Super noisy room, right on the parking lot and by a main street. Heard the couple next door, dont ask....
Breakfast staff was phenomenal and there was never anything out of stock. Front desk people were kind.

Highly doubtful that there is any insulation in this building. Right by a main road and every car sounds like it is in your room. Heard the neighbors all night, dont ask....
Breakfast was good, service in that area was amazing, never out of items and the lady was very friendly.

The hotel and room were recently updated and look great. The room is comfortable, has plenty of places to charge electronics, and a variety of amenities, including small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and comfortable seating.
We plan to stay here every time we are in town to visit family!

Everything was up to par. I average at least one hotel trip a month and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in since Covid where my room was refreshed every day. What a nice surprise!

Stayed for two nights midweek visiting my partner who was working in the area.
The hotel is under renovation with the pool closed until June 2024. The fourth floor is closed, did not see, or hear construction.
The staff were very friendly. Think the room was remodeled with new bed, tvs, but older cabinets in bathroom and kitchenette had lots of scratches.
Very nice, full variety of breakfast items.
Felt safe in this area, unlike other areas. Hotel is behind a Chevron and McDonald's. Across the street has subway.
Public transportation is across 9th Street.
Would stay again.

Our stay was amazing just a little upset that our room was not the king sized bed we requested. It was not a deal breaker.

It was a very nice experience the housekeeper were the best. Molly took care of our room and she did an amazing job. The breakfast bars were well stocked during breakfast and it was very clean. The food was very good.

Inside was nice, but bed was not comfortable. Outside appeared to need a face lift and workers were repairing the roof. The building was checked by security dogs while we were there. There were two people smoking too close to the entrance and smoke was blowing into the lobby. Otherwise fine, we'll probably stay there next trip.

Hotel under construction. Arrived too early to check in. Waited until a room opened up after the front desk requested staff get started to make up our room. Good stay.

Room was excellent, clean, and up graded. Did not care for the Dove soap and loation. Did like the Keurig coffee maker in room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel and room smelled clean was free from damage or stains. The free breakfast was tasty and well made.

We're very disappointed that the pool was closed. Nothing was said about that when we made reservations. Having a pool was one of the deciding factors on choosing this hotel.

Only complaint was the pool and hot tub were out of order. It would have been nice to know that upfront before booking. They were very accommodating by arranging for us to use the Pool nearby at the Best Western. Other than that it was a wonderful stay

Part of hotel being renovated, pool was closed, our room was renovated 3 years ago and in good condition. Convenient location, heavy traffic. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee, & other activities.

Upon arrival, I was told that there had been an issue with the room I booked and I immediately expected the worst. Instead, I was told my room had been upgraded and that a rollaway bed would also be accommodated for my family of 4. When we got into the room, there wasn’t a great space for the rollaway bed, so we moved the pullout couch slightly and discovered and small bit of pizza crust behind the couch; then when pulling out the bedding for the pullout couch, it had one of those swimsuit sanitary stickers stuck to a sheet.
Overall, it’s been a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, bathroom is clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion for them would be to pay attention to the little details in their housekeeping.

property was clean and comfortable. And had a good breakfast. I had specifically chosen this hotel over others in the area and paid more because it had a pool and hot tub. When we arrived and checked in there was a big sign posted saying the pool and hot tub were not open due to construction.
