Nice hotel. Clean environment. Too many homeless around.

It was perfect for my son and i! We weee a tad disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated! But other than that it was a great stay to put your head on a pillow and sleep!

Hotel was in good condition, clean, and easily accessible from the freeway. The location was a little suspect with a lot of homeless people on the streets and surrounding parking lots. The hotel had a gate with key card access, but it was open whenever we went through so I’m not sure if they actually closed it. The bedding was horrible. I know hotel beds are never as good as home, but these beds were very stiff, creaky, and had plastic bed liners that made crumpling noise anytime anyone moved. The indoor pool was great and breakfast was surprisingly decent for a free included breakfast. The employees were ok. The cleaning staff never made eye contact or responded to anyone saying hello. The front desk staff were friendly but had minimal dialogue and the person at checkout refused to give me a receipt because he said I booked through hotels.com so they’ll provide a receipt for me. I’ve never had a hotel refuse to give a receipt at checkout. Overall, I would recommend for a night or 2 but temper your expectations.

Not worth the price of the room unless you use the indoor pool which has beautiful plants and has a tropical vibe. We had a room with a king bed which was fine, there just wasn’t furniture to fill the big extra gap of space next to the bed. There was a tiny chair to sit in that fit my children, though had stains all over it so we didn’t use it. There was a desk with a chair that proved ok. Breakfast was great. My only complaint is the lack of seating in the room, especially for the price we paid.

The staff on the night of July 3 he was supper friendly and helpful. He was very cheerful and willing to help whatever our plan need. I really appreciate the friendly and professional staff like him to go and beyond helping customers. Thank him very much

The staff were very nice. It was a nice, quiet place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was great!
