We we're staying there for a race the next day. The front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous

Firstly I only booked because it had indoor pool when we arrived it was closed nowhere on website or calling in was told about that. The people were nice enough the rooms are very small and outdated needs a lot of work. They kept it clean but it needs updating. We had to change rooms because our first one shower handle broke off and the toilet clogged everytime you used it. Second rooms AC didn’t get really cold it worked but not that great. Definitely charged way too much for what we got. The breakfast is only bagels cereal and a waffle maker. No bedbug evidence no bugs so that was good.

We needed to stay longer than planned and placed a 2nd booking and messed the dates up. The front desk staff had trouble making corrections for me. She called her manager for help and everything was updated. The gave me credit for my overlapping day and was so kind. It really was my mistake but they totally took care of it.

Everything went well. My room door did not close by itself all the time. The carpet in my room had rips. Room was quiet. Breakfast was good. 24 hour coffee was good. Checkin and out went well.

The hotel was clean and the afternoon clerk that checked me in was wonderful. I should have done more research. After 8pm the weed smell, noise and alcohol went crazy. Apparently this is the party hotel and you can not walk down the hallway without getting buzzed and dodging the trash people set out for housekeeping. People must live there and that’s fine, but they are loud and you can hear them through the whole hotel. Night clerk very loud, I witnessed the people that live there touching all the food for the breakfast bar with no tongs (was reported to the front desk). Nicely located and clean, but would not recommend unless you wanted to party.

They charged us a deposit of two hundred and something dollars on my husbands credit card but during check they had no record of it. The place just seems sketchy when it comes to their deposit policy. At check out we were told the deposit was around one hundred dollars but they charged us double. Probably will never book they again. We will have to wait and see if the deposit is returned to us or not.....

I liked that it was fairly close to the hospital but the walls were thin. The paint on the walls was bad. Poor lighting in the room. Carpets were stained. Door handles were raggedy.

Easy on/off highway. Just stayed for the night on a road trip. Indoor pool is closed for renovations. Free breakfast was very basic and minimal selection. Rooms are no frill, could use updating. Lock on my door was broken, not safe or secure. I hate the double charge for 2 pets. It’s one room, charge one pet fee.

Bathroom door wouldn’t slide closed, luckily I had a screwdriver and was able to rearrange and tighten the screws in the door track. Breakfast was awful. Only yogurt and diy waffles with no syrup.

I was in a pet friendly room, but even when & first checked in and got to the room, it was clear it wasn’t cleaned that well before I came in. The room also had a distinct dog urine smell. Past that, staff were decently friendly. And it was right off the highway.

From top to bottom, the whole hotel reeked of cigarettes and/or pot. The first room we were given wasn't clean as there was leftover food and trash from the previous occupant. Second room was slightly better but the bathroom and sink area was covered in mold.

It reeked of smoke, changed our room, it reeked of animal feces and urine. We did not stay the night and needed another location on Christmas Eve night. Very disappointing overall

Room window was opened whole floor smelled like smoke. My battery was out the alarm. Toilet wouldn’t flush: water running/ just horrible sleep in/ wonder it was cheap: I would like half my money or a free stay at another location

The people above us stomped and ran across the floor all night long. When they were asked to stop since the front desk informed them the room under them complained it became even worse and the deliberately became louder and didn’t stop! It started at midnight until 8am and I finally got up and left the hotel! Staff was nice but I don’t understand why in front of me at 5am they told the room above us we were the ones complaining because it only became worse!

Poor desk help. Mattress was so old it was shaped like a bowl and absolutely horrible to try to sleep on. Mold in the shower, broken loose towel rack. Elevator made horrible noises and I was worried bout its safety. Overpriced.

Check in was fast, and friendly. The room was NOT as clean as it should've been. The bathroom had hair in the shower, and the toilet had feces stains around it. Luckily, we bought cleaning supplies with us

Awning was small. The check in was slow. Another guest was allowed to yell at me during checkin. When I walked by the same guest telling her to her hurry up and move her car, apparently it wasn’t okay but it was okay for her. Just rude of staff all the way around. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends.

We like the hotel and room but the shower floor was very slippery and unsafe. Other than that everything was good.

Very poorly maintained property. Stained carpets in the hall. Loose door handles on the rooms. No lamps on the night stands.

The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The AC in the room worked, but not efficiently, but we did not bring it to staff attention, so no fault of the hotel.

I was very disappointed. I changed rooms 2 times due to the AC unit making the carpet damp and both rooms smelled musty. It was noisy as I think there were some families staying long term and I smelled marijuana in the hall every time I left my room. I will not be staying there again no matter what.

Toilet wasnt secured to the floor, shower had a broken light cover that was sharp glass hanging. Shower door didn't stop water from getting out all over the bathroom floor. Carpeting in hallway was stained and smelled. For the price i shouldnt expect better but i did.

I did not end up staying at this hotel because of the horrible service and they would not let me stay in the room unless I have them a $250 deposit. So I would love a refund back for the night stay if possible. I think the front desk was trying to scam me. It was awful.

Property is at hood location and very near to the major highway,

The property was convenient to the place I had to go. However, the hotel smelled like dog poo, and there were quite a bit of folks that looked like dirty addicts. There were needle caps in the hallway. Lastly, my first night check in, I was not given the room that I booked, I was put in a room that previously had dogs in it. I did not get any sleep because the smell in the room was overwhelming. In addition I had to take my inhaler because of my asthma I couldn't breathe. I more than likely would not stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone.

I liked the hotel over all. Spacious rooms, nice bedding and pillows. There was decent parking. The carpet was damp and stale.
The major issue I had with the property is the drug activity in the parking lots and the constant stench of guest smoking marijuana inside and outside of the hotel.
I spent nearly $500 to stay at this property for the weekend. I booked a non smoking room yet. The stairwell, the halls abs even my room was filled with pot smoke all night long. I was unable to sleep or breathe.

They really need to upgrade the bathrooms and carpet in the rooms. It has a smell mildew.
