Our room had no closet, no drawers, and no desk. The only things in the room were two beds, a small nightstand, mini fridge, microwave, and a rolling desk chair with no desk. No flat surface at all. Unacceptable for $150 per night. They gave us a 30% discount - but room was still very uncomfortable. They ran out of breakfast. In morning they received a lot of products that they piled in the hallway making it difficult to roll luggage. Won’t stay there ever again when traveling.

Pleasant enough stay, the rooms my friends and I occupied were clean and comfortable enough. Our only complaint was that we wished to use the bag store before checking in but there was insufficient room to accommodate our 4 suitcases. The breakfast was a little disappointing - not a great choice and dining area rather cramped.

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. Appreciate their nice complementary trip to and from airport. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was great. They are still doing construction in the lobby area. The rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was great also.

The Shuttle service was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast could have been better. They were very stingy with it. Maintenance kept knocking on my door, claiming it was an accident. The room wasn't bad. When the construction is done it will be nicer.

Renovation in progress, otherwise it was a good hotel

Room exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. Perfect for when we cruise out of Miami. Love that the have Beekman1802 products in the bathroom.

Stay was fine. Bed was old and lumpy but room was clean and secure and quiet. They are under renovation so hopefully they upgrade the beds but otherwise it’s affordable and pleasant enough for a night. Would stay again if stuck overnight waiting for flights.

This property is under construction. It’s so disorganized even the employees are frustrated. I’m very understanding but the construction is so disorganized. I believe the room we stayed in was renovated. The drawers kept automatically opening. The bathroom door was hard to move. The shower door was hard to close. For the price, I certainly expected more. It should have been half what I paid if not even less than that.

Lobby under construction. Much noise Breakfast was in a paper bag

Only 1 van for pick up at the jhotwl so we had to wait 30 minutes, but driver Joel was great! Main lobby is currently under construction. Check in at a temporary window with little contact was smooth. Had to go around the building in a side door and up a flight of stairs with all our luggage. Hotel employee offered assistance. .The only downfall was we couldnt use an elevator, but understandable as they are making a nicer place for future guests. Room on 2nd floor was was newly remodeled, clean. Beds are comfy but somewhat small for doubles. Quiet area and felt safe for 5 min walk to closest restraunt. Great place for 1 night stay with transportation to port for small fee.

There were baby roaches in my room. The property is under construction. Dust and fumes that shouldn't be inhaled are being used while checking in. I received no wash clothes in my room. No one answered when I called the front desk

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were nice.

The lobby was all torn up under construction. You couldn’t even go inside. You checked in at a window in between the two front doors and had to walk outside to the side door to enter. The room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. No wash clothes. The shower head was turned straight out and flooded the bathroom so you couldn’t shower. We won’t be back.

Sleep Inn is currently under going renovation in the lobby area, so it was dusty and noisy at check-in, but quiet by nightfall. Breakfast was a brown bag to go due to the construction. I was there one night because it’s close to the airport so I didn’t mind much.

The gentlemen that checked me in was helpful & kind. They were under construction so it was a mess & smelled a little, but it served its purpose.

We booked here looking for just a place to sleep. Limited budget, unexpected trip. We looked for a cheap place near the airport. We got exactly what we paid for. The place was in the middle of a remodel, and looks like it might take a few years to complete. Lobby was totally torn up. Parking lot full of Dumpsters, shipping containers, and equipment. Lots of sketchy looking people hanging around. The pungent smell of burning marijuana in the parking lot and hallways. Staff were not unpleasant but seemed disinterested. Returned to our room after a long stressful day to find we were locked out of room. Went to front desk and were blamed for keeping the key card near a cell phone?? Outside doors at stair wells were propped open at night allowing anyone (non guests) to enter without key or passing through lobby. I will say that the room we got had already been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. If you need a cheap place to stay near the airport, this will do. Be careful and don't set your expectations above 2 stars.

Lobby is being renovated, but check in was great. A young man checked us in on 2/12/2024 at around 3pm. Very nice and quick check in. The room was very clean. Bed was soft and cozy. Lots of stores nearby. Area is a little iffy, especially at night, but that's not the hotels fault. Had a great night. Would def consider staying here again.

The location of the hotel is not close to anything. You can't walk around and see interesting things. The hotel is under renovation and I wish they would told us earlier and there is no food to serve since it is under renovation.

Wasn’t able to see the true beauty of the hotel because it was under construction. However the staff at the front desk was awesome.

We were in a renovated hotel room which was nice & clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was working. Breakfast was good (waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, juices/milk/coffee). I have two complaints which is why I rated this hotel with only 2 stars. The check-in process was LONG; it felt like 20-30 min to verify our reservation, get a deposit, sign an agreement, and get hotel keys. It really should have only taken 5-10 minutes. Secondly, I was traveling with an infant and one of the reasons I chose this hotel is because they offered free cribs which I needed since we were flying into Miami. I called ahead twice to see what I needed to do to reserve a crib. I was reassured both times that I would just need to ask the front desk, and they would be able to provide me one at no charge. Well, during the check-in process, I said I would need a crib and then the hotel lady informed me that they didn't have access to the room where they were kept... WHAT!?! ...and I would have to wait 'til 11PM when the next shift person came who did have access. So after traveling all day with an infant, I was now expected to wait to put my baby to bed unless 11PM?? This is totally unacceptable in my book. The staff on shift should have access to all guest accommodations. On top of that the hotel lady gave me attitude about the crib situation. I was not impressed and upset that I could not put my baby to bed after a long day of traveling.

Hotel is under major renovation. We are on the 2nd floor. Very nice updated rooms. New carpets…painted..very clean. Breakfast room is under construction..no hot breakfast. They hand out breakfast to go bags..coffee available.

Staff is so rude and seems frustrated with work. No breakfast serving available due to renovation which is not mentioned anywhere only to go grab packets are given which are not upto mark. They were so rude when we went to pickup breakfast. They said only 1 pack left we were 4 person but fr next party they brought grab boxes from inside. No apology & no explanation. Only kept saying its like tht only. Definitely chck with them for renovation. Lot of noise comes due to renovation which is again disturbing .

Staff needs to pay attention to customers wait for rooms. Checked in at 09:00am was finally given a room at 2:00pm while others that came after us were given rooms.

The place is clean but bad customer service.

Was convenient for an quick overnight stay.

It was OK, but overpriced for what it offered.
