Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful and professional and proactive... But inside my doorknob fell off, literally pulled off and was in my hand, but thankfully could still exit room (!!😳😳)and the drain in the shower was clogged, & the place probably needs some work.
Room smelled like smoke a ton.It was leaking from the vent in the bathroom of the room above me I think... I signed something that said I wouldn't smoke and I'm a non-Smoker AND actually allergic, so it was pretty horrible to have the whole room smell like smoke.

The room smelled so weird like old furniture and just old stagnant air. I left after an hour because I was not up to switching rooms and knew I couldn't sleep there.

There was nothing as advertised. No dishes, utinsils, no coffee pot, no coffee, no hair dryer,. The free breakfast was just coffee and small muffins in the lobby. Had to go to the desk to get anything that we needed that should have been provided in the room. Truely a no frill hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the price was affordable especially with a kitchenette. My only hiccup was the musky smell due to the age of the hotel and hotel guest that linger by the front desk, they appear to be residents then hotel guest. Which is fine but it was crowded due to the lacking space for a lobby.

Dirtiest room i have ever paid for. Handle for toilet fell off and had to remove the heavy lid to flush each time. Toilet was very dirty like its never been brushed. Dirty towel on kitchen counter. Food on floors, floors dirty with hair and dirt. Bathtub drain removed with huge hole exposed. Kitchen cabinet doors missing for sink. Smelled horrible, counters were dirty, deadbolt inoperable. Worst experience ever

The toilet doesn't work, the photos on travilocity show a different hotel apparently. There is no workout room or pool. The muffins for breakfast are terrible. It's super clean and the front desk staff are nice.

I have to clean and buy my own pillow cases, sheet and blanket becuase don’t feel comfortable to use the items hotel provided . Towels were yellow , garbage from last customer were left at shelf .
It supposed to be a nonsmoking building but keep smelling cigarette and weeds. Weird people and cars wondering in parking lot . Feeling very unsafe during stay especially when the lock was broken for my room .
It is at a convenient location but will not stay again

Older property, but felt safe enough. Fairly quiet and easy to access the airport and shopping areas. I realize it is extended stay but there were no paper towels or cups/plates/pots provided. Cigarette stains in bathroom looked very old. Parking easy.

The units were good. Access to HWY and city were good. A bit out dated and no sport/pool facility. Breakfast was minimal. In fact there was chocolate bars and coffee only.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a slight odor when we walked in. Opened the bathroom door and that’s where the smell was coming from. It was horrible. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. If we weren’t so tired from flying across the country and late arrival, we would’ve left. Never again

This was a dirty property. There was poop in the breezeway for 2 days a. Told staff and nothing was done. Room was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. Perfect people we’re partying Ann’s selling drugs in the parking lot. Totally disgusting and unclean.

The stay at this motel started with finding out the elivator was broken so we had to lug all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, and the front desk lady obviously was not trained on ADA laws since she insisted on us providing her with paperwork on my service animal and wanted to know several inappropriate and illegally asked questions about my service animal. Next day we were greater in the morning by a manager screaming at the top of his lungs for us to get out or he would call the cops and the pound.. My service dog did not make a peep all night, any potty times were quickly scooped up by us, and there was absolutely no reason for anything like that type of reaction. Still considering filing a complaint with the ADA, But for now I'll just stay away from this rude unacceptable Prejudice dive

Horrible and very unsanitary. They have a bad roach infestation in room 136. I took pics and videos

The most horrible experience we had. Someone knocked on our door at 12:30 am, police was called in. We were awake until 2:30 am. The staff was so inconsiderate. Trash was not cleaned up by the house keeper from the previous guest. Not coming back or will not even recommend to anyone.
