We were in Cleveland for a show at the IX Center, and the whole city was already packed for the Eclipse and Women’s Basketball. It was very difficult to find any reasonable accommodations to fit our group’s needs. Luckily, the Hampton Inn-Middleburg Heights was perfect for our group of five. The suite was spacious and newly renovated, with a kitchen area and walk-in shower, all of which were incredibly useful. The Beds were comfortable, and the flatscreen tv’s had hundreds of channels. Breakfast was good and on-par with other Hampton Inn properties, and the staff was pleasant and attentive whenever we needed assistance.
Location was also a plus, with plenty of new and existing restaurants and easy access to both I-71 and I-480.
For the accommodations, location, and price: you won’t find a better packaged suite anywhere in Middleburg Heights, North Olmsted, Brook Park, or greater Cleveland.

The cleaning personnel were very nice and helpful. The property needs some TLC. Very conveniently located. 20 minutes from Cleveland. 5 minutes from the Airport and Baldwin Wallace.

We enjoyed our stay, close to many walkable restaurants. Clean and cosy common areas. Would stay again.

It's quiet there, and the front desk was polite and accommodating. However, the shower head was broken and the grab bar in the shower was half pulled out of the wall and loose, just begging for an accident. The place is old and tired looking, and the breakfast was low in quality. Needs updating, and some fresh energy.

The only issue we found was no vent in the bathroom and no hot tub in the pool area. The manager was so welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean the bed was way to soft.
Me or my wife didn’t slept much of the night. You advised shuttle service to the airport and we took for granted we could leave our car in your parking lot. We were able to park at the airport for less money parking was the main reason we chose your hotel

When I checked in and I explained my son has autism and need some accommodations the agent was being very rude about it. I wanted to leave but my son started crying and the money is nonrefundable so we stayed and I felt so uncomfortable the whole weekend the only employee that made my son comfortable was the young man that works 3rd shift he was such a sweetheart I will never go back

Single overnight stay prior to flying out next day. A very nice property located very close to the airport. Good restaurant options close by. Friendly staff.

Toilet continued to run then stopped working. We called the desk twice. First call was told it would take a while (7ish) second call we were told she’d send him right up (9 ish). We used the public toilet in the lobby and went to bed. I let the desk clerk know again when we checked out twelve hours later. She made a note. Not thrilled with our experience.

Would have rated it higher except my shower drain was slow/clogged. By the time I finished showering, I was ankle deep in water. Not a safe condition.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. The morning breakfast had lots of options and good quality. The hotel surpassed my expectations.

The auditor was arguing with the lady who was checking us in. She wouldn’t let her put us in an available room because she was saving it for someone. We were checking in at 6:30 and she asked us to come back in an hour to get our room. It was very unprofessional and rude.

We stayed one night. Staff was friendly, room was clean. There were a couple of things that should be addressed by maintenance. Discolered ceiling tile over the shower head, also the ceiling vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. Bathroom seemed cramped overall, the door barely missed the countertop. If someone was just a little wide, they would need to turn sideways to get in and out. I also was surprised to get charged a deposit upon check in, as i do not remember reading that would be the case. Overall a good hotel, breakfast was organized well, and kept nice and clean.

Whole reason I pick the place was the indoor pool which was closed. I booked a room that said it slept seven when we got there. There was two beds a two person pull out couch no possible way to sleep seven. Also, when we asked for bedding for the pull out which they claim sleeps three they gave us one thin blanket, no pillows and we’re kind of rude about getting it to us. When we went down to breakfast and I asked a basic question, the staff was very rude.
