Hotel is being remodeled. Very dingy carpet, stains on curtains, and comforter. Room had a very musty smell. Lots of people in and out of rooms all night. Went to grab coffee in morning and a guest had his dog in the area with food.

The front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all. Especially considering this was a medical stay.

Check out not so much, we were charged late check out fee, even though we were out at correct time.

Honestly was bad from the minute I walked in the room. As soon as I got in room, it smelt HORRIBLE. The worst smelling room I have ever experienced. I had to go to the store and get air freshener to help which did not do much.
Then, my last night & morning I was checking out, I did not have any hot water so I could not shower.
Also, my room was directly next to the guest laundry room. You would think that they would lock the door to it at a certain time but nope! As I was trying to fall asleep, all I could hear was the LOUD water rushing through the pipes in the wall the entire time people were doing their laundry.
Would not recommend staying here at all.

Being able to hear but not speak, sometimes i run into businesses who are not overly eager to help me.
This was not the case with Cynthia who was working the front desk when i arrived. Cynthia went out of her way to communicate with me and make my stay and comfort a priority. I had a small issue with the window in my room, and she fixed it immediately.
She went out her way to accommodate my disability.
She is a true treasure and you should be proud to have her as an employee.

Desk clerk pretty quiet at check in. No briefing about breakfast hours or where pool, workout room, or elevators are. Might have just been an off day. People have those. No worries

Carpet had a couple of pulls/runs in them. Some attention from scissors will knock them down quickly and make the place look better.

When i arrived i got yelled at from a 3rd story windau and asked jf i wanted to bu drugs . Going inside the counter person was really friendly but had 2 calls and myself he could have used a lil help. The room had a big white stain in front of the fridge like batter acid...it was so weird. Also the whole floor had kids running up and down screaming playing chase. The bed was really comfortable tho and the shoer was nice and hot.

Only one woman on duty to service checkins, etc. Took about a half hour to check in, then when we needed a blanket, we had to get dressed and come down to the lobby ourselves. Room overlooked I-25, which was quite noisy throughout the night. Sheets were old and torn, as well as soiled.

Did not like this experience at all, it felt like the Extended stay next door. The room was small, but i guys for the price i would have rather spend the extra 30-50 per night for something else.
House keeping should not bother me on check out day till after check out time!

I have stayed here several times. A good basic hotel for the price. Rooms are in good shape. Scrambled eggs and sausage available for breakfast if you don't fancy the normal carb/sugar fare.

For a older property it is still very nice on the inside and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean except for 1 thing that was on the shower wall from the previous guest (eww). I would stay again especially because it was very affordable. We chose the smaller room because it fit our needs and were comfortable.

The only problem I encountered was, there were vehicles that were backed into the parking spots along the hotel. Early morning they would start theirs cars and rev their engines and the exhaust fumes would come into the room. May I suggest that you not allow vehicles to back in parking along the building.

I booked this hotel that day based on location, rating and price, with limited time and access to read reviews. It was convenient, but the hotel is right on the highway. Traffic noise was bad. Hotel had a funky musty smell. Breakfast was just so-so. I feel like the rating was misleading.

the pillows were lumpy, the carpet was torn in places. the breakfast was poor. and the parking lot was full of garbage.
Its a cheaper hotel and thus the clientele were pretty sketchy and inconsiderate, my upstairs neighbors were super loud and people were carrying on with loud conversations in the hall that kept waking me up. Had to crank the ac just so i wouldnt hear everyone in the hall and in the parking lot

The hotel staff were very kind, the hotel was very clean and I loved my room; however, I never slept the entire stay. The noise from the floor above was so bad I felt like someone, or something was going to come through the ceiling. Children ran the hallways constantly, to late night. The hotel is conveniently located to so much shopping and places to eat. I was able to travel back and forth to places of interest in the downtown area with ease.

The hotel was clean and so was the pool. The hotel seemed understaffed from check- in to breakfast on Sunday morning. We were appreciative of the staff but know it was overwhelming.

This place is amazing.. I made a mistake when booking my stay .. and it was no refundable.. I was able to switch the days that I was staying to the right one with no additional charge .. the place was amazing and the people were amazing also.. would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay in Denver

Our room was clean and stocked with enough towels, which is rare. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. We never had time to utilize the pool during our stay due to our planned activities.
