for a refund which they could not give me. On top of a $100 extra charge for a "Room Fee" they charged my card for without my knowledge, for a room infested with BED BUGS. The man at the front desk acted like he had no clue, but it was very obvious. Trying to get my money back was also a nightmare, and I was being accused of not even going into the hotel and just lying about a bed bug infestation, on top of all the other problems this hotel has. Please do not stay here.

Soft spots in the floors, plywood screwed onto the exterior of one of the rooms, has been that way for at least 2 weeks, whole hotel smells of burning marijuana and damp carpets. Some of the staff were great, others, not so much. Safe yourself the disappointment and inconvenience and stay elsewhere.

Property is pretty quiet and clean very friendly staff. Bolles harbor is just a mile or so away if you wanted to take a fishing charter. I highly recommend Show Up and Fish charters, and there are three cannabis shops within walking distance as well as a taco bell and marathon station.

Booked the room to accomodate early morning charter fishing as we came from 5-1/2 hours away. Went to bed, only to be awakened by a phone call from what appeared to be a foreigner at 1100. Assumed it was a scam, but NO, 30 minutes later another call asking if we could come to the front desk. Not at this time of night, we have to get up at 4:00. Around midnight , knocks on the door. Grandchild, at this point, was now scared to death! After a second LOUD knock on the door, we answered it. A man in sloppily dressed clothing and the desk worker responded we were in a cancelled room and we didn't register for the room. I asked who the man was and he replied , "the maintenance worker". I showed them my reservation document and informed them I registered and signed a $100 damage form. I asked them, "how would I have keys printed if I didn't register. Still in disbelief of my registration, they called the gal on the prior shift who remembered registering me. They then apparently accepted my information, however, it was now what time in the morning! Settled my grandson down who was literally shaking from the experience so at least he could get a little sleep. As for the wife and I, we got absolutely none thanks to your staff's late actions and whatever failed programs that your facility uses. Extremely tired during our fishing charter. I fully intend to see a credit or a voucher for another stay at ANY Econo Lodge Inn & Suites as we generally use them on our travels.

Do not plan to have breakfast. First day they didn't hace any plates and the only thing they had was waffles - hard to eat in a bowl. Second day they had bisuits and gravy...well gravy...every time we went down there were no biscuits. The main desk lady was the only worker. She had to do desk and food so was never stocked. So we gave up going down for the third day. We went elsewhere for breakfast each day. Every time...every day..we came back we had to have our key redone, it never worked. They don't offer cleaning services on the weekends....and we woke up everyday extremely sore and stiff from the bed/pillows. You can tell they are trying to clean it up, new flooring and paint. The furniture is still old, beat up/scratches. Though all the issues, the lady at the front desk was nice..

Room was very dirty. I went to the front and told the manager about it. I asked for a discount based on this and she told me to hold on for a minute. She went in the back and was talking with the owner for like 25 minutes. I think she was just trying to make me go away becuase they were not ttalking about the room. She came back out and said there was nothing she could do. She is a liar and it was terrible.

Ariived late after traveling for 10 hrs. Room we reserved not available. Got king room - not what is pictured, no towels, no washcloths, no bedspread (on sheets and blanket. Night clerk said to come get towels (at 2:30am). He did end up bringing up. Bathroom dirty and has a big open window to the bedroom - have to climb into dirty big tub to pull a curtain across (regardless it’s still essentially open). Day manager was nice. But hotel really needs improvements.
