Very nice hotel. Nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Small elevator, sort of hidden. Friendly staff, quick check-in and out.

Staff was very nice and accommodating, room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Only downside was the heat/ac unit was very noisy.

The hotel was meh for lack of other words. The room you could visabily see mold growth in the bathroom. The mirror on the vanity was broken. We went with family the room that they stayed innthe sink wouldn't drain.
In the pool area one of the days you could see poop.on the ground in the community bathroom. The towles were never stocked in the pool area.
The staff were mostly friendly, but seemed annoyed when we needed milk at the complimentary breakfast.
The complimentary breakfast would be the best part. My kids actually found something they liked.

Nice hotel with very few amenities Ice machine didn't work and their in room coffee is horrible. But outside of that, it was an enjoyable stay.

We checked in late (8ish) We were there for a dance competition and stayed 2 nights. We had a whole bunch of bags we were carrying & were using the bell cart to bring all the rest. 1st very nice thing- The man at the front desk offered to help. We didnt need it but it was a nice gesture. The fridge in the room wasn't very cold. I needed some bags to put ice in for my cooler. 2nd nice thing-front desk gentleman gave me 3 bags to put ice in. I didn't say anything yet about the fridge not working. I was going give it overnight. By the morning the fridge still wasn't cold. 3rd nice thing-Told lady at front desk she immediatly came to the room and checked it with another worker. She said if it didn't get cold by the time we left for my girls to dance, let her know, and if they didnt have a replacement mini fridge she would put all our stuff in her own fridge at the front desk. When we rushed out the door to competion, she wasn't there. 4th nice thing-We got back late that night our all food and drinks were transferred to a different VERY cold fridge. It was a nice suprise they took it upon themselves to check it while we were gone and not wait for us to complain.

Dirty and not well maintained. The hallway had huge scuffs done the walls and missing pieces of drywall. Pool was dark and they hold unannounced swimming lessons that limit paying guest pool access. We had popcorn in our ac unit from the previous occupant, and when I called down to the front desk, they didn’t seem too surprised, but someone did come up to the room and remove some of the aforementioned popcorn. It didn’t get any better from there.

Service was top notch, the staff were super friendly and accommodating. My kids enjoyed the waffles at breakfast and the lobby is nice.
The facilities and the rooms are a bit run down. My clock hadn't been updated for the time change. There were no weights in the fitness room and one treadmill was broken. None of the ice machines on the floors worked. My pillows were yellowed and lumpy.

There was a constant beeping in the lobby. The hot tub didn’t work. Only 1 of the four ice machines worked. A child who was with us just walked up to the desk and got a new key to one of our friends rooms. No questions asked. The tub floor in our room was “squishy”. 10/10 won’t stay again.

Was not a very enjoyable stay, could hear smoke detector Low Battery beeping the entire time in a room near ours, the heater did not work and when we would turn it on it would smell burned and make a grinding sound. One of the beds was very uncomfortable and had a strong urine smell, and when we sat on the side of it, the mattress would flip up.

We were very disappointed that the fireplace in the sitting area was not functioning. This was a cold winter night and we had anticipated being able to sit in front of the fireplace to read for a while. Lobby area was not comfortably warm so this was very disappointing.

We had such a great time at the Chanhassen AmericanInn. They were so accommodating and gave us a joining rooms with a suite. Our whole family was able to get together and relax. We had such a nice time swimming in the pool. The breakfast was great and everyone had an amazing time !!

We took a quick two-night stay just to get away. We had the jacuzzi room. Small but nice, updated, and comfortable. The phone in the room didn't work. And the bathroom was a little small and oddly shaped. Breakfast had a good selection and was continuously refilled. The building itself had a bit of an odd smell to it. The pool was warm and the hot tub although the Jets were weak was still nice. The pool room also had a bit of an odd smell, almost lake waterish.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. But I question the practice of putting the mini-fridge inside a cabinet. I get that it looks good from an aesthetic point of view, but refrigerators produce heat, and you're trapping that heat inside the box the fridge is in. That makes the fridge warm and it has to work even harder to keep things cold. In fact, when I left the cabinet door open the items in the fridge got colder. What you have now is an unending cycle of something that's supposed to be cold being warmed from the outside. This is not only bad for the refrigerator itself, it's bad for the environment.

We stayed for 4 night's so we could go to Paisley Park. Location is great east to get to and enough things close by (food, shoos etc) . The staff at the prioerty were nice, friendly and helpful. The property is a little outdated and could do with some TLC. But you get what you pay for. We had one day that we didnt get room service and were surprised as rhey were outside.our door as we left for the day. The pool and hot tub are ok, again a little dated and need some TLC . The change room is not great, i chose not to use it. Breakfast was ok, waffles, sausage, powdered egg, bagels or toast etc nothing special but again was good for the price

Easy check-in, clean, comfortable hotel. Relaxed in the hot tub and pool after our long drive. Easy access to Chanhassen Dinner Theater for the production we attended. Good hot breakfast options. We definitely would stay again!

This hotel is dated, the fire in the reception area needs to be serviced as it doesn’t give out any heat. The breakfast was so so, no gluten free options. The rooms were not serviced every day and the heating and air conditioning was very noisy. The one plus was the shower it was excellent. Chanhassen has limited hotel availability so I guess they don’t really care, hospitality was non existent. Sure a shame as Chanhassen is a very welcoming town full of great people with great local amenities. Sad to say I would not stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was not good. They put 2 women in a room with small vanity and there were larger ones in the hotel. Never got a receipt. The whole staff was Indian. Hard to communicate.

The property is pretty run down. No amenity like bottled water in your room are offered at the front desk. Only available through a pop machine. Standard of Maintenance and cleanliness is very mediocre. But the people were friendly

I’ve stayed here in the past the property had really declined over the last 2 years. The towels were worn and stained; one of the queen beds had dirty linen and the room smelled musty and stale and we couldn’t open the windows for fresh air. I wouldn’t recommend it and will not be staying here in the future.
