Entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was easy. Room was clean and updated. Beds were comfortable. Some of the reviews complained about breakfast - we arrived a little later, and everything was perfect. Everything was well stocked and staff was very attentive. Cute town, lots of restaurants to choose from, and stores close by to get things if needed (Walmart). Would definitely stay again.

Sleep Inn was under renovation but our room was updated with new beds and comfy linens. Flooring was vinyl composite and not carpet. Shower was hot and good water low. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the wait staff at breakfast. They were very helpful. Lots of staff smiles. We'll be staying here again.

Everything was great. I had a tesla rental, and the charging station out front was too convenient. The rate was a good value and the staff was very pleasant. Will stay here again for sure.

Construction/remodeling going on so breakfast was brought to the room. Nice except limits drinks and no seconds. TV a bit tricky to figure out if you are not up on tech. Bed a 4 out of 5 for comfort. Could ise a second luggage rack.

We booked with Hotels.com based on good ratings and free breakfast. We arrived to find the lobby and breakfast were under renovation. The front desk was moved to a closet like space. We were told we could only order a limited no. of breakfast items that could be delivered to our room at a time we chose. We were disappointed in this arrangement and that there was no sit down spot for breakfast. The Hotels.com website should have indicated that the usual breakfast arrangements weren’t available.

Everything inside the hotel room was truly amazing. Loved the beds, clean floor, and the neat and cute bathroom. I would have given it a perfect score if not for the on-going renovation downstairs. Due to the renovation works downstairs, there was no dining room. Breakfast was served in the room, which always gives a feeling of luxury and being pampered.

We stayed there last year and really enjoyed our stay This year the first floor front desk and breakfast area all under renovation, breakfast was brought to our room but was very limited, if we would have know we probably would have stayed somewhere else The room was perfect and very clean

Our room was brand new. Very comfortable bed and linens. Nice shower. The walls are a little thin. We heard our neighbors every time they spoke or used the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing remodeling so the lobby is a little torn up. But the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast area wasn't finished so they delivered it to our room in the morning. Room service at no charge!😊 Right off the interstate made it an easy find with plenty of nearby places to get dinner. I would highly recommend Sleep Inn and look forward to staying on our return home!!

The hotel is undergoing a complete renovation, with the entire kitchen area gutted. The hotel is managing very well, with breakfast being delivered to your room, but that was a bit disconcerting. Our room was one which had already been renovated, and the hotel should be very nice when construction is completed.

Arrived to construction going on in new serving area, would like to have known beforehand. Room clean but light out in shower.

The Innkeeper who checked us in was lovely. The room is clean and quiet. The bed & pillows are like clouds.

Clean. TV worked, refrigerator didn't. Beds comfy, heat must be on to recirculate air in room. Shower barely lukewarm due to handle only going halfway toward the hot side.

Good one night stay. Convenient to the Interstate. Very clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. Breakfast was limited, continental plus waffles and microwave breakfast sandwiches, eh, ok.

I did not stay at all. The software for hotels. com placed me at the hotel the same day I was in New Hotel Pa - 340 miles away. So, when I arrived then next day at Sleep in Staunton, I had no place to stay at the hotel. I "paid" for the night before which I could not be physically at since I was 340 miles away and at another hotel. This hotel said that I had to pay for again for the day I arrived without any "Hotels.com" backing and at higher price. I did since I had no choice in the matter. The hotel and hotel.com did not care.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff, particularly the front desk team and the breakfast room staff. Also very quiet despite being right on major highway. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel is going through renovations until April 2024, so expect construction noise during weekday daytime hours. Didnt bother us because we were out all day. We had a renovated room and were suprised that the bathroom door didnt close all the way (latch didnt line up door/jamb). And despite modernization, no working usb plugs so bring a wall plug adapter. Having EV chargers is a huge perk, but note the J-1772 units are permanently out of order and awaiting replacement by third party management. Only tesla destination chargers working, so bring an adapter.

Clean room and nice customer service. The bathroom/shower was small and the bed was not comfortable.

Very clean & comfortable. Basic room with a comfortable bed and nice bed linens. Very quiet. Simple breakfast options in the morning but breakfast area is very small. Very nice hotel…would definitely recommend.
