First impression was that the lobby smelled really good! There was some obvious wear in the bathroom but overall it looked clean. Breakfast was decent

Decent location but could use more lighting and security for parking areas. We left the tag on the door for fresh towels but none were delivered. Mattresses VERY worn and soft. Coffee machine in breakfast area not working for most products. Shampoo and conditioner but no soap in shower.

We had a short overnight stay - got in 9PM and left the next morning at 4AM. Ther (ae wasn't anyone at the front desk so after a very short wait I left my keys at the front desk (as had 2 others) and left because I know they had my credit card on file...Like I say very short stay we needed to get thru Atlanta by early morning.

Pet friendly. Free breakfast. Very clean and inviting.

Reception was the best part. Newbie at the desk but was very helpful and efficient. Room was clean and located in an area that we prefer. Bathroom was not well thought out, Heat/AC unit was very loud. Doors were designed to slam so were very loud at all hours of the morning. Mattress needed replacing and furniture was dated. TV did not have guide nor information about individual channels. The breakfast was normal but even arriving at 7:45 am meant no toast (bread) available nor ham in the chaffing dishes and cold coffee. On the bright side, the shower was fantastic!

HVAC unit works like jet engine, scared our family at night, terrible experience.

Great hot breakfast.

Checked in and specifically asked for a room that was not near the elevators. The room I was given…was the closest room to the elevators. Also, the mattresses aren’t supported well enough by the frame. I’d you get close to the edge of the bed, you will end up on the floor.

It took a long time to get checked in but otherwise it was a good experience

Very quiet and convenient. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when it used to be La Quinta and decided to try it as its new name Best Western Plus. The lobby and all surrounding areas were very nicely kept and the lobby smelled divine. Whatever they have pumping through the air system in that area they need to keep. We were, however, disappointed in the fact that we had reservations so when we arrived for check-in around 4:30, we were frustrated that our room was not ready, so we had to switch rooms. Not a major inconvenience but that IS what reservations are for, to ensure your room is ready when you get there. Moving on, the beds were super comfy and the room extra quiet. Breakfast was good but a little disappointing in that there was no sausage even though the menu board had it listed. Again, not a deal breaker but for kids who love a breakfast side such as that, a bit of a let down. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. The room condition and comfort were on point and we left happy.

Everything was good except the coffee machine didn't work

Old, dirty, no breakfast, door locks broke and taped. Terrible.

Nice quiet area. Spacious rooms and comfy bed. Young lady at the front desk was great and the breakfast staff was nice too. Only negative was the noise coming from the hall. It was almost as if the room door was made of paper.

Great place to stop on our way home. Comfortable, good breakfast in the morning. Clerk at the desk was very helpful for our late check-in.

This was by far the cleanest and most comfortable pet friendly hotel we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend this place when traveling with a pet.

I arrived at the hotel at 1am. The clerk told me she did not have my reservation. I showed her my confirmation through Hotels.com. She said that didn't mean anything. Finally after going around and around in circles and me trying to explain that I had a reservation, she finally gave me a room -- not the room I booked! She put me in the very first room downstairs right by the exit. I was awakened early this morning at 5:30am as people started checking out, as the exit door was right by my room!

The sink drain doesn’t have a handle. You have to open it under the sink. I had to get on my knees to find it. How stupid is that.

Comfortable bed and room. Nice walk in shower and breakfast. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Breakfast area was clean and well organized. We’ll lit parking lot. Easy check in/out.
