Stayed 2 days Was kinda expecting clean towels on 2 day but none showed up

Love staying at this hotel. Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast too.

Room smell like mildew. Sticky floors, dirty mirrors. Just horrible

Refrigerator had 5 inches of ice build up. Refrigerator had mold at the bottom of the shelf on the door. No USB connections to charge phone. Could smell the chlorine from the pool which means it had to much chlorine. Breakfast was ok. We were there 4 nights visiting family. We will try the other hotel next time.

The staff provided good customer service. They were nice.

This facility has great potential, but it looks like they have become complacent and relying on their previous reputation which could collapse if care is not taken. Cleanliness was not taken seriously during my stay. Despite telling some of the staff about it, it was either not done or not properly done. We met visibly dirty furniture and dirty microwave when we checked in and they remained so till we checked out.

It’s very quiet and the environment is very clean. The room is very clean.

we needed a room just for a night. Fast check in friendly front desk service and friendly cleaning staff!

There were several large events. The hotel was “fully” booked which explains why the rate was ridiculously high. It is what it is in that regard - supply and demand … but as an honors member for over 10 years it’s unacceptable to tell me I can’t get an extra blanket due to occupancy

Nice reno but corners cut. Doors are flimsy and falling apart and the toilet was loose from the floor. Breakfast was sub-par.

Door key system broken and only person can take you to the room which was the receptionist with 4 people in line with credit card issues. Had to wait for so long before I was able u to get to my room

The room was clean and comfortable. Best thing was the hot breakfast, really delicious and big variety. We would stay again.

Disappointed that we did not get top floor as requested, or the back of the building this time, so the room was noisy. Breakfast was great.

The property just needs a little update, but my stay was good staff excellent.

Booked a handicapped room but it was on the 3rd floor??? In case of fire would you not think that the handicapped rooms would be on the first floor? The grab bar in the tub was on the backside so it did no good for helping to get in and out of the tub.

1st room we were assigned, walked in and it was consumed with marijuana/cigar smell. No acceptable. 2nd room, musty smell/carpet dingy/ floors sticky, not stocked with supplies for extra bed. Definitely was comfy and cozy. Trash cans overflowing on floors, only one ice machine working out of 3. Elevator floors had not been in quite some time and definitely not seen a Clorox wipe. Even lobby, breakfast area floors had not seen a mop in a while. Had no idea hotel was pet friendly and they were not located on one floor (saw one on 1st,3rd, &4th) to maintain just pet rooms. So very curious, do you treat for fleas for all rooms? Also, they should not be allowed to be in the breakfast area!!!! Breakfast area lady was not friendly at all. Trash cans over flowing and food counters not wiped down, nor were tables in the seating area. A full house you should have condiments to meet the needs of that many guest. Not, sorry we are out, and walk away. Front desk ladies that I encountered were polite and helpful. I knew there were no rooms available anywhere else, or I would have asked for refund and left the same day. But we endured the best we could, and lesson learned. Not worth the 350.00 I spent to stay there.

The breakfast was excellent, but the floors were dirty, they were swept up but not scrubbed or mopped you can tell. The workout room was disappointing. I would say it cannot hold more than 2 people.

The Lobby was the best part of this hotel. Once in the rooms the left a lot to be desired. The room needed to be updated and redone.

Stayed for three nights, great place would stay again. Room was clean, and staff friendly. Breakfast options were great.

Toilet was broken and never got fixed

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The only issue we had was with check-in when our key did not work and we had to re-check in with a different clerk. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Mold in bathroom, the entire ceiling had mold all over it.

Travel frequently and have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns. Usually has a fairly high standard for mid-priced hotels. Not here. They desperately need a complete makeover. Painted cinder block walls, worn furniture, uncomfortable beds and outdated bathrooms. Don’t be fooled by the name, this is a motel 6 at best.
