There are improvements that are definitely needed to accommodate at the pricing margins for a King bed.

The woman at the front desk is very sweet & friendly but the man is a jerk. Don't expect much for the continental breakfast as they only had muffins and granola bars, we tried to take our son something back to the room and the man came out yelling at us and told us no we couldn't do that. Our room was decent.

Super 8 was clean and comfortable. Front desk person was helpful. Great space for the money.

We stayed in room 215 and were greatly disappointed: The toilet would not flush; had to get a plunger, which didn’t work. My wife requested another room, but Kamal Patel, the GM basically argued with her and tried to blame her for the plugged toilet, claiming she put some debris in it to cause it to get plugged.
Patel is a sorry excuse for a GM. He finally gave us another room, after first claiming there were no more vacancies, which I don’t believe, given the fact that the parking lot was very empty.
My wife requested a refund, but Patel declined her request. The woman who checked me in yesterday was very rude too.
I request a refund of the cost for the room, given the pathetic nature of this motel stay and the very bad customer service.

Employees did not care about the quality of the facility. The room had roaches, holes in the walls, the walls were also dirty, terrible remodel job on the shower. Floors were sticky, cracks in the refrigerator. The pillows were stained and raggedy. The towels have holes in them, and the wash cloths were stained with yellow because the employee said they clean the ashtrays with them. Paid $70 for a room and was not aloud visitors even though I was visiting family and they were to come over and have dinner and exchange Christmas gifts. Coffee pot was dirty.
When I was leaving the facility housekeeping carried around one rag from room to room. If I could have gotten a refund I would have left within five minutes of viewing my room. Please do not stay here, it is not worth it. I have pictures of all the above complaints.

This Super 8 motel is good for paying a lower amount based on the cost of other motels. Our only negative is the web said this motel had a full breakfast but in fact only has coffee, juice and bakery items to take with you as you leave.

Most horrible experience ever. The lady at the front desk was rude talk to you like you where being processed for jail.Then I had a drunk Male tell me to be careful because that place is very dangerous.Guess what he was right. I had 2 crackheads running in the hallway all night call the office they said it was okay they where friends of the owner????No place for a family your better sleeping in the car.believe me I left a lot of things out to make this short.Stay some where else!!!

Great Location, near the interstate and Royal Blue and other ATV parks. Good price! Average clean. Coffee makers had not have place to plug in or didn't work. But 6-10 is breakfast and coffee time. They call a granola bar or tiny muffin breakfast. They run out of coffee and when I told them they said wait 30 minutes!! Both sitting in the foyer like they were evesdropping on our conversation in the lobby but did not make a move to make coffee.

The room was a fire hazardthe lamps were spliced together had to leave are bags in the car because we had Roaches in the room did not want to bring them bback with me the grounds were very dirty towels had holes in them and had spots had to go by towels i was not going to use them very disapointed for what i paid i should get half of my money back wont stay there again.

Was highly disappointed that the pool was not opened . Looked to still have the winter cover on it. Pillows were horrible . We book the same hotel every time we are in town & have had better accomodations in years past.

Convenient parking in front of room. Room was dated, some blackness around toilet bottom and aging evidence. Otherwise a convenient stop for the price. Cat found an entry under bed to hide before leaving. Had to lift bed to get him out.

Disgusting - since I prepaid through Expedia/third party, there was nothing I could do!
Expedia needs to do better - this not a hotel that majority of people would find acceptable: hole in bathroom door; bedding was old; paint on entry door had different color spots; overall poor condition. No interior rooms - all outside entry near parking area.
Expedia should provide option for credit when confirms are so poor. Dissatisfied customer.

Didn’t had much expectations going to the hotel but at least thought that getting a no smoking room will not have weed smell. Bed and sofa both had stains and were dirty. Breakfast options was a joke with coffee and couple of small muffins in a corner

That will probably be our last time and I loved this hotel and stayed here for years but it was absolutely disgusting and scary in that room and we dont have that high of standards. Walls were so dirty and all but one outlet was broken. Bedspread had MANY holes. Sad because it wouldnt take much to make us happy cause we know smokers get the crappy rooms.

Dirty towel not from hotel left on back of bathroom door. Hotel towels were dirty and stained. Bedsheets and pillow cases looked dirty. Ice machine doesn’t work. Saved $20 by getting room there, wasted $90 by getting room there.

Our room (215) was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed and bath linens. Instant hot water in tub and sink. Higher toilet stool (yea!). Breakfast was continental--very basic, so we went out to eat. I would stay there again, when in the area.

It was last minute, we were lucky there was a vacancy. The clerk was very nice and made our check in veryquick and easy. We were pleased with how clean the room was and added details, swan towels and rose petals all around the jacuzzi tub! A nice surprise 🙂

Sheets for the queen beds were not wide. They were small, probably meant for double beds. Do they do this to save money on sheets? Sheets probably hung down 3 inches on either side of bed.
All I know is that a double sheet on a queen bed means one or both people will not end up covered, and will not get a good nights sleep. Really a cheap out way to ruin someone's stay.
That said, we asked the front desk for additional sheets and they did find some (although they were smoking room sheets and smelled.
On the go breakfast was coffee, orange juice, muffins and granola bars.
Overall, for the same price, you can get a nicer hotel with a full continental breakfast.
I think my days of staying at Super 8's motels are done. They are not consistent at all and are mostly below par for the price.

Linens stained and dingy. Beds were broken down. Bugs in room. Broken light fixtures. Peephole had napkin in it. Can tell they are updating but not currently up to the standards of the chain.

I understand you get what you pay for. I don’t expect much, I’m not picky. We just needed somewhere cheap to sleep for the night while traveling. What I do expect however, is for the room to at least be clean! It was obviously not cleaned well and had sticky stuff and ashes all over floor so it’s obvious they never even swept between customers. Sheets had stains…a couple looked fresh, hairs on the sheets. I understand we didn’t pay much but how can you stay in business when you can’t (or aren’t) even cleaning the rooms!
