Nothing special about this hotel, and actually was not a bargain in any way. Out of order signs on ice machines, breakfast equipment, work out equipment, even the elevator one day. The wifi is extremely difficult, the front desk clerk was able to get it for me. Our door handle of the room was loose, yet the door stuck and had to be shoved open with your shoulder. Notified the staff but can only imagine it's been that way for a long time. The staff was attentive, courteous and friendly. They really made the stay comfortable and worth paying the money for very standard accomodations.

Loved the staff and the room. Everything with breakfast was great! My only complaint is that there were several things that were broken or not working. they were the pool and the spa, (2) treadmills, water fountains in the lobby. I would have given a five star but just couldn't.

The overall stay was good and the staff was very helpful however the bathtub was awful. At first it looked very dirty but after close inspection it appeared that the first coat of paint in the tub had come off which gave it the appearance of being dirty. At some point the refrigerator stopped working but after a while it came back on. Our leftovers from the restaurant were spoiled but overall it was a nice location and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was not clean. The elevators were rickety and you’re afraid to get in them. Some homeless person had peed on the stairs and it smelt horrible. The back door did not lock did not need your key to get in.

The staff was wonderful. Our room was great. The juice machine in the breakfast room wasn't working, nor was the ice machine on our floor. Overall, I would go back again. Location was in a safe neighborhood and close to the freeway.

Upon check in, there were computer issues, but the person working was just able to give me my key and charge my card later when the system came back up.
The card reader on the room door barely worked and would have to stick the key card in quite a few times before it would finally read it and let me in the room. The first morning, there was no hot water in the shower, and the fridge was so cold that all my drink froze. There was no dial to adjust the temperature. Went down to breakfast and there was only scrambled eggs out of a box, a couple types of bread/toast, and waffles available. There was cereal there, but no milk or juice. I went out for breakfast the following two mornings. There is only ice machines available in the lobby and on the second floor, however the one in the lobby wasn't working so then had to go to the second floor to get ice, when I was on the fifth floor. The drain that the ice machine ran into was covered in mold, so I can only imagine what the inside of the machine looked like. The room, elevators, and fitness area (that half the cardio machines were out of order) left a lot to be desired as far as cleanliness goes. Honestly, the whole experience left a lot to be desired.

The room was clean. The staff were super kind. The hotel looks run down though. Hot water didn't last. Pool and hot tub were out of order. The juice machine was out of order. The elevator probably should have been out of order. You had to know a trick with the room for to get in your room.
Black smudges on the ceiling where a utility panel is I'm assuming. Graffiti scratched into panels in the elevator.

Lot of traffic noise from proximity to freeway. No eggs of sausage for breakfast. Only waffles and breads. Expensive laundry facilities. Only one washer working.

The television did not have any user settings available. This caused it to be very bright at night with the room lights dim. More importantly I was unable to reduce the volume below a set level, making it too loud in the late evening.
The "Included Breakfast" was an absolute joke. Nothing was available; the hot food was limited to only scrabled eggs or waffles. They actually had a sign stating no sausage was available (how about ham, bacon, maybe breakfast potatoes!). There was an "out of order" sign on the juice. No muffins or pastries, only white bread. There were only 3 or 4 yogurts in a big, empty refrigerator.
I was so disappointed that I almost snuck in to the Hilton next door!!! Wyndham should really take a look at this property!!!

Unfortunately I’m not very pleased. My husband and I checked in on the 14th until the 15th. When we checked in the person at the desk said we needed to pay an additional $250.00 for incidentals. We questioned this fee because when we were there the week before for 4 days we were never charged an additional fee. In fact any La Quinta we have stayed at we were never charged an additional fee. The explanation at the front desk is “some people are not doing their jobs. There was nothing in writing when we booked the room or on the receipt.
We were told the amount would be credited to my credit card after we checked out. We were planning to return to Las Vegas, but will never stay at La Quinta again!!

Checked in very late, around 1 am, to a room that had clearly been smoked in with dirty sheets and no hot water. Asked the front desk if we could move, but they were at capacity so we had to wait till the next day. The desk called me at 7 am to move us. Suddenly there was a clean room. No hot water in the new room for the rest of the three day stay. Did I mention I was traveling with 3 kids! The front desk comped the first night, but when I approached the desk to discuss the plan for compensation for not having hot water the entire 3 days, the manager wasn’t there yet (8 am) and I had to leave without a conversation. Don’t waste your money. Just pay for the Hilton.

I’m here from Lake Havasu for a surgical procedure. We have had to extend our time a couple of times. The staff has been amazing and more than accomodating. Thank you so very much!

The carpet was soiled and dirty. Not enough hot water for showing. Stayed for 3 nights never cleaned our room. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels. There was no alarm clock in the room had to get front desk to get one for us. Ran out of some of the items offered at their morning breakfast.

It was a struggle to get my door open. The first night I had to go back downstairs to get new keys and it was 2:45an so I had just left everything at my door so when I brought the new keys back I had nothing magnetic as I had nothing but the cards on me. Still 8 or 10 times and get red for a few times then some green The next day they came up to clean it and the woman still struggled to get it open It took over 10 times inserting every time . I always had them run the cards before I tried them. Also no hot water or pressure. The next day they fixed it and still no pressure at all and just luke warm water so your side away from the water was freezing. Horrible torture I have never had at any hotel. I also would have liked t try hem to tell me that no one came into clean so I knew to empty my own trash pail and ask for more towels. I just thought the girl could not get in my door either.Their is a sign in small print way to the side of the check in desk. But since I checked in so late I wasn’t looking all down the counter for a sign. They did take $ 56 off my bill because of the water. This was nice but not worth the torture. By the way I have never written a review before.

I was in a room that wasn't cleaned. Popcorn in the floor, picture frame on the floor, drips of who knows what I'm the walls. Git to change rooms, there was brown streaks on one of the beds. There was trash in the halls, nothing looked vacuumed. And an exterior door near our room had a broken lock and no way to secure it. I will never stay here again.

We paid and reserved on line. We arrived a half an hour later and went to our room. Another guest OCCUPIED it! There was a purse, food, pull out bed, etc. We left and told the front desk. She blamed it on a "new" employee. She gave us another room. Great. My husband took a shower in the new room with NO HOT WATER!! The sink had hot water. Odd. Again we told the front desk. They had us move to another room. This time it was a special needs room. No problem. Except there was black mold on the ceiling and around the shower area. We were to tired to say anything, so we stayed the night in that room. In the morning, I complained about the conditions. The front desk said she could refund $50.50 to the cost. Nice, but I would have rathered stayed in just ONE room and had a pleasant experience. La Quinta has been crossed off my list.

Many baseball and soccer teams and families were staying here. We were impressed at how quiet the rooms were. The teams were very respectful, too, but the construction of the rooms was well done.
Breakfast offered hot scrambled eggs and sausage. Waffle and bagels. Disappointed that there was not orange juice for two days.
Bed was fine. We had a walk in shower. We’ve stayed here before as we’ve visited family in Summerlin.

Freeway noise is truly unbelievably loud! Bathrooms are getting old. The staff is very friendly and the lobby is nice.

The first room they put me in had bugs in the bathroom. Crawling everywhere.
Second room was better but needed a good cleaning. The walls were dirty and the shower needed to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable and clean. I was too tired to move locations. The staff was friendly and nice. Elevators were down one of the nights and had paint chipping everywhere.

Place is really worn out and need to be remodel. I love staying la Quinta cause I trust the company but this one make me groose out. I have to be on a different room cause the first one have some hair in the bathroom look like it was not clean and the bed cover has stain. The 2nd room was a bit better but when I use their towels smells like rotten oil or maybe was wash don’t have a soap on it. And when took a shower this morning molds in the soap area.
It’s okay if it’s old place but it’s so unsanitary. If remodel is not available at least deep clean every room

The bathroom doors ,where closet doors ,no lock ,and not even closed right,the hot water at times ,the light flashing at the time ,no usb ports,,the windows no screen and with kids is scary ,last no extra pillows and blankets ,overall out dated but is okay stay ,20 mins out of the the main casinos

The ONLY good thing there was the amazing clerk at the check in desk. Our first room, key didn’t work & door handle was broken. Second room was on the first floor, no outside doors locked, therefore ANYONE could walk into the hotel. The pool & hot tub were closed by the health department! Our bathroom sink didn’t drain & we had cold showers….it was horrible! The owners should be ashamed. The clerk was super nice & gave us a full refund, we didn’t stay but one night, we left. Will never go there again!

Door key didn't work properly. Ac was noisy.
Bath tub was not totally clean. Housekeeping entered while I was in the room. They said they were told that whoever was supposed to be there that he was called away on an emergency.

First showed up and was given the wrong room then the room I stay in was dirty. The wall in the bathroom was splattered with something, the floor and baseboard were covered in dust and the bathtub was so discolored from not being properly cleaned. The outlet had a piece of metal in it as well.

First, they didn't tell us about policy changes on deposits and fees, then the door had issues working with key card, stains on carpet and furniture, a shoe print on the bed, bedside clock/usb charger didn't work, none of the outlets in the bathroom worked, TV lost signal constantly, then on the last day, mid shower.. hot water turned luke warm/cold and lost almost all water pressure, got out and tried the sink and it dripped as if the water was shut off. This was a horrible experience, and we've stayed at other La Quinta locations and this wasn't even comparable. I even had to walk over to the Hampton next door to get a water bottle and snacks, since this location didn't even have a vending machine.

This is the most awful place ive ever stayed. First of all I get charged $10 for parking which could’ve been $10 towards a better place and they also have a sign that says veteran parking thank you for your service here’s your $10 charge for parking here. Second of all hotel room is absolutely awful. It’s extremely old everything is dirty there’s odd stains everywhere in the bathroom that are visible without any kind of weird lighting. The bathroom tub looks like it’s been destroyed and they bits and pieced it back together with glue (pictures dont do justice). The bathroom doors are closet doors.. I will never recommend this place with how dirty and worn down it is.

I arrived late and was given a room on the first floor which I asked if they had any rooms on higher floor. No we are booked. So I got a key to room 113 and someone was already there. Returned to the hotel guest and they immediately got me a room on the 5th floor. I was so tired I stayed but the noise from freeway was horrible. Nosie neighbors and I made the best of it.
The icing on the cake was NO hot water to take a shower. Got my stuff and left to check out.
The hotel member did me half a refund. Which was Great but I really was not happy. I have stayed at this La Quinta and I have had a good stay but don’t think I will stay again.

We had to pay a $250 deposit when we arrived in addition to the 182 paid with Expedia for the room. It’s been over 3 weeks and many calls and they’re still “working on it”. Now they tell me it was credited back same day we booked! Corporate was little help too.
