Very nice place

Very clean and comfortable!

I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. We stayed with several other families as part of a youth sports group. The manager on site is unprofessional, not welcoming, unstable, and knows nothing about good customer service. Our room was dirty upon arrival, the bathroom has bubbling paint around the shower area, and there were bugs/beetles on the ceiling. The pool area smells musty and pool has mildew on tiles. We didn’t say anything at first because we were spending majority of our time at a local sports facility. We returned to the hotel at night with takeout pizzas and sat in the lobby area with other families. I took 4 paper plates from the cafe area for my kids to use. The manager rushed up to me and started yelling at me loudly in front of the entire lobby saying paper plates (located in the cafe area of a hotel) are not for hotel guests and not to teach my children to steal. He was condescending, yelled in my face and scared me. I felt uncomfortable for the rest of my stay. Our room was not cleaned the first night other than replacing towels. The beds were made up messy. The manager told us that they can’t make up our beds if there are personal items on then. Our kids had a stuffed animal on the bed so that’s why. Beware if you stay here!

Terrible experience. Terrible GM. He was beyond rude to multiple members of our group. I discovered opened unfinished alcoholic beverages in our closet and fresh fries in the AC unit vents. Alerted front desk at 7am. Went to my kids swim meet and returned at 2pm and the garbage was still there. When I brought it down to the front desk and expressed my frustration I was told it wasn’t a big deal. Then the GM came up to my room to further tell me it wasn’t a big deal, if I wasn’t happy with the conditions I could leave and said the conversation was over. We had a group with 7 rooms and none of us will be staying here again for the next swim meet.

Everything

They don’t need to advertise a hot tub in their pics when they have removed it from the hotel. Pretty disappointing when I was planning on getting in it and relaxing when I got there !

It was nice.

Very nice hotel. Perfext for our one night stay. We were at a concert at the Brat Stop and it is very close and convenient.

My room was very clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable. However, the staff members working the check-in desk weren’t very friendly, and the toilet in my room didn’t work.

Lot was very well lit. The room was clean and we were offered an upgrade which we took. The pool area was slippery but clean.

It was a great stay. Very clean and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and quick. The room was lovely . Great place!

My tv didn't work the 1st night and the guest computer didn't work 1 day.

Good customer services

Carpeting in rooms was stained. Toilet seat was loose. Tv remotes did not work properly for the tvs.

Clean property with friendly, polite staff.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Room was nice, but bathroom fan didn’t work and there was some mold in shower. Unfortunately we got stuck with noisy people above us that we could hear until after midnight. We were bummed that there’s not a hot tub anymore as shown in the pictures but the kids still enjoyed the pool for a bit. Continental breakfast had some nice choices and everything tasted good.

Everything was fine except the old microwave didn’t work.

A nice building with all the amenities I wanted (pool, exercise room), close to dining options and only a couple of miles drive from the Bristol Renaissance Faire. The only thing wrong (but it's a BIG wrong in my book) is that their supposed network for WiFi was unavailable the entire weekend I was there. When I called the front desk I was told the network was working properly and I should be able to connect to it. When I asked for additional tech support, the clerk said "I don't know what else to tell you" and refused to take any additional action.

Great staff, clean, well maintained

The front desk staff could use a lesson on how to treat guests. I inconvenienced the evening woman by asking for help with the computer, and then she flat out lied to me about something because she was too busy on her phone to get up out of her chair to go look for me. The check in and out gentleman was fine, but the overnight guy straight up ignored my husband when he tried to speak to him. Room was adequate, nice size and moderately clean, but I did notice some mold around the shower fixtures and water marks on the sink. Floors needed a better vacuum job.

Someone else was able to check in under my name. When I then checked in the front desk girl didn’t need to see my photo ID or my card. I then asked for a receipt and she stated the rooms were already paid for why would I need a receipt. I didn’t want to argue with her cause the lobby was full but she was very rude! When I got to my room the toilet was plugged. Called front desk and she stated for me to come down and get a plunger and unclog it myself as they did not have any maintenance there. Went to shower next morning and there was no hot water at all!!! Would not recommend this hotel. Staff was horrible and too busy to help the customers or just didn’t want to.

Very clean and comfortable

Overall the room was very comfortable. Our towels were replaced and the bathroom was cleaned, but the bed was not made. Also the breakfast left a little something to be desired. Eggs were very bland and flavorless. Biscuits for biscuits n gravy were very dry and crumbled on the plate. Otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Rooms were just ok and bathrooms smelled like urine!

Our toilet leaked and the bathroom has a terrible smell to it. Hotel staff (I believe it was the manager) was extremely rude to guests upon our arrival. The girl that checked us in was nice while he was being very rude and disrespectful to others as we were standing there. The next time I came down he was being rude to another guest but she was not tolerating it and asked him his name and to please stop talking to her like that. It was very unprofessional.

This hotel was booked as part of a last minute trip. It was very nice.

We stayed here for our time at Summerfest. It was great! Breakfast has great choices, and the pool was clean and refreshing. We will stay here again.
