A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton.

Check in- The young man who checked me in was marvelous. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. He checked me early with no problem. The afternoon staff were also excellent. They helped me finding the route of the Apple Blosoom parade. The lobby area is ckean and well maintained.

Hotel was great, breakfast was average but good, my son left a stuffed animal in the room and the tra ked it down for me and mailed it back to us.. and becasue of that service is 10 outa 5!

Much improvement since change of ownership to Hilton, we travel through Winchester a couple times a year and have always stayed at this hotel which was under another name. Not sure if all renovations have been completed but it would have been a plus to have a chair (small office chair) instead of a small leather stool which was the only seating available at the work desk. Secondly the refrigerator was seating on the floor (small fridge) had to kneel down to access, there was a shelf rigt there in the same area the would have been a perfect spot to place the fridge. Minor adjustments which I hope the will get domne. Overall a great + expreience at the Spark !

Hotel was nice - big room. Super clean. Nice public space. Very disappointing breakfast. All they had was toast, folger coffee, full fat yogurt and Jimmy dean microwavable sandwiches. That may be great by many, but not us. We won’t stay again.

Chose hotel for one-night stay enroute home from Florida. We were very promptly checked in by a very friendly attendant. I asked about the concept of the hotel since I was not familiar with the Spark brand. The attendant explained that it was a new, “no frills “ Hilton concept. She explained that this meant no microwave or coffee maker in rooms and very simple continental breakfast. We were fine with this, but when we got to our room were surprised by the cavernous, spartan space - no furniture except beds, desk and storage cube (all were very new and very clean). When I asked the attendant if the room was still unfinished, she explained that all Spark hotels were all refitted older hotels. In this case, the older hotel had very large rooms. The Spark furniture was, therefore, lost in the large rooms. Very odd. Once we accepted this explanation and spent some time in the room, we found it adequate. I guess it’s a price/value trade off, but one should be prepared.

No water in the lobby. Pool is closed, disappointed children. Hotel recently renovated & very clean.

Don't care if it is eco friendly. When the facility advertises micro and fridge in room and breakfast. One expects it. The only thing readily available was some muffins or bagels. Won't say I would NEVER stay here again, but won't if there is other choices. Have noticed Hotels of late are taking advantage of the cheap labor jumping the boarder, however the customer is taking it on t.both ends of that issue. Paying for them and the service industry is terrible!
