Room had German cockroaches. Desk clerk forgot to key the room key for our entire stay. An elevator was broken and in need of repair. Complementary breakfast served moldy bread.

Easy & friendly check in. Room big with 2 double beds & comfortable. Microwave/fridge/coffee maker plus usual soaps/shampoo. Variety of food for breakfast including hot (sausage & egg today). Very nice area to sit too. Outside had garden area & pool & tub which looked nice but not enough time to try. Also a gym room. People at desk very helpful & pleasant. Looking to book another night on way back home. Good value too,

I enjoyed and will most likely stay again. But I would like to give feedback on the shower. Please invest in new shower heads, they were faulty and the water was all over the place. Also the soap dish collects lots of water and now the soap is sitting in a puddle of water, which for me is disgusting. Maybe this is a me thing but I do believe the showers in general need to be updated. The faucet knobs were faulty as well leading to scorching hot water even though it wasn’t turned to the H side.

Elevator was out of order and had to use the one at the other end of the hallway. Had a hair in my eggs. But all in all it was a nice stay.

Better than average hotel stay. Area was very nice and safe; good distance from city traffic. Quiet. Room clean and up to date decor.
Bed was hard and breakfast mediocre.
Due to short stay did not utilize any of the amenities but they did look inviting.
I would stay here again.

Stayed for one night. Fantastic spacious, clean room with very comfortable king sized bed, large closet, nice size fridge and microwave. Bathroom was also large and clean. Pool area was clean and well-maintained, with lots of nice lounge chairs. Pool was large and clean. Entire property inside and out was very well maintained and we felt very safe walking around. Would definitely book again.

Great staff and the room was very spacious! Housekeeping were on track though Wyndham could upgrade their toiletries to something better than the Dove they had.
Breakfast was really filling and well stocked.
The manager,Colton, made sure that our feedback was noted. Swimming pool was also a great place to be!

We would rate it a 2. Staff was Great! Breakfast Great. Bed was great. But the room needed better cleaning and maintenance. It had carpet and it was not clean. Room did not smell fresh.

This hotel was renovated approximately 6 years ago and I love the ambiance of the lobby. We stayed for one night with a family of four. The beds were full size which was too small and the mattress was very firm.
Our room could have used an air filter change or air freshener due to the smell of musky air pits. We were so exhausted and it was a late check in, so we just adjusted.

Really hated that we couldn't stay longer as it was fabulous place. Maybe another time we can spend more time there. Very nicely set up, clean, spacious, comfortable. Keeping on my list when in the area and have already passed on my thoughts as this being a great place to stay.

The pool was ice cold and our family wasn't able to use it. The walls are thin and we could hear the people in the next room talking. There were many high school kids in at the same time and they were very noisy. Your hotel is lacking many features for families.

We truly enjoyed our stay at La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Lake Mary, Fl. The room was clean, shower was hot and bed was comfy. The location was close to a lot of great stuff. We will be back!

The front desk staff was wonderful. The hotel is undergoing lots of renovations, so if that matters to you, call and ask for an update.
One of those renovations was the 2nd elevator, which means more traffic to the only other elevator. And if your room is near that elevator, expect more foot traffic and noise streaming by the door.
We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was a handi-equipped room which was spacious. A firm mattress, noisy guests, and a funky thermostat made for a long night, but we weren't there for long. We just needed a place to crash before an early flight home.
We left before breakfast and coffee service were available.
This hotel is close enough to the airport to be convenient, and we were fortunate to catch all the lights on our journey over since we left pre-dawn. I imagine the main strip, with multi-lanes and lots of stores and restaurants and stop lights, could make a later trip to the terminal a hassle.
The price was right for a 10hr stay.

The building was under construction while I was there. Everything felt very cheap. One elevator was broken and the other felt extremely unsafe so I ended up walking up 5 floors to my room. The shower handle fell off immediately after turning on the shower. The TV is connected to the light switch so you cannot watch tv in the dark.

Easy to locate from Sanford/Orlando airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, would rebook.
