The staff was very helpful and friendly breakfast is very limited, pool was down the hotel is older needing some updating. Our room could have been cleaner there was dust and dirt in the corners beds were comfortable rugs could have been cleaner. Overall our stay was ok no issues.

We were just looking for an affordable place to stay for the night on our road trip as we were passing through. We booked a non-smoking king. When we got there we were told all they had were doubles.
The pool was emptied and everything from the lobby to the 1st floor smelled like chlorine. The elevator snelled like cigarettes. The 2nd floor hallway smelled like weed.
The room was mostly fine. Pillows were a little hard. The walls were paper thin as we heard the family in the next room very clearly speaking (not yelling).
The bathroom felt cramped.
The hair dryer was temperamental but did work.
The shower head was broken. Half of the water just fell straight down like a waterfall about half of it actually sprayed out of the jets. Pressure and temperature was fine.

The staff was so nice. The room is clean and prepared.

Smoke detectors missing. Dead bugs . Electrical outlets and phone jack’s hanging out of wall. Gap between door and frame allows people to look inside. Ice bucket had no sanitary liner. Property is old and needs a remodel.

Very quiet.
The only thing we found wrong was the TV didn't work except on one channel which was the Food Channel but we enjoyed that.
All in all... Very pleasant stay

Tv did not work. Shower was noisy and water was all over bathroom. No tissues. Outlet did not hold curling iron plug. Check in personnel was great!!

Rented with the intention of the pool for the kids. Upon arrival the pool was not working even though I confirmed when booking. Room was ran down and didn’t feel clean. Beds were uncomfortable. Manager was not friendly.

Staff was amazing and nice. Other guests however were not amazing or nice. The walls are super thin and noise was ridiculously loud and kept the kids up which in return caused a cranky two yr old. Personally will not stay again at this location if it can be avoided but for the price for those passing through it’s not terrible.

Looks greatly on the outside but the the cleaness of the rooms.... not soo much. Smoke detector dangling from the roof. Very strong weed

Staff was very friendly and responsive, but the facilities were old, outdated, and dirty. pool was out of order which could have saved the trip but then a room without a remote was what where we found ourselves. no fault to the staff as they were very accomodating but this hotel kept me saying one word ... dump

The tv was unplugged and didn’t work after it was plugged in. The tv remote was likewise broken. The clock was unplugged and broken. There was a strange banging noise coming from the wall or ceiling during the night that evidently stopped. Sounded like a broken refigerator next door or in the room above. The night clerk was friendly enough. The day clerk not so much. She was very unprofessional and rude. She made no attempt to apologize for our inconvenience. Will never stay here again.

Would have liked to have been informed that the pool and hot tub were not working. Our room was set up for 1 person when I called done for more towels they only sent 1. Also king room was retro fitted from a double room no plug near bed no night stand on one side and TV so low you could really see it from bed useless you sat up

Service for registration, fast and quick. Room was quiet, large and well appointed (Dive soaps!)…everything clean. Breakfast was simple, with good assortments. I’d go back again.

Check in was friendly and easy. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They loved our dog. Area around the hotel was dog friendly with lots of space to run. Room was clean, comfortable with amenities. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Stayed 5 days , staff was helpful, room was only cleaned once, and had to ask for towels twice. But laundry facilities was a huge plus.
Pool and hot tub was closed.. definitely needs updated.
Would stay there again though it was perfect location for work.

It was a place to lay my head for the night. As far as a smoking free facility......the old cigarette smell in the building and our room was overwhelming.

The toilet had poop on the seat when we got to the room. The toilet was to small more the size for kids. People with bad hips and backs trouble with it being so low.
Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, however I'm not thrilled about these pillows that they are using on these beds. Give me a real pillow not these little square 12 in x 12 in pillow

The room was decent and smelled clean. However, our sheets had stains all over them and the red decor thing at the end of our bed was covered in what looked like dog hair. The carpet in our room felt wet.

It was bad!! No tv. No bath towels!! Keys wouldn’t work! Air conditioning wasn’t working well. No ice machine no pool!! Wasn’t clean. Never would stay there again.

Overall my stay was good the rooms were clean and staff was friendly. However there was some down falls the room I was in looked like it was from the 80s or 90s and ceiling was two toned so a update would be nice the ice machines were broke down so you had to go to the front desk to get ice. The pool was closed Do not know the reason but it was full with clean water and pump was running.
